Abstract: Objective - - To establish a pre column derivatization high performance liquid chromatography method for detecting Methods dimethyl sulfate (DMS) in workplace air. DMS in workplace air was collected with mercaptopyridine impregnated （ silicone tube. The derivative of DMS and mercaptopyridine was eluted by mobile phase phase A: water, phase B: acetonitrile, ∶ the volume ratio was 40 60) , and separated with a C18 column, then detected with diode array detector and quantitated by a Results - standard curve. The linear range of DMS was 0.17 40.00 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 95. The detection limit and the lower limit of quantitation were 0.05 and 0.17 mg/L respectively. The minimum detection concentration and minimum quantitation concentration were 0.02 and 0.04 mg/m³, respectively (air sample volume of 4.5 L, 1.0 mL sample - - - solution). The average desorption efficiency was 98.40% 102.00%. The within run and between run relative standard deviations - - were 0.61% 3.92% and 1.71% 6.00%, respectively. The samples could be stored at room temperature for at least 14 days. Conclusion This method can be used to detect DMS in workplace air.

Abstract: Nitrobenzene compounds (NBCs) are widely used in the world. It has 40 isomers such as nitrobenzene, dinitrobenzene and nitrotoluene, that are highly toxic and difficult to degrade and can cause harm to human health in different degrees. At pres⁃ ent, there is no unified standard method and occupational exposure limit for the detection of NBCs in the air. In terms of sampling medium, solid adsorption tube is mostly used for trapping vapor state NBCs, and filter membrane and solid adsorption tube are mostly used in series for sampling coexist NBCs in vapor state and aerosol state. In the detection methods, gas chromatography and liquid chromatography are common, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, Raman spectroscopy, ion migration spectrometry and some other rapid response methods and technologies are also used in the detection of NBCs. In the detection of NBCs by gas chro⁃ matography, capillary column separation is commonly used, and the main detectors are flame ionization detector, electron capture detector and mass spectrometry detector. It is of practical significance to establish a method with high sensitivity, strong practica⁃ bility, convenient operation, and can simultaneously collect and detect a variety of NBCs in different states.

Objective Application of the second metatarpophalangeal joint by traction prolong trans- plant repair the defects in the metacarpophalangeal joint,reconstruct the function of it.Methods By means of the apparatus to prolong finger in advance,then transplant the second metatarpophalangeal joint to recon- struct metacarpophalangeal joint for seven cases of obsolete defects in the metacarpophalangeal joint.Results The average of finger prolong was 2.6 cm,consultation from 1 to 4 years.average 2.5 years,thai the trans- plant joints have all survived and osteal concrescence.Through the criterion Chinese Medical Association,good rate was 85.7%. Conclusion It' s a good method to repair obsolete defects in the metacarpophalangeal joint by transplant traction prolong of the second metatarpophalangeal joint.

OBJECTIVETo observe the impacts of the acupoint catgut implantation on postpartum pain of uterine contraction with qi and blood deficiency.

METHODSOne hundred and ten primiparas of natural delivery differentiated as qi and blood deficiency pattern in TCM were selected as the subjects. They were randomized into an acupoint catgut implantation group (55 cases) and a routine nursing group (55 cases). In the acupoint catgut implantation group, the catgut was implanted in Zigong (EX-CA 1), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Pishu (BL 20) and Geshu (BL 17) in 6 h after delivery; additionally, the routine post-delivery nursing was adopted. In the routine nursing group, the routine post-delivery nursing was applied simply. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and the pain relief time of uterine contraction were compared in 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h after acupoint catgut implantation between the two groups.

RESULTSVAS Scores in 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h after acupoint catgut implantation in the acupoint catgut implantation group were lower apparently than those in the routine nursing group (3.31 +/- 0.39 vs 4.31 +/- 0.29, 1.86 +/- 0.29 vs 2.66 +/- 0.25, 0.89 +/- 0.21 vs 1.59 +/- 0.24, 0.35 +/- 0.10 vs 0.69 +/- 0.13, all P < 0.05). The pain relief was achieved in (72.06 +/- 6.83) h in the acupoint catgut implantation group and was (123.42 +/- 11.12) h in the routine nursing group. The pain relief in the acupoint catgut implantation group was achieved more quickly (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONThe intervention of acupoint catgut implantation in 6 h after natural delivery in primiparas prevents effectively postpartum pain of uterine contraction.

The volatile components of roots and stems of Zanthoxylum nitidum were investigated by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction (SFE-CO2) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Thirty-one and fifty-one compounds were identified in the supercritical extracts from roots and stems of Z. nitidum, respectively, and total twenty-seven compounds were the common constituents. Among them, the major constituents in root and stem supercritical extracts were spathulenol (18.49 and 26.18%), n-hexadecanoic acid (14.24% and 12.79%), ar-tumerone (6.95% and 8.88%), oleic acid (8.39% and 5.71%) and hexanoic acid (4.39% and 7.78%). The in-vitro MTT assay showed that the volatile components of roots and stems of Z. nitidum did not exhibited any cytotoxic activity against human cancer Huh-7 and normal IEC-6 cells. These results indicated the same nature of the volatile constituents in the root and stem of Z. nitidum. This investigation may provide further evidence for expansion of medicinal parts of Z. nitidum.

Objective The comparison of the clinical role of stress-redistribution/reinjection with dual isotopes of 99Tcm-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) and 201TI in the detection of myocardial viability.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with clinically suspicious coronary artery disease (CAD) were included.All had intravenous injection with 740 MBq of 99Tcm-MIBI.Pharmacological challenge with dobu-macological challenge with dobutamin,111 MBq of 201Tl Was injected to all.Myocardial SPECT images were performed in all at 10-min (stress) and 3-h (redistribution/rest) after injection.The 201Tl(37 MBq)would be given to those patients with myocardial perfusion defect at stress images by 201Tl and were demon-strated by both 201Tl(redistribution) and 99Tcm-MIBI (rest).Coronary angiography (CAG) Was performed within two weeks.X2-test was used with SAS 6.12.Results Coronary artery abnormalities were found in all with 76 patients had one vessel disease,51 had two and 33 had three.Of the 152 patients who had myo- cardial perfusion defect during stress images,63 had redistribution by both 201TI and 99Tcm-MIBI.5 had re-distribution by 201Tl only.9 had redistribution by 99Tcm-MIBI only,and 75 had no redistribution in 201Tl or 99Tcm-MIBI images.The sensitivity of detection myocardial viability with myocardial SPECT images between 201Tl at redistribution (66.0%,68/103) and 99Tcm-MIBI at rest (69.9%,72/103) were insignificant (x2=O.36.P>0.05).Of the 75 patients who did not have redistribution in 201Tl or 99Tcm-MIBI images.34.7% (26/75)had myocardial perfusion when reinjection of 201Tl.In all,there were eight false negative myocardial perfusion SEPCT images.Three were triple vessel disease,one Was two, three were one, and the other was patent collateral circulation.Conclusions Stress.redistributed/reinjection 201TI myocardial perfusion SPECT imaging is superior to stress 201Tl/rest 99Tcm-MIBI simultaneous dual-isotopic myocardial imaging in the detec-tion of myocanrdial viability.

An antibiotic-producing bacterium, which was numbered as 20 #-5, was separated from the soil in Chongqing. It was identified as the member of pseudomonas. Gram positive bacteria are badly suppressed by it. The antibiotic secreted by 20 #-5 can endure 100℃ for half an hour, and it can also go through the ultrafiltration membrane with pores of 0.22?m.

Based on the octahedral modifiable structures and kinetic inertness, platinum (IV) complexes have become antitumor prodrug candidates to mitigate platinum (II) drug resistance and side effects. The nitrobenzoxadiazole derivative (NBDHEX) can inhibit the activity of glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) and be introduced to conjugate with platinum(II) complexes DN603 and DN604 to yield two platinum (IV) complexes DN603/DN604-NBD. In vitro assays demonstrated that DN603/DN604-NBD could significantly inhibit the proliferation of cisplatin-sensitive A549 and resistant A549/cDDP cancer cells. The uptake of DN603/DN604-NBD in A549/cDDP cells was much higher than that of cisplatin, causing a higher rate of cell apoptosis and a greater ratio of Bax/Bcl-2, the activation of caspase-3 and cleavage of DNA repair enzyme (PARP), inducing the mitochondria-dependent cell apoptosis pathway. DN603/DN604-NBD could induce higher reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, significantly enhance phosphorylation of histone H2AX on Ser-139 (γ-H2AX) fluorescence intensity and cause a greater degree of DNA double-stranded damage. Studies have shown that GSTs kinase GSTP1 was highly expressed in cisplatin-resistant cancer cells. Moreover, DN603/DN604-NBD targeted GSTP1 to suppress its expression level. By using the ROS scavenger NAC and the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitor SP600125 in advance, it was found that DN603/DN604-NBD could significantly increase the number of living cells and decrease the phosphorylation levels of JNK and c-Jun. The results indicated that DN603/DN604-NBD could produce higher levels of ROS to activate JNK-mediated signaling pathway, induce apoptosis in tumor cells to overcome cisplatin resistance. All the animal experiments were approved by Animal Ethics Committee of Southeast University (grant No. 20210303025). In vivo assays confirmed that DN603/DN604-NBD could inhibit the growth of A549 xenograft tumors with nearly no toxicity and fewer side effects. Taken together, DN603/DN604-NBD are investigated as two potential novel platinum (IV) prodrug candidates for anticancer therapy.
