1.INVESTIGATION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NORADRENALINE CONTENT IN OVARY AND BLOOD ESTROGEN AND PROGESTERONE LEVELS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
The noradrenaline(NE) content in ovary as well as estrogen(E) and progester-one(P) levels in blood of the mature and inmature rats were determined with spec-trophotofluorometry and radioimmunoassay respectively. The ovary NE content and blood E,P levels have been found to fluctuate during estrous cycle. By using linear regression, it shows that blood P level (Y) is affected by the ovary NE content (X) in a linear manner, where Y = 0.002X-1.2(Significance test of regression coefficient, P
2.The clinical application of intermittent cycle ascites reinfusion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating refractory ascites by intermittent cycle ascites reinfusion. Methods Having 30 refractory ascites patients of both chronic renal failure and maintenance hemodialysis(MHD),treating them 102 times by intermittent close ascites reinfusion and synchronous hemodialysis, having reinfusion ascites 3000~5000ml each time, checking the change of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(Bun),and serum albumin before and after hemodialysis(HD) by blood-test,and observing their temperature, weight, belly size, blood pressure, and pulse before and after treatment. Results After treatment, all the patients feel well, have good appetite, and have less swollen belly. The average treatment is 3.2 times. The table shows the patients' weight, belly size, serum albumin, serum creatinie and blood urea nitrogen(Bun) before and after treatment. The difference is obviously distinctive(P

International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1545-1547
AIM: To investigate the clinical effect of cataract combined lens dislocation greater than 2 quadrants` patients after having phase I intracapsular cataract extraction and anterior vitrectomy, postoperative corrected vision greater than 0.3,and then taking phase II small incision suture-fixation of intraocular lens suspension.METHODS: Totally 34 cases with cataract combined lens dislocation greater than 2 quadrants had been treated in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2016.We investigated their 1wk,1 and 3mo postoperative complications and the uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal astigmatism who took phase II small incision suture-fixation of intraocular lens suspension with corrected vision greater than 0.3 after having phase I intracapsular cataract extraction and anterior vitrectomy.RESULTS: Along with the recovery time extension, patients` uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity increased obviously than preoperative in each phase. On the 3mo postoperatively, the best corrected visual acuity of 1 eyes was between 0.3 and 0.1,8 eyes was between 0.5 and 0.3,16 eyes was between 0.7 and 0.5,and 9 eyes was better than 0.7.The best corrected visual acuity was achieved or near the best corrected visual acuity before surgery.Intraocular pressure rechecked became in the normal range at 1wk,1 and 3mo postoperative.Surgery did not significantly increase the corneal astigmatism.CONCLUSION: It is a safe and effective way in improving eyesight effectively, with stable intraocular pressure and fewer complications towards cataract combined lens dislocation greater than 2 quadrants` patients having phase I intracapsular cataract extraction and anterior vitrectomy, whose postoperative corrected vision greater than 0.3,and then phase II small incision suture-fixation of intraocular lens suspension.
7. Detecting the changes of cerebrovascular reserve capacity with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography in patients with unilateral high-grade carotid stenosis before and after angioplasty and stenting
Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;3(8):352-355
Objective: To explore the changes of cerebrovascular reserve capacity in patients with symptomatic unilateral high-grade carotid stenosis before and after angioplasty and stenting (CAS). Methods: The cerebrovascular reserve capability was evaluated with transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasonography for hypercapnia induced by breath holding, which affected the blood velocity in middle cerebral artery. The breath-holding index (BHI) in 15 symptomatic patients with unilateral severe carotid stenosis and 15 asymptomatic patients with carotid stenosis and 10 normal controls were compared, and the changes of the BHI in 15 symptomatic patients with carotid stenosis before and after CAS were compared and analyzed. Results: The BHI of the stenotic side in symptomatic patients with unilateral carotid stenosis (0.5 ± 0.2) was significantly lower than that in asymptomatic patients with carotid stenosis (0.9 ± 0.3, P < 0.001) and normal controls (1.1 ± 0.3, P < 0.001); and there were no significant differences between the BHI of the unaffected side in symptomatic patients with unilateral carotid stenosis (0.9 ± 0.3) and the unaffected side in asymptomatic patients with carotid stenosis (1.1 ± 0.2) and in normal controls (1.1 ± 0.3, P > 0.05). The BHI of the stenotic side in symptomatic patients with unilateral carotid stenosis improved significantly after CAS (1.1 ± 0.2, P < 0.001) as compared with before operation, however, there was no significant change in the BHI of the unaffected side (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The significantly impaired cerebrovascular reserve capacity on the stenotic side in symptomatic patients with unilateral high-grade carotid stenosis was significantly improved after CAS.
8.Construction and identification of the transgenic plant vector recombinant pBI-Eg95 plasmid of Echinococcus granulosus
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2008;27(4):401-404
Objective To construct and identify the transgenic plant vector recombinant pBI-Eg95 plasmid of Echinococcus granulosus. Methods Total RNA was extracted from hydatid cyst protoscoleces of Echinococcus granulosus after sonication. A couple of specific primers were designed on the basis of known sequences of Eg95 gene. The desired gene was amplified by PCR technique from the cDNA, and then was cloned into the plant expression vector pBI121 to construct the recombinant pBI-Eg95 plasmid. The recombinant plasmid was electroporated into Agrobocterium tumefaciens (At) LBA4404 strain. The positive recombinant clones were confirmed by restriction endonuclease digestion and characterized by PCR. Results For RT-PCR, a specific band around 471 bp was amplified. The result of DNA sequencing of Eg95 showed the identity with the published sequence. The same band was obtained by restriction endonuclease digestion and PER from the plasmids of positive recombinant At(rAt). Conclusions The recombinant pBI-Eg95 plasmid was successfully constructed, and it provides the basis to further research of the transgenic plant vaccine of Echinococcus granulosus.
