Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(16):-
Objective To study the effect of adenovirus type 3I,7b on the expressions of mRNA and protein of transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-?1) in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells.Method The expression of mRNA and protein of TGF-?1 were determined in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells before and after being infected by adenovirus type 3I,7b and in normal fibroblast cells with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and in situ hybridization. Results The mRNA and protein of TGF-?1 expression in human embryonic lung fibroblast cells increased siginificantly after being infected by adenovirous type 3I,7b compared with those in normal fibroblast cells(Pa0.05).Conclusion Lung fibroblast cells and TGF-?1 may play some roles in pathophysiological processes of viral pneumonia.

Tumor blood vessels are characterized with insufficiency and distortion. Endothelial molecules of neovascularization and the heterogeneity of microvasculature in tumor interstitial are the basis for molecular-targeted ultrasonic evaluation of tumor angiogenesis, and has become focus in recent years. Research progresses of molecular-targeted ultrasonic imaging in angiogenesis and heterogeneity of tumors were reviewed in this article.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(18):-
[Objective]To evaluate the method and curative effect of posterior internal fixation and bone grafting fusion for atlantoaxial fracture or dislocation.[Method]Posterior internal fixation and bone grafting fusion were made on 26 patients with atlantoaxial fracture or dislocation in condition of tracheal intubation anesthesia.Occipitocervieal fixation(Aixs) and bone grafting fusion were performed on patients with fracture of vertebral lamina-arch.Vertebral lamina splint fixation (Apofix) was performed on patients without fracture of vertebral lamina-arch and decompression of vertebral canal.[Result]Followed up for 5 to 60 months(averaged,16.8 months),the vertebral artery and spinal cord injury were not occurred and clinical symptom was relieved in all patients.X ray examination showed screws in vertebral articular process and occipital condyle were normotopic without laxation and fragmentation. The bone grafting transformed into osseous fusion after 3 months.[Conclusion]Aixs fixation and bone grafting fusion and Apofix fixation are effective methods for atlantoaxial fracture or dislocation.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Objective To determine the relation between level of caloric responses and temperature of stimulus. Methods An bithermal caloric air irrigator was used to obtain maximum slow component speed caloric responses of 120 patients reported history of dizziness. The nystagmus was measured and recorded by electronystagmography. Results The maximum slow-phase speed of the responses to hot air was greater than that to cold air ( P

330 cases of impacted mandibular third molar were divided into 3 groups,A:younger than 18 years,B:18-25-year-old,C:ol-der than 25-year.Operation time(min)of group A,B and C was 21.95 ±5.86,6.45 ±4.92 and 18.77 ±9.64(B vs A or C,P <0.01), intraoperative complication rates were 2.73%,6.36% and 30.91%(P <0.01),postoperative complication rates were 51.82%,23.64%and 66.36%(P <0.05),respectively.18-25 year-old is the suitable age for removal of impacted mandibular third molars.
7.F1000-based assessment of scientific research competitive power in medical colleges and universities
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;24(10):60-64
Objective To understand the scientific research competitive power in clinical medicine and the role of F1000 in assessment of scientific research competitive power in the top 10 colleges and universities in China . Methods F1000-covered papers on clinical medicine published by the top 10 colleges and universities in China from 2005 to 2014 were retrieved.A database was established using Excel and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results The number of F1000-covered papers increased significantly although the scientific achievements needed to be fur-ther recognized in the world. Conclusion The scientific research competitive power in colleges and universities can be effectively assessed in different aspects. The F1000-covered data are very convincing due to its strict operational mechanisms .

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2009;18(6):517-520
Objective To compare the differences in histological morphology and hemodynamics between benign and malignant tumor, as well as differences between the different perfusional regions in tumors of the same type. Methods Thirty cases with malignant breast carcinoma and 30 cases with fibroadenoma were inspected by contrast enhanced ultrasound with time-intensity quantitive analysis. Perfusion index like peak intensity(PI), area under the curve(AUC), time to peak(TTP) and wash-out time (WOT) were collected both inside and at the margin of focus. The ultrastructures of new microvessesl were observed routinely with microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Results The curve of malignant tumor group was characterized as ascend rapidly and drop slowly while the benign group presented as ascend slowly and drop rapidly. The AUC and WOT of malignant tumor group were significantly higher than that of benign group, while the PI and TTP had no statistical difference. In malignant tumor group,PI, AUC and WOT of the margin of focus were significantly higher than that of inside region of focus, while TTP was the opposite. However, there was no statistical differences between the perfusion parameter inside and outside of focus in benign group. The ultrastructures of newly built blood vessels in malignant group had strong ability to split, which was different from normal endothelium cells but was similar to other tumor foci. The margin of foci were characterized with dilatating and distorting vessels, and the center of the foci were occupied by narrow, occlusive new vessels and contracted anamorphic endothelium cells and pericytes. Rich microvessel areas located in the margin of foci. Conclusions The perfusion pattern, modality of time-intensity curve, mean perfusion parameter and variance of regional perfusion parameters are valuable diagnostic basis in discriminating benign and malignant breast tumor. The density, modality, distribution, structure and function of new microvessels in tumor focus are also keystone factors when tumors are assessed by means of imaging.

10. Research on chemical constituents from Reduning Injection (IV)
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(15):3042-3050
Objective: To study the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory constituents from the active fraction of Reduning Injection (RI). Methods: The active fraction of RI was screened by the LPS-induced mouse endotoxin shock model. The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, Toyopearl HW-40 columns, reverse phase MPLC, and HPLC repeatedly, and their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical property. Results: The 95% ethanol eluate of RI on the macroporous adsorption resin column was proved to be the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory active fraction of RI. Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as dibutyl phthalate (1), isovanillic acid (2), acetovanillone (3), phenylpropionic acid (4), geniposide (5), jasmigeniposide B (6), geniposidic acid (7), genipin-1-β-D-gentiobioside (8), 6″-O-trans-p-coumaroylgenipin gentiobioside (9), 6″-O-trans-feruloylgenipin gentiobioside (10), 6″-O-trans-sinapoylgenipin gentiobioside (11), jasmigeniposide A (12), 6″-O-trans-cinnamoylgenipin gentiobioside (13), and 2'-O-trans-caffeoylgardoside (14). Conclusion: Compounds 1-4 and 13 are reported from RI for the first time; And UPLC analyses and literature data showe that compounds 5 and 7-13 are originated from Gardenia jasminoides.
