Objective Clinical effect analysis of low dose dopamine(LDD)and dobutamine (DOB)subsidiary in the treatment of 86 cases of Children serious pneumonia.Methods From July 2011 to July 2013,86 CSP patients who were diagnosed with CSP in People's Hospital of Wenzhou were selected.Patientas were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number method.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,then observation group on the basis with LDD and DOB subsidiary,then compared efficacy of two groups at 1 week after treatment,as well as the time of symptoms and signs which had improvements,and changes of levels of Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-8), C-reactive protein(CRP)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment. Results The efficacy in observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05 ).And time of symptoms and signs which had improvement in the observation group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6,IL-8,CRP and TNF-αlevels were lower than before,but the observation group had a greater degree of reducing(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment combined with LDD and DOB for CSP patients,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,and relieve the clinical symptoms.

Primary tracheobronchial amyloidosis (TBA) is a rare pulmonary disease. A systematic review was performed on 64 cases of primary TBA in China and progress in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease is discussed. The Chinese biological and medical databases from 1970 to 2010 were searched and 75 cases of complete clinical and pathological data were identified. The clinical characteristics of the disease were summarized and longitudinal comparisons were made of diagnostic and treatment methods over time. The results showed that the morbidity associated with primary TBA has increased over recent years. The clinical manifestations were non-specific. Progressive dyspnea, cough and sputum were the most common symptoms. The percentage of patients undergoing computed tomography (CT) scan has increased over the years. The bronchoscopy and transbrochial lung biopsy (TBLB) were usually sufficient to establish the diagnosis. Treatment was reported for a total of 44 cases. Bronchoscopic Nd:YAG laser irradiation, argon plasma coagulation (APC) and drugs administration such as steroids and colchicines were reported to be effective in some patients. It is concluded that the demographic characteristics and clinical manifestations of primary TBA patients in China are largely consistent with findings reported in other countries. The attacking concentration of serum was 200 mL/L,then the changes of morphology were observed under inverted microscope,and the cell viability was measured by 3-(4,5-dimethy lthiazcl-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetazolium bromide(MTT) methods,and the leakage rate of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) was determined by biochemical methods.Results Compared with control group,the change in morphology of HK-2 was most serious and obvious,and the leakage rate of LDH increased significantly,and the cell viability decreased obviously in asphyxia group.But compared with asphyxia group,the change in morphology of HK-2 was obviously improved,and the leakage rate of LDH decreased and the cell viability increased in group of pretreatment with EPO in a dose-dependent manner except the group of 1 IU/mL.Conclusion EPO can play the role in relieving the injury of renal tubular cells induced by postasphyxial-serum in neonates.

AIM: To investigate whether Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription ( JAK/STAT) signaling pathway mediates high glucose-induced damage in human umbilical vein endothelial cells ( HUVECs ) . METHODS:The cell viability was examined by CCK-8 assay.The expression levels of JAK2, STAT3, caspase-9 and en-dothelial nitric oxide synthase ( eNOS) were detected by Western blot .The intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species ( ROS) were tested by DCFH-DA staining followed by photofluorography .Mitochondrial membrane potential ( MMP) was measured by rhodamine 123 staining followed by photofluorography .RESULTS:Treatment of HUVECs with high glucose (40 mmol/L glucose) for 6~12 h enhanced the protein level of phosphorylated JAK 2, peaking at 9 h.Treatment of the cells with high glucose for 6~12 h also increased the protein level of p-STAT3 with the peak value at 12 h.Pretreatment with the inhibitor of JAK/STAT pathway AG490 for 1 h before exposure of the HUVECs to high glucose significantly inhibi-ted the high glucose -induced injury , as evidenced by an increase in the cell viability , decreases in the expression of caspase-9 and the intracellular ROS production , and increases in MMP and the expression of eNOS .CONCLUSION:JAK/STAT signaling pathway is involved in the high glucose-induced damage in HUVECs .
