1.Study on the application of neurobehavioral examination and early intervention in the child care clinic for the premature infants

Objective To discuss the discovery of the neurbehavioral examination to premature infants in early abnormal neurobehavior and evaluate the influence of the hospital and family intervention pattern on the growth and development of the premature infants,so as to provide reference to the abnormal test of the premature infants and discuss the feasibility of developing neurobehavioral examination widely.Methods 152 cases of the intervention group were given neurobehavioral measurement after correction age,when the score <37 points,intervention and treatment were suggested in regular hospital (including exercise therapy and physical therapy,electrical nerve stmulation with treatment instrument,etc.).When the score ≥ 37points,personalized training plans were provided at home,which was adjusted in the follow-up.138 cases of the control group were given development assessment and neurobehavioral examination 3 months after correcting of age.Results The abnormal detection rate of the nervous system in the control group was higher than that of the intervention group,the scores of development in the control group were lower than that of the intervention group.Conclusions NBNA check is simple,safe and strong,it can reduce the occurrence of abnormal nervous system,and improve the level of intellectual and motor development.
2.Influence of chiropractic therapy on the growth and intellectual development of 6 months infants

Objective To investigate the influence of chiropractic therapy on the growth and intellectual development of 6 months infants.Methods 160 cases of 1-month-old full-term normal infants were divided into the chiropractic therapy group and the control group,each group contained 80 samples.Chiropractic therapy was given to the chiropractic therapy group daily.The development of weight,length,head circumference were observed,and the intelligent development for two groups were evaluated at the age of 6 months.Results The weight,body length in the chiropractic therapy group at the sixth month were higher than those in the control group.The intellectual development in the chiropractic therapy group was also higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Chiropractic therapy plays a significant role in promoting the physical and mental development of babies of 6 months,which is worth being promoted.
3.Discussion of Evaluating Teaching Quality Based on Fuzzy Mathematics

The indexes of teaching quality evaluation,such as attitude,teaching and evaluation,contents and methods,and evaluation standards,such as "excellent,good,medium,bad,worse",show the characteristics of inaccuracy.While traditional evaluation methods focus on accurate figures,the paper proposes a new method which is based on fuzzy mathematics to evaluate teaching quality.The theory,computing procedure and examples of the method are introduced.

With an improved method,this paper first describes the polytene chromosomes from the salivary gland of Anopheles liangshanensis.The schematic diagram of the polytene chromosomes was mapped.The salivary gland chromosomes,which were examined by over 600 sample slides,consist of six arms and the sex chromosome has a short arm.
5.Expression of telomerase in human ovarian luteinized granulosa cells and its relationship to ovarian function

Objective To detect the expression of telomerase catalytic subunit (TERT),telomerase in human ovarian luteinized granulosa cells and to investigate the relationship between telomerase expression and the ovarian fecundity Methods Ovarian luteinized granulosa cells were recovered from 22 women with regular menses who underwent in vitro fertilization/ intracytoplasmic sperm injection programme.We carried out in situ hybridization histochemistry on luteinized granulosa cells to detect TERT mRNA expression,and telomeric repeat amplification protocol to detect telomerase activity Results TERT mRNA were present in luteinized granulosa cells.The expression of TERT mRNA and telomerase activity in ovarian luteinized granulosa cells decreased with increase of age,basal serum follicle stimulating hormone levels Conclusions These results suggest that telomerase may play an active role in ovarian function.A reduced telomerase activity of granulosa cells may be one of the important mechanisms involved in decreased ovarian function in women.
6.Optimization in the construction of the hospital PACS

Objective:To Integrated PACS and hospital information systems (HIS), and improve the efficiency of PACS, and improve the user experience. Methods:Base on deeply analysis of existing problems in system application, using process optimization, software optimization, and hardware upgrades manner optimize PACS. Results: PACS and HIS realized Integrated, improving the overall performance of the PACS. Enhance the user experience and expand the application scope of PACS. Conclusion: Deeply analysis of existing problems should be done before optimizing the system. Process optimization, software environment optimization should be considered as the most important and upgrading and replacement of the hardware as the secondary.
7.A primary study of pulse Nd:YAG laser on morphology and bonding of enamel and dentin

Objective To investigate the morphology and bonding of enamel and dentin conditioned by 35% phosphoric acid and pulse Nd:YAG laser.Methods A total of 52 human premolars were selected,40 of which were divided into four groups randomly: group A [enamel treated with 35% phosphoric acid(Scotchbond,3M) for 30 s];group B [enamel treated with pulse Nd:YAG laser(Evlaser Friendly A4 Italy) for 20 s];group C(dentin treated with 35% phosphoric acid for 15 s);group D(enamel treated with pulse Nd:YAG laser for 15 s).The tensile bond strength(TBS) were determined.Except 4 out of 12 human premolars without any treatment,8 were divided into 4 groups and were treated with the method mentioned above.The surfaces of 12 human premolars were observed under SEM.Results The highest TBS was obtained in group A in comparison with the other 3 groups(P0.05).The smear layer on enamel and dentin could be removed after conditioned by both phosphoric acid and pulse Nd:YAG laser.The honeycomb structures were observed on all enamel but less regularly in lased group.Almost all the orifices of dentinal tubules were open in the acid group and sealed or half-sealed in lased group.Conclusion The pulse Nd:YAG laser did not contribute to bonding of enamel,but could improve the bonding of dentin and seal most of the orifices of dentinal tubules,which reduced the harmful stimulation to the dental pulp.
8.Research of air heater fault diagnosis based on Fuzzy theory

This paper describes the basic theories and means of fuzzy logic fault diagnosis. Aiming at the faults that appears in air heater,the fuzzy relation matrix used for its fault diagnosis is constructed. Based on that,the air heater fault diagnosis examples are given. Application results show that it is feasible to apply the method of fuzzy diagnosis to diagnose air heater faults and the method is simple and valid.
9.Intratympanic steroid injection treatment of sudden hearing loss with diabetes: a Meta-analysis

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacyand safety of intratympanic injection of steroids in the treatment of sudden hearing loss with diabetes.METHODS PubMed, Medline, CNKI, CBM, VIP, and Wanfang databases were searched by electronic retrieval to collect documents meeting the inclusion criteria and extract data.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.RESULTS There were 9 articles included in the literature search,a total number of 587 ears, of which 294 ears accepted intratympanic injection of steroids as the experimental group. Another 293 ears was control group,of which 217 ears accepted systemic steroids and 76 ears accepted non-hormone therapy.Meta analysis results showed that the clinical effect of experimental group was more remarkable than that of the control group (Z=3.65, P<0.05;Z=3.70,P<0.05). The influence on blood sugar in experimental group was smaller than that of the control group (χ2=7.471,P<0.05). Other complications of intratympanic steroid injection were self-healing after tympanic membrane perforation, transient dizziness and so on.CONCLUSION There was a significant effect on patients with sudden hearing loss and diabetes through intratympanic steroid injection. It has little effect on blood glucose and slight complications, which is a priority in clinical practice.
10.Research progress on risk factors of osteoporotic fractures in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is a autoimmune diseases characterized as joint chronic synovitis, and is accompanied with systemic damage.Osteoporotic fracture is one of the common complications of rheumatoid arthritis, which may decrease quality of life, and even increase the mortality of patients.Variety of factors may be associated with the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures in rheumatoid arthritis patients.In this article, through the literature review we discuss the risk factors of osteoporotic fracture, including vitamin D deficiency, lower limb muscle strength and balance ability in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
