Objective To explore the effectiveness of minimally invasive targeted Argon-Helium cryoablation in the treatment of hepatic carcinoma. Methods Ultrasound-guided Argon-Helium targeted cryoablation using the Cryo-Hit system was performed percutaneously or through laparotomy in 27 cases of hepatic neoplasms, including 10 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma, 11 cases of recurrent hepatic carcinoma, and 6 cases of metastatic carcinoma. Results No surgical death was found. There were no complications such as hepatic rupture, hemorrhage, or bile leakage. In 12 cases that had an increased AFP levels before the treatment (36.5~1200 ?g/L), a decrease was observed (8.0~254 ?g/L) and a recovery below the normal levels was noted in 6 cases. In 3 cases that had an increased CEA levels before the treatment, the levels reduced after the treatment and went down to the normal ranges in 2 cases. A follow-up survey was carried out for 1~3 months. CT scannings or MRI examinations found a complete tumor necrosis in 59.2% (16/27) of cases and a reduction of tumor size with various degrees in 25.9% (7/27) of patients. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided targeted Argon-Helium cryoablation using the fine-probe Cryo-Hit system is a safe, effective, and simple procedure for the treatment of hepatic carcinoma, although its effectiveness still needs further verification.

Osteoclasts were isolated mechanically from neonatal rat long bones and cultured on glass or devitalized human cortical bone slices. Both morphological and functional studies showed that the isolated cells were of typical osteoclasts, because; 1. they attached rapidly on the matrix and had pseudopodial activity when cultured on glass;2. they had multinuclei,most of them contained 3-10 nuclei;3. calci-tonin and clacitonin gene related peptide directly inhibited the cellular activity; 4. they showed high acid phosphatase activity; 5. resorption lacunae could be found when the cells cocultured with devitalized bone slices.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of (Val8)GLP-1-Glu-PAL to dopaminergic neurons on PD mice induced by MPTP.Methods 56 male C57BL/6 mice which are 10-12 weeks old were randomly divided into Control,model (MPTP),muti-injection (Val8) and therapy (MPTP + Val8) groups by random number table method.Mice in MPTP group were received MPTP IP.treatment (30mg/kg · d),the control group were treated with 0.9％ saline with the same volume,Val8 group were injected with (Val8) GLP-1-Glu-PAL (25 nmol/kg),and MPTP+Val8 group were going to received (Val8)GLP-1-Glu-PAL 1 h after treatment of MPTP,all the groups were treated for 8 consecutive days.Behavior test were processed 2h after drug IP injection,including swimming test and rotarod test.Mice were sacrificed immediately 1h after the final trail of behavior test in 8th day,brains were withdraw for IHC assay which tested the number TH positive neurons in SNpc area.Results The classical PD behavior symptom were induced by MPTP,from 1 st to 8th,the swimming score(1.715±0.143 and dropping latency(68.048±7.823) were both decreasing compared with control.The differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The positive dopaminergic neurons were significantly lower in SNpc area (P＜0.01).Compared with MPTP group,(Val8) GLP-1-Glu-PAL could statistically improved the behavior deficit,the swimming score (1.120±0.143) and dropping latency(20.546±7.823) in the MPTP+Val8 group,and differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Meanwhile,the TH positive neurons were significantly elevated (P＜0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that (Val8)GLP-1-Glu-PAL has protective effects for MPTP induced mice PD dopaminergic neurons.

Objective To analyze the factors that influence the learning effectiveness of students in higher vocational medical school and to explore the ways to improve the teaching effect of higher medical vocational education.Methods Self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic condition,study status,teaching satisfaction degree and socre influencing factors of 639 students before internships.Teaching efficacy was assessed by scores (taking full score 100 as the standard,≥ 85 are the first class,≤70 are the second class and the rest are the third class).SPSS 14.0 was employed to do statically analysis and an orderly regression analysis was made by taking the factors affecting student learning outcomes as independent variable and the level of learning outcomes as dependent variable.Results There were statically differences in learning efficacy between nurse group and medical student group (Z=-4.817,P=0.000).Students' interests in discipline,family rearing patterns,secondary education means,whether doing preview and study style satisfaction were factors that influence the learning effectiveness.Conclusions Strengthening ideological education and learning atmosphere improvement as well as encouraging students to adopt appropriate learning methods can help students improve their learn-ing effectiveness.

Objective To explore the impact of psychological alignment and coping style on nurse′s job satisfaction. Methods A total of 389 clinical nurses were investigated by the Sense of Coherence Scale, the simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Minnesota Satisfaction Scale. Results The scores of job satisfaction, psychological alignment, positive coping and pessimistic coping of clinical nurses was (72.91 ± 11.10), (56.97 ± 10.29), (23.16 ± 5.40) and (9.80 ± 4.03) points respectively. The predictors of job satisfaction were sense of control, sense of meaning and positive coping style. Conclusions It is suggested that nursing managers should pay close attention to nurses′psychological alignment and guide clinical nurses adopt positive coping style, and thereby to improve nurses′job satisfaction.

Objective To investigate the changes of B lymphocyte subsets ( naive B cells, memory B cells and plasmablasts) in peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) and their correla-tions with the clinical manifestation and laboratory indexes.Methods Sixty-six patients with RA were di-vided into two groups including the group with active RA and the group with inactive RA according to the dis-ease activity score in 28 Joints (DAS28).A control group with healthy subjects was set up accordingly.The distributions of B lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood samples were detected with flow cytometry analysis and their correlations with clinical manifestations and laboratory indicators were analyzed.Results ( 1 ) Compared with healthy subjevts, the mean fluorescence intensities ( MFIs) of CD19 and the percentages of memory B cells in peripheral blood of the patients with RA were significantly decreased, while the percenta-ges of naive B cells were increased (P<0.05).The percentages of plasmablasts in the patients with active RA were significantly increased as compared with those of healthy subjects and the patients with inactive RA (P<0.05).(2) The percentages of plasmablasts in peripheral blood of the patients with RA were positively correlated with the joint tenderness count, joint swelling count and joint swelling index (P<0.05).(3) A positive correlation was found between the MFIs of CD19 and the erythrocyte sedimentation rates ( ESRs ) among the patients with RA.The percentages of plasmablasts were positively correlated with C reaction pro-tein (CRP) and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) antibody (P<0.05).(4) The percentages of plasmablasts were also positively correlated with the DAS28 among the patients with RA ( R2=0.343, P<0.01).Conclusion The distributions of B lymphocyte subsets varied among the patients in different stages of RA, which were related to the patient′s clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes.The study suggested that different subsets of the B lymphocytes might play an important role in the pathological process of RA.
