This paper firstly introduced concept, advantages, disadvantages, and application prospect of free indexing. Then the theoretical feasibility of applying free indexing in the images of TCM ancient literatures was discussed with the combination of their characteristics. In the end,the article made examples to illustrate the application of free indexing in related subjects.

Object To prepare the water soluble quercetin arginine complex (QAC) and widen the administration path of quercetin (QUE). Methods Definite QUE and L arginine were refluxed in alcohol to prepare QAC. The QAC structure was identified by micellar paper chromatography, UV spectrometry, IR spectrometry, and X ray diffraction. Results QAC was prepared from QUE and L arginine in molar ratio 1∶1. The inhibitory activity of QAC that existed stably in room temperature on cancer cell growth was as strong as that of QUE, and the solubility of QAC in water was remarkably enhanced. Conclusion The above preparation method is simple and available, and it is suitable to improve the bioavailability.

Objective To preserve traditional Chinese Medical (TCM)classical and also to facilitate its reading. Methods A database consisted of 10 datasets was designed on ORACLE 9i.TCM classical on health preservation and in good edition were selected from collections of the Library of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences for scanning, indexing, and abstracting. An online browser Was also developed for the database. Results An online database including 110 TCM classical on health preservation information Was constructed.More than 50% of books covered in the database are rare ones.Bibliographic information and keyworda Can be searched in different ways, and pictures of full text can be browsed. Conclusion Digitalization is a good way for ancient book preservation and utilization.Further effort for knowledge discovery from TCM classical should be done.

Objective To analyze the law of the mid﹣term hepatic hemodynamics after liver transplantation and to investigate its relationship with liver function. Methods A total of 56 recipients underwent liver transplantation in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from February 2014 to October 2015 were studied, and divided into normal group (n =24)and abnormal group (n =32)according to the liver function.General information and liver function of both groups were recorded.Furthermore, hepatic artery peak velocity (HAP),portal vein peak velocity (PVP)and portal vein flow (PVF)before the liver transplantation and on postoperative day 1,30 and 90 were measured through ultrasonic detection;hepatic arterial buffer capacity (BC)and adjustment BC were calculated. The univariable and multivariable analysis were performed to analyze the relationship between hepatic hemodynamics and liver function in two groups, and the receiver operating curve (ROC)was drawn. Results The PVP and PVF on postoperative day 30 in abnormal group were significantly higher than those of normal group (P =0.014,0.049).The BC and adjustment BC in normal group were significantly higher than those of abnormal group (P =0.048,0.011).The multivariable analysis showed that adjustment BC was the independent risk factor (P =0.047),with the area under the curve (AUC)of ROC of 0.705,sensitivity of 0.652 and specificity of 0.750. Conclusions PVP,PVF,BC and adjustment BC on postoperative day 30 may be related to abnormal liver function,of which adjustment BC can be used as one of the indicators for diagnosis and intervention of abnormal liver function.

Objective To explore the public's cognition and attitude towards general medicine, general practitioners, and pre-hospital first-aid knowledge in Ludian County,Yunnan Province,to find out the training and learning methods that are more acceptable to the public for this kind of related knowledge, and to propose targeted solutions. Methods A complete random sampling survey was conducted among the nucleic acid collection office at the gate of the vegetable market from October 15,2022,to December 30,2022,and the outpatient clinic of Wenping Street Health Center from January 1,2023,to February 28,2023,by using electronic questionnaire and paper questionnaire. Results Nearly 50%of the people in Ludian County of Yunnan Province lack the knowledge of general medicine and pre-hospital emergency care, especially the knowledge of electrical defibrillation.People with higher education and the medical profession have a higher understanding of general medicine, and people with a higher understanding of general medicine are more willing to participate in pre-hospital emergency care. The average Ridit value is:very familiar with general medicine(0.774)>Knowledge of some general practices(0.565)>Never heard of general practice(0.400).The higher education level and the more comprehensive understanding of general medicine had a positive impact on participation in pre-hospital emergency care, with B values of 0.624 and 0.619,OR 95%CI of 1.867(1.544~2.257)and 1.857(1.298~2.657),respectively.Taking medical staff as a reference, the B value of medical students was = 0.942,P = 0.234,the difference was not significant, and the B value of non-medical professional population was all less than 0,the effect is negative. In addition, most people have a positive attitude towards learning pre-hospital first aid,and more than 70%of people are willing to learn and train related knowledge of pre-hospital first aid. Conclusions People in urban areas of Ludian County,Yunnan Province have poor understanding of general practice, low recognition of general practitioners, low demand for general practitioners, and lack of awareness of the importance of pre-hospital emergency treatment.Because of the cognitive differences among different groups,it is necessary to conduct specific training for different groups.
