OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of eucalyptol in Chimonanthus Zhejiangensis. METH-ODS:GC was conducted with Zebron ZB-WAX capillary column with temperature programmed;FID detector was used with the temperature of 250 ℃;the volume temperature was 220 ℃ and the carrier gas was nitrogen with high purity. RESULTS:Eucalyp-tol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.017 69-1.415 mg/ml(r=0.999 1);the RSDs of precisions,stability and reproduc-ibility tests were no more than 1.87%and the average recovery was 99.72%(RSD=0.65%,n=6).There were big differences in dif-ferent areas of the same month and the maximum was more than one time (1.064%-0.450%);there were also big differences in the same area of different months(0.633%-1.064%). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate,fast and reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Chimonanthus Zhejiangensis.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of building core competencies evaluation system among emergency nurses. Methods 170 nursing staff in emergency department were chosen and were investigated about the general situation and previous training and training needs.Before and after training 170 nursing staff were tested for relevant knowledge,and the survival rate of critically ill patients and satisfaction degree of patients were taking for statistics. Results Training needs of core competencies of professional nurses in emergency department were as followed from high to low in sequence:first-aid equipment and facilities,first-aid skills,organization and coordination of emergency response and education and training.For nurses with different nursing work experience,the knowledge level about core competencies was also different,work experience ＞ 5 years was significantly higher than those ≤ 5years,emergency equipment and facilities and knowledge level of first-aid skills showed significant differences.After training,the level of related nursing skills of 170 nurses was better than before,in the rescue of patients,the survival rate and satisfaction degree of patients was significantly higher than before the training. Conclusions Building core competencies evaluation system for emergency nurses and applying it in clinic is feasible and has a positive meaning.

Objective To observe the effect of Compound Fuling Gancao Decoction(CFGD) on transforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1) in pulmonary artery of rats with pulmonary hypertension(PH),and to explore its therapeutic mechanism for PH and pulmonary vascular remodeling.Methods Thirty SD male rats were randomized into the normal control group,model group,and CFGD(5.46g?kg-1?d-1) group.PH rats models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of monocrotaline(50mg/kg).The mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP) in rats was detected with the method of right cardiac catheterization,right ventricular hypertrophy index was calculated,histological changes of lung small artery were analyzed with pathological image analysis,and TGF-?1 expression in pulmonary artery was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results MPAP and right ventricular hypertrophy index were enhanced obviously,the number of muscular arteries and partially-muscular arteries was increased,ratio of media area and luminal thickness in the muscular arteries became bigger,and TGF-?1 expression in pulmonary artery of the model group was increased.The above indexes were improved in CFGD group.Conclusion CFGD is effective on decreasing pulmonary pressure and improving pulmonary vascular remodeling,and its mechanism is probably related with the inhibition of TGF-?1 expression in pulmonary artery.

Objective To explore the initial clinical experiences of preoperative endovascular embolization of huge retroperitoneal neurogenic tumor.Methods 5 cases with retroperitoneal neurogenic tumor underwent endovascular embolization before operative resection since Aug.2006~May.2007.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA) was performed during processes in all cases and main tumor's vessels were embolized.Results The processes of endovascular embolization in 5 cases were successfully completed.0~400 ml blood were transfused in these cases.The tumors were excised completely in 4 cases and partly in 1 case.Conclusion Blood loss can be decreased by preoperative endovascular embolization for huge retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors.The extent of embolization should be performed according to individualization.

Objective To investigate the disease medical management behavior patients who discharged from hospital after coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).Methods During June 2013 to March 2014,a total of 110 patients after CABG in Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Second Military Medical University were recruited to fill questionnaire,and the results were analysed.Results The average score of 110 patients of disease medical management behavior was 40.57±5.13,the total score index was 54.09％.In the four dimensions of disease medical management,treatment adherence was the worst which scored 8.19±1.28,and scoring index was 54.60％.Disease knowledge management was the best implementation which scored 13.83±2.05,and scoring index was 52.00％.Gender,education,medical treatment charge of payment and complication were the influence factors of disease medical management behavior.Conclusions Medical staff should adopt different self-management intervention strategy,according to different patients and self management content.

Methods:HPLC was applied with the chromatographic conditions as follows:the chromatographic column was Agilent-XDB C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm) at 30℃, the mobile phase was methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 277nm and the injection volume was 5μl. Results:The linear range of hesperi-din and phillyrin was 12.000-60.000 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 6) and 18.000-90.000 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 3),respectively; the average recovery was 96.61%(RSD=1.40%) and 97.66%(RSD=1.27%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used in the quality control of Siji Ganmao capsules.

To optimize the extract method and chromatographic conditions for the determination of rutin in Mori Folium in Chinese pharmacopoeia. Methods:The HPLC analysis was performed on a ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphorice acid solution with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The de-tection wavelength was 354 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The content of rutin determined by the method in Chinese pharmacopoeia was actually the total contents of rutin and isoquercitrin, while the optimized method could separate the two components effectively, and the good linearity of rutin and isoquercitrin was within the range of 2.76-27.60 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9) and 4. 74-47. 39 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 8), respectively, and the average recovery was 100. 31% (RSD=0. 83%) and 100. 32%, re-spectively (RSD=1. 04%, n=6). Conclusion:The optimized method is simple, stable and reproducible,which can be used in the quality control of Mori Folium.

Methods:HPLC was applied with the chromatographic conditions as follows: the chromatographic column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) at 30℃;acetonitrile-0. 1% H3 PO4 solution was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution; the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 360nm. Results: Good linearity of rutin, quercetin and kaempferol was within the range of 0.0409-1.637 0mg·ml-1(r=0.999 2), 0.44-88.00μg·ml-1(r=0.999 8) and 0.41-77.63μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 2), respectively; the average recovery was 99.35%(RSD =1. 64%),101. 14% (RSD =1. 88%) and 99. 69% (RSD =1. 92%) , respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, and suitable for the simultaneous determination of rutin, quercetin and kaempferol in Shi Liang Cha.

Results:Oleanolic acid in radix of Aralia chinensis L. had a good separation from the other components, a good linearity was obtained within the range of 72. 52-725. 2 μg·ml-1 ( r=1. 000 0), and the average recovery was 98. 05%(RSD=1. 89%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and applicable in the assay of oleanolic acid in radix of Aralia chinensis L. .

Objective:To establish the quantitative method for eucalyptol in Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu by GC. Methods:The GC method was performed on a Zebron ZB-WAX column (60 m × 0. 32 mm,0. 5 μm) with programmed temperature of 60-200℃, an FID detector was used, the detector temperature was 250℃, the inlet temperature was 220℃, and the carrier gas was nitrogen with high purity. Results:A good linearity of eucalyptol was within the range of 0. 012 6-0. 503 4 mg·ml-1(r=0. 999 8), and the average recov-ery was 100. 68%(RSD=1. 51%,n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and quick with good reproducibility, and suitable for the quality control of Chimonanthus salicifolius S. Y. Hu.
