Objective To study the effects of catgut implantation at acupoint on epileptic attack behavior in experimental epilepsy rats. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into model group, catgut implantation group, western medicine group and acupuncture group. Making the acute epilepsy model by intraperitoneal injection of penicilin in rats after pretreatment, observed the latent period and the performance of epilepsy seizures within 70 minutes after intraperitoneal injection of penicilin. Objective To analyze the diagnostic values of plasma albumin and total bilirubin, serum uric acid and inflammatory cytokines levels in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 48 cases of bipolar disorder patients were selected as research subjects ( study group) , and 45 cases of healthy people in the same period were chosen as control group.The plasma albumin, total bilirubin and serum IL-1β, IL-4, uric acid levels were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The serum albumin, total bilirubin levels in study group were significantly lower than those in healthy control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The serum IL-1β, IL-4 levels in study group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The serum uric acid levels in study group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The serum albumin, total bilirubin and serum IL-1β, IL-4, uric acid levels can be used as a diagnostic reference index for bipolar disorder.

Objective:To investigate the association of thyrotropin receptor antibodies(TRAb) with the sensitivity to glucocorticoid therapy in Graves′s ophthalmopathy(GO) patients.Methods:Total 37 subjects with active GO were treated with prednisone. According to the relieve degree and clinical activity of their eye symptoms post-steroid treatment, patients were grouped into sensitive group(S) and non-sensitive group(NS). TRAb positive rate and antibody titer of the two groups were compared.Results:In S group( n=28 ), the positive rate and titre of TRAb were 76.53% and (12.54?5.62) U/L, respectively; The positive rate and titre of TRAb post-treatment were 22.18% and (7.82?4.91) U/L, respectively, were significant lower than data prior treatment. In NS group( n=9 ), the positive rate and titre of TRAb prior treatment were 67.24% and (11.07?4.63) U/L, respectively; The positive rate and titre of TRAb post-treatment were 59.74% and (10.81?5.96) U/L, there was no significant difference with data prior treatment. Prior treatment, there was no significant difference of TRAb titres between the two groups. Post-treatment, TRAb titres in NS group were significant higher than in S group.Conclusion:The variations of TRAb level were closely correlated with the sensitivity to glucocorticoid therapy in GO patients. Serum TRAb level can be used as a major index to evaluate therapeutic sensitivity to glucocorticoid therapy in GO.

Objective To investigate the long-term safety and efficacy of the domestic biodegradable drug-eluting cor?onary stents (BuMA) in treating coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Patients (n=440) who received BUMA stents were designated as observation group while patients (n=460) received Resolutestents were designated as control group. The base?line clinical characteristics, extend of pathological change shown by Coronary Arteriography (CAG),the procedure of percu?taneous coronary intervention were similar between these two groups. The patients were followed up for a mean of 24 ± 4 months;the primary endpoint was the occurrence of definite or probable stent thrombosis;secondary endpoint was major ad?verse cardiac events (MACEs) including complex end such as recurrent angina, acute non-fatal myocardial infarction, death, target vessel revascularization (TVR); other endpoints include all- cause mortality, cardiac death, myocardial infarc?tion (MI), target lesion revascularization (TLR), non-target vessel revascularization and stroke. Some patients were lost dur?ing follow up, which include 5 in observation group and 26 in control group. Results Patients in observation groups were in?serted with 615 stents while patients in control group were implanted with 614 stents, both groups with average of implanting 1.41 stent/case. There are no statistical significance differences in the primary endpoint [1.4%(6/435) vs 1.8%(8/434), χ2=0.087], secondary endpoint [12.3%(54/435) vs 10.8%(47/434),χ2=0.524] and other endpoints between the two groups. Con?clusion These data suggest that domestic biodegradable drug-eluting coronary stents (BuMA) are with good long-term safe?ty and efficacy.

Objective To compare the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of primary Waldeyer's ring non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods From Jan 2008 to Dcc 2013, 50 patients with primary Waldeyer's ring non-Hodgkin lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed.Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis.Log-rank method was used for univariate analysis.Results Waldeyer's ring diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and extranodal nasal-type NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTCL) were the common pathological types of primary Waldeyer's ring non-Hodgkin lymphoma accounting for 56 ％ (28/50) DLBCL and 34 ％ (17/50) ENKTCL, respectively.The age at onset of ENKTCL patients was younger than that of DLBCL patients.Two groups had different primary sites, including 50.0 ％ (14/28) of DLBCL with tonsillar disease and 88.2 ％ (15/17) of ENKTCL with nasopharynx disease.The short phase effect of DLBCL group was higher than that of ENKTCL group.The overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) rates had significant differences between DLBCL and ENKTCL (x2 =4.45, P =0.035;x2=6.47, P =0.011).Conclusion DLBCL and ENKTCL are different in clinical characteristics.The short phase effect and prognosis of DLBCL are obviously better than those of the ENKTCL.

Objective To prepare an occupation well-being scale for nurses, and test its reliability and validity. Methods After literature review and semi-structured interviews, the item pool of the occupation well-being scale for nurses was created based on theory of structure of the subjective well-being. After group discussion, and evaluation by the specialists, a pilot scale was obtained. A total of 350 clinical nurses were selected by using stratified sampling method, and their occupation well-being were surveyed by the scale. The data were used to assess the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The occupation well-being scale for nurses had 3 dimensions, including 8 exploring factors. The values of Cronbach Alpha and the split half reliability coefficient of the total scale, endogenous exogenous satisfaction, satisfaction of nurses occupation happiness were all larger than 0.9, which meaned the internal consistency was good. In the emotion dimension, the value of Cronbach Alpha and the split half reliability coefficient were less than 0.7, which meant the internal consistency was not so good. The reliability coefficient of repeated measurement of the whole scale and each dimension were greater than 0.7, suggesting the external consistency of the scale was good. The content validity index of 3 dimensions were all larger than 0.9,and the cumulative ex-planatory variables were all larger than 55%. Conclusion The occupation well-being scale for nurses proposed in this study has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the occupation well-being of the nurses.
