1.Application of clinical nursing path in the swallowing training of stroke patients with neural deglutition disorders

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing path(CNP)on the swallowing training of stroke patients with neural deglutition disorders.Methods Sixty stroke patients with neural deglutition disorders were recruited from January 2012 to October 2012 in the department of neurology of our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission:the experiment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).CNP was applied in the experimental group and the traditional nursing approach in the control.The two groups were compared in terms of the improvement of deglutition disorder.Result The effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than the rate of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CNP is effective in improving stroke patients’neural deglutition disorders and enhancing their life quality.
2.Effect of Shengmai Capsules on Cadiocyte Apoptosis in Rats with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

5.Study on the correlation between ultrasound imaging and pathology in acute lung injury of rats

Objective To evaluate the correlation between ultrasonography and histopathology in acute lung injury of rats.Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (4 rats) and experimental group (16 rats),in the experimental group acute lung injury models were step-by-step induced by oleic acid (OA) and sequentially by OA and lipopolysaccharide (LPS).After the end of each step of models,ultrasound examination was applied,and the rats were sacrificed to take the lung specimens to be observed.The ultrasonography and pathological results were analyzed,and the numbers of alveolar were counted under microscope (200 times).Results With the aggravation of acute lung injury,the sonographic findings showed unclear or disappeared pleural line,close-set of B-lines,and pulmonary consolidation with air bronchogram.For control group,the ultrasonographic score was 0.25 ± 0.50,lung injury pathological score was 0.50 ± 0.58,and the numbers of alveolar were 25 ± 3.For OA group,the ultrasonographic score was 2.86-± 1.35,lung injury pathological score was 6.28-± 0.76,and the numbers of alveolar were 10-± 2.For OA + LPS group,the ultrasonographic score was 5.83-± 2.32,lung injury pathological score was 9.83 ± 0.98,and the numbers of alveolar were 6-± 2.All 3 groups were significant different on ultrasonographic score,pathological score and alveolar counts (P < 0.01).Conclusions The ultrasonography image of acute lung injury of rats were positively correlated with its histopathological alteration.The ultrasonography can effectively evaluate the degree of acute lung injury of rats.
6.Investigation and analysis of the effect of family structure on anxiety of inpatients

Objective To explore the symptoms of anxiety,family structure,and the distribution features of family about in-patients.And to find out the influence of the family structure on in-patients' symptoms of anxiety.The results would provide evidentiary support and suggestions for in-patients to improve quality of life and for prevention and intervention of anxiety.Methods Family table was used to register the family structure which was classified as the nuclear family,stem/expended family and other classification.The anxiety of in-patients was measured by self-rating anxiety scale.Results A total of 512 cases of in-patients completed the survey,there were 483 valid questionnaires.The rate of effective questionnaire was 94.34%.In family structure of in-patients,core family accounted for 48.65%,stem/expended family was 36.85%.The sex of family structure showed significant difference,the female proportion of the nuclear family was significantly higher than male.Among all in-patients,78.05% did not have anxiety,low-level,medium-level,and severe anxiety showed no significant differences.The effects of anxiety on family structure had significant differences.The anxiety level of stem family was relatively higher.Conclusions Economic development and the population flow due to industrialization and globalization changed family structure of our country,especially in coastal de-velopment cities with fast economic development,fast-paced and stressful work,and it may affect the influ-ence of Chinese traditional family structure on anxiety of the in-patients.
7.Prevalence and influencing factors of dysmenorrhea among female college students

Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of dysmenorrhea among female college students in Changchun city, so as to provide scientific basis for health promotion and effective preventive measurement. Methods Non-randomized convenience sampling and face to face interview were used to collect information from female college students aged between 17 and 25 years in 14 universities in Changchun. Chi-square test and logistic regression model were used to analyze influencing factors of dysmenorrhea. Results The average age of 1 071 subjects was 21.21 ± 1.83 years. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea was 86.55%. The proportion of mild dysmenorrhea among the subjects was 62.56%, followed by 33.01% with moderate dysmenorrhea and 4.43% with severe dysmenorrhea; 80.76% of subjects paid attention to keep warm in the daily life. Normal BMI, sleeping before 23 o'clock or between 23 to 24 o'clock, taking exercise frequently or everyday might be the protective factors of dysmenorrhea, and the OR values (95% CI) were respectively as 0.60 (0.37-0.97), 0.56 (0.37-0.84), 0.42 (0.22-0.78) and 0.63(0.42-0.97). Tension and the family history of dysmenorrhea might be the risk factors, and the OR values (95%CI) were respectively 1.63 (1.10-2.41), 4.84 (2.80-8.35). Conclusion The prevalence of dysmenorrhea is high among female college students. Lacking exercise, BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2, staying up late, tension and the family history of dysmenorrhea may be the influencing factors of dysmenorrhea among female college students.

Objective:To describe the family resilience experience of colorectal cancer patients′ spouses in the process of care, and to provide reference for making effective clinical nursing interventions.Methods:Objective sampling method was used to select the spouses of colorectal cancer patients who were hospitalized in Shanghai East Hospital from March to April 2023. A phenomenological research was used. Semi-structured, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 spouses of colorectal cancer patients undergoing colostomy. Data was transcribed and analyzed using Colaizzi′s method.Results:Three themes were extracted: family crisis and coping pressure including increased burden of care, accompanying emotional internal friction, heavy economic pressure; internal adjustment and adaptation within the family including positive family beliefs, timely adjustment of family roles, clear and effective communication and interaction; integration and utilization of external resources including active access to information, medical professional support, social external support.Conclusions:With the help of the perspective of family advantage, medical staff should pay attention to the evaluation of care needs and family resilience of colorectal cancer patients′ spouses, to fully mobilize advantage resources and give effective intervention measures to improve the family and social adaptation level of patients and their spouses.

10. Application of functional parotidectomy via retroauricular hairline incision in the excising superficial parotid tumor

Objective:
To evaluate the usefulness of retroauricular hairline incision (RAHI) in partial superficial parotidectomy (PSP) by comparison with modified Blair incision (MBI).
Methods:
A retrospective analysis of 64 medical records for patients with benign parotid tumors who underwent partial superficial parotidectomy was undertaken (28 were in MBI group, 36 in RAHI group). Size and location of tumors, operative time, occurrence of facial nerve paralysis and Frey′s syndrome, and cosmetic outcomes were compared between RAHI and MBI groups.
