Objective To determine circulating specific IgG immune complexes activating complement(IgG/C3-CIC)concentrations in maternal serum of normal term pregnant women and women with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods We detect the serum level of IgG/ C3-CIC and IgG in 115 subjects,including 34 cases of normal pregnant women and 81 cases of PIH women.Results The serums concentrations of IgG/C3-CIC in normal term pregnant women, women with mild PHI,moderate PIH and serve PIH were 0.284?0.18,0.303?0.16,0.483?0.286 and 0.462?0.206,respectively.The serum concentration of IgG in the women were 191.07?112. 92g/L,147.56?47.91 g/L,140.18?32.89 g/L and 125.40?53.24 g/L,respectively.The serum concentration of IgG/C3-CIC in patients with moderate PIH and severe PIH was higher than that in patients with mild PIH and normal term pregnant women(P
2.The dual-source CT analysis of vascular lesions causing abdominal pain

Objective With the CT analysis of vascular lesions which caused abdominal pain,to improve the radiologist’s understanding of this disease,and to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.Methods The CT data of 69 cases with vascular lesions which caused abdominal pain were analysis retrospective.Results In the vascular lesions causing abdominal pain,the occlusions of the superior mesenteric artery and vein were the most common,a total of 30 patients (43%),and the most common cause of occlusion was thrombosis (27%);There were the abdominal aorta dissection (Ⅰ+Ⅲ type+limitation)in 1 5 cases,abdominal aorta and/or iliac artery vein multiple ulcers in 9 cases (13%);Type B intramural hematoma in 6 cases (8%);Simply superior mesenteric artery dissection in 5 cases;Other less common splenic arterial thrombotic occlusion in 2 cases,pure splenic artery occlusion in 1 case and renal artery dissection in 1 case.7 cases were missed lesions,the main reason for radiologists to focus placed in the abdominal cavity prone to abdominal pain caused by solid organ or cavity organ,while ignoring the observation in the scanning range of the abdominal aorta and its main branches of the artery,lack of knowledge and experience of the lesions,and therefore not to see the consciousness or habits.Conclusion Vascular causes is an important reason causing abdominal pain.In patients with abdominal pain who underwent CT examination,if the cause of the gut and other abdominal organs can be exclused,the possibility of vascular etiology should be considered,and we should carefully observe intraabdominal artery and vein to exclude the possibility of this disease.
3. Application of modified internal fixation and fusion for type Ⅱ painful accessory navicular in adults

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of modified internal fixation and fusion in treatment of type Ⅱ painful accessory navicular (PAN) in adults. Methods: Between January 2016 and December 2017, 29 patients (37 feet) with type Ⅱ PAN were treated with modified internal fixation and fusion. There were 12 males and 17 females with an average age of 41.4 years (range, 18-50 years). The injury caused by sprain in 24 cases and no obvious inducement occurred in 5 cases. All patients received conservative treatment for more than 6 months with no significant improvement. The effectiveness was evaluated by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score before operation and at last follow-up. The inclination angle of calcaneus, the first metatarsal angle of talus, the inclusion angle of talonavicular joint, and the second metatarsal angle of talus were measured on X-ray films. Results: Superficial infection of incision occurred in 1 case after operation, and the incision healed after enhanced dressing change. The incisons of the other patients healed by first intention. There was no deep infection or osteomyelitis. All patients were followed up 12-33 months (mean, 25.1 months). X-ray films showed that the articular surfaces healed at 2-5 months after operation, with an average of 3.4 months. No loosening or rupture of internal fixator was found during the follow-up. At last follow-up, the pain, function, alignment scores, and total score of AOFAS were significantly improved when compared with those before operation (P<0.05). The inclusion angle of talonavicular joint, the first metatarsal angle of talus, and the second metatarsal angle of talus were also significantly improved when compared with those before operation (P<0.05). But there was no significant difference in the inclination angle of calcaneus between pre- and post-operation (t=1.097, P=0.276). Conclusion: Modified internal fixation and fusion in treatment of type Ⅱ PAN can effectively relieve the symptoms and obtain good recovery of feet function with less complications.
4.External fixators combined with spongy bone implant in treatment of tibial fracture nonunion

Objective To report effect on treatment tibial fracture asynthesis by external fixator combined with spongy bone implant.Methods From Februryl 999 to February 2002,11 cases of the tibial fractures asynthesis were treated with the external fixator combined with spongy bone implant.Results Follow-up was both clinically and ra-diologically performed in 1 leases.The healing rate of the fracture was 100% in this group.The average healing time was 3.2 months.Conclusion The external fixation combined with spongy bone implant is simple and effective in treatment of the tibial fracture asynthesis.
5.Clinical application of bidirectional Glenn shunt without extracorporeal circulation for complicated congenital heart disease in children

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical application of bidirectional Glenn shunt without extracorporeal circulation(ECC) on treatment of children with complicated congenital heart disease (CHD).MethodsForty-six patients with complicated CHD(without ECC group) underwent bidirectional Glenn shunt without ECC,and 40 patients with complicated CHD (with ECC group) underwent bidirectional Glenn shunt with ECC.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.ResultsThere was no operative mortality in two groups.The pulmonary artery pressure in without ECC group was significantly lower than that in with ECC group [( 16.7 ± 1.2) mm Hg ( 1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa) vs.( 18.9 ± 1.0) mm Hg,t =4.686,P=0.026 ].Duration of respirator assistance after operation in without ECC group was significantly lower than that in with ECC group [ ( 12.2 ± 2.7) h vs.( 19.2 ± 2.8) h,t =2.972,P =0.041 ].There was no significant difference in saturation of blood oxygen and the rate of chylothorax after operation between two groups (P>0.05).The symptoms and signs including cyanosis and breath were markedly alleviative in all patients.ConclusionBidirectional Glenn shunt without ECC is an effective and safe method for complicated CHD.

Objective To compare the effect,relapse rate and outcomes between mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)and pulse intravenous cyclophosphamide(CTX)in the induction therapy of pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis(PICGN)in Chinese.Methods A total of 44 patients who had PICGN[16 male,28 female,age(46.8?13.7)y],of whom 25 patients were ANCA positive,were enrolled in this study.All patients had renal involvement with ≥50% crescent formation prior to the study and received either MMF treatment(MMF group,n=22)or intermittent CTX pulse therapy(CTX group,n=22).The patients in both groups also received methylprednisolone(MP)pulse therapy followed by oral prednisone.General conditions,clinicopathological findings,remission rate,relapse rate,and outcomes were compared.All the patients were followed up until June 2005,with an average follow-up of 8~60(Med 27)months in the MMF group,and 6~72(Med 29)months in the CTX group.Results No significant difference was found between MMF group and CTX group in general conditions,base parameters of clinical and pathological findings.The remission rate at the 12th month in MMF and CTX group was 90.9% and 72.7% respectively.The complete remission rate in MMF group(59.1%)was significantly higher than that of the CTX group(27.3%)(P
7.Genome-wide expression profile analysis of 3D cultured dermal papilla cells from patients with androgenic alopecia

Objective To screen genes differentially expressed between dermal papilla cells from occipital and vertex scalp of patients with androgenic alopecia (AGA) through a 3D culture system.Methods Dermal papilla cells isolated from the occipital scalp tissue of patients with AGA were cultured in a 2D system for several days.Then,the third-passage dermal papilla cells were subjected to a 3D culture with the presence of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) for 72 hours (experimental group).The dermal papilla cells isolated from the vertex scalp tissue of patients with AGA,which were cultured in a 3D system with dimethyl sulfoxide,but not DHT,served as the control group.Subsequently,total RNA was extracted from the cells and reversely transcribed into cDNA followed by labeling with Cy3 and hybridization to a NimbleGen microarray.Gene ontology (GO) and pathway analysis was carried out to screen differentially expressed genes between the experimental and control group.Real time PCR was conducted to validate the results of microarray analysis.Results As the genome-wide expression profile analysis showed,there were 622 genes differentially expressed between the experimental group and control group,of which,359 were up-regulated and 263 were down-regulated in the experimental group compared with the control group.The above results were corffirmed by real time PCR.GO analysis revealed that the up-regulated genes,such as the CHEK1 and Tobl genes,were mainly involved in the inhibition of cell proliferation and promotion of cell apoptosis,while the down-regulated genes,such as the BAMBI,EFNA3,Dlx3 and UCGC genes,were associated with the acceleration of cell proliferation as well as the growth and development of epidermis.Pathway analysis showed that cell circle-controlling molecules were the most abundant molecules.Conclusions Numerous signalling molecules and pathways are involved in the development of AGA,which are mainly responsible for the modulation of cell circle,proliferation and apoptosis.
8.Clinical evaluation of two temporary restoration materials: Composite and self-cured acrylic resin.

OBJECTIVEThe purpose of this study was to compare the clinical application and effect of two temporary restorations materials: composite and self-cured acrylic resin.
METHODS153 composite temporary crowns (and bridges) placed in 44 patients and 144 self-cured acrylic resin temporary crowns (and bridges) placed in 49 patients were evaluated according to the California Dental Association's (CDA) criteria and questionnaire.
RESULTSIt showed that composite temporary crowns (and bridges) had better surface smoothness, marginal integrity and anatomic form than self-cured acrylic resin temporary crowns (and bridges). In the 49 patients with self-cured acrylic resin temporary crowns (and bridges), 67% and 88% of them complained of food impaction and mouth odor, while only 2% and 30% in the 44 patients with composite temporary crowns (and bridges) had the same complaint.
CONCLUSIONBetween the two temporary restoration materials, composite is better than self-cured acrylic resin.

Objective:
Study of the results and the degree on occupational noise-induced deafness in-to the different high frequency hearing threshold weighted value, in order to provide theoretical basis for the re-vision of diagnostic criteria on occupational noise-induced deafness.
Methods:
A retrospective study was con-ducted to investigate the cases on the diagnosis of occupational noise-induced deafness in Guangdong province hospital for occupational disease prevention and treatment from January 2016 to January 2017. Based on the re-sults of the 3 hearing test for each test interval greater than 3 days in the hospital, the best threshold of each frequency was obtained, and based on the diagnostic criteria of occupational noise deafness in 2007 edition, Chi square test, t test and variance analysis were used to measure SPSS21.0 data, their differences are tested among the means of speech frequency and the high frequency weighted value into different age group, noise ex-posure group, and diagnostic classification between different dimensions.
Results:

10. Comparative study on the diagnostic criteria of occupational noise-induced deafness between version 2014 and version 2007

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the impact of GBZ 49-2014 Diagnosis of Occupational Noise-induced Deafness and GBZ49-2007 Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Noise-induced Deafness on the diagnosis of occupational noise-induced deafness( ONID). METHODS: A total of 84 individuals,who were workers exposed to noise and diagnosed as observation subjects by GBZ 49-2007 were selected as the subjects of study by judgment sampling. They were diagnosed based on the criteria of GBZ 49-2014 and GBZ 49-2007. The impact of different diagnostic audiometry,different age and gender correction methods and the inclusion of a weighting of 0. 1 high-frequency 4. 0 k Hz hearing threshold of GBZ 49-2014 on the diagnosis of ONID was analyzed. RESULTS: The binaural high frequency threshold average( BHFTA) calculated by GBZ 49-2014 were lower than that of GBZ 49-2007 [( 52. 1 ± 10. 3) vs( 52. 8 ± 10. 1) d B,P < 0. 05 ],but monaural threshold of weighted value( MTWV) of the good ear calculated by GBZ 49-2014 were higher than speech frequency threshold average( SPTA) of the good ear of GBZ 49-2007 [( 23. 2 ± 4. 1) vs( 19. 3 ± 4. 8) d B,P < 0. 01]. All of the 84 patients had BHFTA ≥40 d B and SPTA < 26 d B when diagnosed by GBZ 49-2007,and could not be diagnosed as ONID. A total of33. 3% patients had BHFTA ≥40 d B and MTWV ≥26 d B when diagnosed by GBZ 49-2014 which could be diagnosed as mild ONID. The detection rate of ONID was 21. 4% to 34. 5%( P < 0. 01) when the threshold of 4. 0 k Hz was used as the weighting diagnostic threshold of hearing in the case of using different diagnostic audiograms and different age and sex correction methods. CONCLUSION: A high-frequency hearing threshold of 4. 0 k Hz with a weighting of 0. 1 was included in GBZ 49-2014 as a diagnostic threshold,which reduced the diagnostic threshold of ONID.
