Objective To investigate the clinical application of venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed endotracheal suctioning method for non-mechanical ventilation and tracheotomy patients with severe brain trauma.Methods The patients who met the experimental criterion were divided into the experimental group and the control group based on the admission date with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed suction method,and the control group was treated with open endotracheal suctioning and continuous wet micro-injection pump method for artificial airway care.The humidification effect,sputum formation and the effect of oxygen therapy were compared between the two groups on the first day,third day and seventh day after the intervention.Results On the third and the seventh day,the humidifying effect and the effect of oxygen therapy in the experimental group were better than control group.The cases of sputum formation in the experimental group were less than the control group.They were statistically significant.Conclusions Combination of venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed endotracheal suctioning method can effectively reduce the sputum formation of non-mechanical ventilation and tracheotomy patients with severe brain trauma,it also can improve the effect of humidification and oxygen therapy,to improve ventilation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To discuss the effect and the method of treatment of anti-cardiolipin antibody (ACA),ANA and ENA on abnormal delivery women,and their relationship with abnormal delivery.Methods The concentrations of plasman ACA,ANA,ENA and the times of abortion in abnormal delivery for 193 cases of abnormal delivery women and 100 cases of normal pregnancy were quarnlitatively detected and satistically analyzed.The 81 ACA positive patients were treated orally with aspirin,25 ACA and ANA/ENA positive patients were treated with aspirin combined with prednisone,and 3 ANA/ENA positive patients with prednisone treatment oral.Results The number of ACA and ANA positive patients was closely related to the types of abmormal delivery. The ANA and ENA positive patients was related to the times of abortion. There was no difference in the outcome of treatment between both therapies of aspirine and aspirine combined with prednisone in abnormal delivery women.Conclusions ACA is an important factor in causing abnormal delivery. No matter what ANA and ENA are in ACA positive patients,their can be treated with aspirin alone.

Since its discovery, the retinoblastoma (RB) tumor-suppressor protein has become a focal point of caner and cell cycle research, and subsequently discovered members(pRB,p107,p103) of the RBfamily have been proved to play a important role in the cell cycle and the development of cancer. RB regulates the cell growth, development and differentiation via the interactions with E2f and some other cytokines,and its alternation even make the tumor formation. In comparison with some other tumors, colorectal cancer(CRC) has the different expression of RB.We may assume that the different causes of CRC and some unique functions of RB in CRC lead to the alternation.

Objective lo evaluate the effects ot different types oi nitric oxide synthase inhibitors on cerebral mitochondrial structure and function in fetal rats with intrauterine distress. Methods Rats were divided into control group, acute ischemia group, treatment group 1 injection of [ N omega-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA) 4 mg/kg into pregnant rats' abdomen before ischemia], reperfusion group, treatment group 2 [injection of L-NNA 4 mg/kg into pregnant rats' abdomen before ischemia followed by injection of aminoguanidine (AG) 500 mg/kg before operation]. Changes of mitochondrial structure were observed by transmission electron microscopy and expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) mRNA (A) through RT-PCR. Inducible nitric oxide synthase ( iNOS) activity and mitochondrial Na+ K + -ATPase and cytochrome oxidase activity were measured. Results (1) The A of NOS(5 min,15 min) in acute ischemia group was higher than that of treatment group 1 ( P 0. 05). But the A of nNOS in two groups was higher than that in control group ( P 0. 05 ). Objective With the CT analysis of vascular lesions which caused abdominal pain,to improve the radiologist’s understanding of this disease,and to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.Methods The CT data of 69 cases with vascular lesions which caused abdominal pain were analysis retrospective.Results In the vascular lesions causing abdominal pain,the occlusions of the superior mesenteric artery and vein were the most common,a total of 30 patients (43%),and the most common cause of occlusion was thrombosis (27%);There were the abdominal aorta dissection (Ⅰ+Ⅲ type+limitation)in 1 5 cases,abdominal aorta and/or iliac artery vein multiple ulcers in 9 cases (13%);Type B intramural hematoma in 6 cases (8%);Simply superior mesenteric artery dissection in 5 cases;Other less common splenic arterial thrombotic occlusion in 2 cases,pure splenic artery occlusion in 1 case and renal artery dissection in 1 case.7 cases were missed lesions,the main reason for radiologists to focus placed in the abdominal cavity prone to abdominal pain caused by solid organ or cavity organ,while ignoring the observation in the scanning range of the abdominal aorta and its main branches of the artery,lack of knowledge and experience of the lesions,and therefore not to see the consciousness or habits.Conclusion Vascular causes is an important reason causing abdominal pain.In patients with abdominal pain who underwent CT examination,if the cause of the gut and other abdominal organs can be exclused,the possibility of vascular etiology should be considered,and we should carefully observe intraabdominal artery and vein to exclude the possibility of this disease.

Objective To evaluate the anesthetic efficacy of propofol used to supplement spinal anesthesia for sedation in the pediatric patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity operations.Methods One hundred twenty pediatric patients of both sexes, aged 2-5 yr, weighing 11-21 kg, of ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ , scheduled for elective lower abdominal or lower extremity operations were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =40 each) using a random number table: general anesthesia group (group G), propofol used to supplement caudal block for sedation group (group PS+CB) , and propofol used to supplement spinal anesthesia for sedation group (group PS+SA).In group G, after induction of anesthesia, laryngeal mask airway was inserted, the patients were then mechanically ventilated, and anesthesia was maintained with iv infusion of propofol (5-7 mg· kg-1 · h-1), remifentanil (20-25 μg· kg-1 · h 1) and cisatracurium besylate (0.1 mg· kg-1 · h 1).In group PS+CB, caudal block was performed with the mixture 0.8 ml/kg of 1％ lidocaine and 0.25％ bupivacaine.In group PS+SA, spinal anesthesia was performed with isobaric bupivacaine 1.0 mg/age.Propofol was then infused at 3-5 mg · kg-1 · h-1 for sedation in PS+CB and PS+SA groups.Before anesthesia (baseline, T0) and at 1, 5 and 10 min after emergence from anesthesia (T1-3) , heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) were recorded.The emergence time, time for recovery of orientation, and duration of stay in postanesthesia care unit were recorded.Pain was assessed and scored, and agitation was graded at 5 min after emergence from anesthesia, and the occurrence of intraoperative traction reaction, body movement and nausea and vomiting within 24 h after operation was recorded.Results No intraoperative traction reaction and body movement was found in group PS+SA, and no patients stayed in postanesthesia care unit in PS+CB and PS+SA groups.HR and MAP were significantly higher at T1-3 than at T0 in group G (P＜0.05).Compare with group G, the HR, MAP at T1-3, pain scores, agitation scores, incidence of nausea and vomiting were significantly decreased, and the emergence time and time for recovery of orientation were shortened in groups PS+CB and PS+SA (P＜0.05).Conclusion Propofol used to supplement spinal anesthesia for sedation is effective and provides faster recovery from anesthesia with fewer complications in the pediatric patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity operations.
