1.Characteristics of hospital infection and distribution of pathogens in patients with Chronic Hepatitis B
Clinical Medicine of China 2013;(5):524-526
Objective To analyze the situations of hospital infection among patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and explore the characteristics and risk factors. Methods Totally 315 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were chosen and studied to analyze the infection body sites, distributions of pathogens and the risk factors which might cause reproductive tract infections. Results The analysis of 315 cases showed that the infection rate was 17.14% (54 cases),and the most infection sites was abdominal infection(37.04%).Eightyfour pathogens were detected and the gram-negative bacteria were 52 plant of most(61.9%).Hospital infections of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were closely related to age, hospital time, using of antibiotics, clinical stage, hypoproteinemia, invasive manipulation and underlying disease. Conclusion It is effective to reduce the infections by treating early, promote the nursing mind and nutritions.Using the antibiotics reasonable and enhance the educations of psychology.
2.The recognition and practice of perioperative nutrition support therapy for patients with operable cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2012;20(2):65-68
Operable cancer patients should receive nutritional risk screening or/and nutritional assessment before surgery.Perioperative nutrition support therapy should be planned and implemented for the patients with nutritional risk or malnutrition, but not necessarily following special nutritional formula.Reducing the time of preoperative fasting, providing reasonable preoperative nutrition support, and early postoperative feeding in combination may be the preferred strategy for perioperative nutritional intervention and management.Because the disease of cancer patients is complicated and changeable, perioperative nutrition support is not only a technology, but also an “art”.The guidelines, disease information, and clinical experience should be “cleverly tailored and combined” to promote the outcome-improving effect of nutrition support therapy.
3.Effects and mechanisms of insulin postconditioning on myocardial protection in isolated rat hearts
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To explore the effects and mechanisms of insulin postconditioning on myocardial protection in isolated rat hearts.Methods:32 Wistar rats were randomly divided intocontrol group,ischemia/reperfusion group(I/R group),low dose insulin postconditioning group(L-POST group)and high dose insulin postconditioning group(H-POST group),with 8 rats in each group.Langendorff and neely perfusion models were steadily established, then the rat hearts were arrested by cardioplegia(St.Thomas No.2 solution,STH-2)after perfusion for 30 min. These arrested hearts were remained for 30 min at 4℃and then underwent reperfusion for 60 min.In L-POST group and H-POST group, the arrested hearts were reperfused by Krebs-Henseleit buffer solution(K-H)with insulin. The content changes of myocardial eNOS and PKC were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blo(tWB),the AI(Apoptosis index,AI)of cardiomyocyte was detected by TUNEL.Results:Compared with control group, higher expression of eNOS and PKC and higher AI were detected in I/R group、L-POST group and H-POST group (P
4.The chinese version of the patient rated wrist evaluation (PRWE): cross-culture adaptation and reliability test
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the test-retest reliability and internal consistency of a Chinese version ofthe PRWE in a group of patients with distal radius fracture and to compare it with the original PRWE. MethodsThe original PRWE was translated into Chinese. Test-retest reliability was obtained by repeating the PRWE to thesame subjects in one week interval and presented by intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC), internal consistencywas measured by Cronbachs coefficient alpha. Results The Chinese PRWE has good test-retest reliability and in-ternal consistency which are equivalent to the results from the English PRWE. The ICC for the Chinese PRWE rangedfrom 0. 88 to 0. 92. and Cronbach Alpha for the Chinese PRWE ranged from 0. 87 to 0. 97. Conclusion The Chi-nese version of PRWE is equivalent to the original PRWE with acceptable level of reliability and internal consistency. It is a good functional assessment tool for patients with distal radius fractures.

6.Dendritic cells and tumor immunotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(10):755-758
In vivo, dendritic cells(DCs)are the most powerful antigen-presenting cells (APCs).DCs based neoplasm immunotherapy has recently become the focus of research.DCs can be used not only as separate cell vaccine to mediate anti-tumor immunity, but can also be combined with cytokines, immune cells, and other methods in tumor immunotherapy. In animal models and clinical trials,DC-based immunotherapy as well as other tumor immunotherapy strategies have gained more significant progress.
7.Gene modified dendritic cell vaccine in anti-tumor immunity
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(11):767-770
Dendritic cells(DCs) are the most potent antigen presenting cells, which play a vital role in the initiation of immune response by presenting antigens to T cells and followed by induction of T-cell response. This established function of dendritic cells has attracted much attention in efforts to develop useful vaccines for the treatment of cancer. In several studies,DCs were genetically engineered by tumor-associated antigens or by immune molecules such as costimulatory molecules, cytokines, and chemokines. These new DC vaccines are more powerful in stimulating anti-tumor immunity. This review focuses on DC gene modifications for enhancing the multiple effector functions of DC,a variety of transferred genes, and recent clinical trials.
8.Application study of venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed endotracheal suctioning method for non-mechanical ventilation and tracheotomy patients with severe brain trauma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(20):51-54
Objective To investigate the clinical application of venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed endotracheal suctioning method for non-mechanical ventilation and tracheotomy patients with severe brain trauma. Methods The patients who met the experimental criterion were divided into the experimental group and the control group based on the admission date with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group was given venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed suction method, and the control group was treated with open endotracheal suctioning and continuous wet micro-injection pump method for artificial airway care. The humidification effect, sputum formation and the effect of oxygen therapy were compared between the two groups on the first day, third day and seventh day after the intervention. Results On the third and the seventh day,the humidifying effect and the effect of oxygen therapy in the experimental group were better than control group. The cases of sputum formation in the experimental group were less than the control group. They were statistically significant. Conclusions Combination of venturi oxygen therapy heated humidify system and closed endotracheal suctioning method can effectively reduce the sputum formation of non-mechanical ventilation and tracheotomy patients with severe brain trauma,it also can improve the effect of humidification and oxygen therapy,to improve ventilation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
9.Relationship between myeloid-derived suppressor cells and related immune cells in the process of tumor progression
International Journal of Surgery 2013;(6):405-408
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells are a heterogeneous population of early myeloid progenitors, immature granulocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells at different stages of differentiation. These cells have the capacity to suppress both the innate immunity response mediated by the cytotoxic natural killer cells and natural killer T cells, and the adaptive immune response mediated by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. In addition,myeloid-derived suppressor cells have close links with macrophages, dendritic cells, regulate T cells and so on,and also play an important role in the process of tumor progression.
