Objective To study the value of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging (3DUS) in uterus. Methods The transvaginal 3D images were reconstructed in 32 patients. Results The rate of satisfactory imaging is 96.6%,the accuracy of diagnosing uterine anomalies and localizing uterus leison is 100% and 96.6%,respectively.Conclusions 3DUS is of great value in diagnosing uterine anomalies and localizing uterus lesion.

Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ovarian pregnancy. Methods Ultrasound features of 21 cases of ovarian pregnancy were retrospectively studied in comparison with those of surgery and pathology. Results All the cases were diagnosed extrauterine pregnancy and suggested 3 cases with the lesion localizing inside the ovary,3 cases superficial to the ovary, 1 case unclear localization and 2 cases misdiagnosed as tubal ectopic pregnancy, the correct localization was made in 66.7 % of 9 unruptured cases by endovaginal sonography. Twelve ruptured cases were unclear localization by endovaginal sonography. The sonographical appearance of ovarian pregnancies showed normal or little bigger uterus, empty uterine cavity, a gestational sac or inhomogenous strong echoes interior or superior to the ovary, or complex mass in the adnexal area with abundant free fluid in the pelvic. Conclusions Transvaginal sonography is of diagnostic value in ovarian unruptured pregnancy.

Aim To investigate the effect of insulin glargine and human insulin on proliferation of a human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 and the role of ERK in the process. Methods MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with insulin glargine and human insulin at different concentrations and for different time courses.A specific ERK1/2 inhibitor,PD98059,was used either alone or in combination with insulin glargine or human insulin to test the involvement of ERK pathway in cell growth.Cell proliferation was evaluated using cell counting kit-8 reagents.Cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results Both insulin glargine and human insulin dose-dependently enhanced MDA-MB-231 cell proliferation at the concentrations from 1 to 100 IU?L-1 after treatment for 96 h.At the concentration of 10 IU?L-1,both drugs promoted cell growth at 48,72,and 96 h.The percentage of S+G2/M cells was significantly increased in both insulin glargine and human insulin treated groups as compared to untreated controls. No significant difference was observed between insulin glargine and human insulin in their effects on cell proliferation and cell cycle distribution.Cell proliferation was significantly inhibited by PD98059.However,in the presence of PD98059,both drugs still promoted cell proliferation significantly as compared to untreated controls. Conclusions Insulin galrgine and human insulin similarly promote proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells independent of ERK activation.

This study was aimed to investigate the research on pharmacological effects, relevant ideas and methods of Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs. Literatures on pharmacological effects of Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs were collected, summarized and analyzed. The results showed that most Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs had obvious effects of anti-microbial, anti-bacterial endotoxin, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effect. It also had obvious antivenomous and analgesia effect. Based on research ideas and methods of Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs, we clarified the confusion species as soon as possible, and adhered to the whole animal experiments in combination with in vitro experiments and computer molecular docking simulations for the complementation of each other. It was concluded that the study on pharmacological effects of Guangdongnative heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs provided strong support in its clinical application. Ideas and methods provided in this article was the main way to explain pharmacological effects of Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs.

Objective:
To investigate the reversibility of ischemic core defined by CT perfusion imaging in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis within different time windows and influencing factors.
Methods:
The data of AIS patients who received intravenous thrombolysis in the Department of Neurology of Lishui People′s Hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. All patients had finished multi-model CT imaging before thrombolysis and multi-model MRI examination 24-48 hours after thrombolysis. The baseline ischemic core volume (hypoperfusion area with relative cerebral blood flow (rCBF)<30%) was quantitatively assessed based on CT perfusion images using MIStar software, and the final ischemic core volume was assessed based on diffusion weighted imaging acquired 24-48 hours after thrombolysis. The reversibility of ischemic core was defined as baseline ischemic core volume-the final infarct volume ≥5 ml. Then the clinical and imaging features of the patients between reversible group and irreversible group were compared, and the predictors of ischemic core reversibility were analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis.
Results:
Finally, 97 patients were enrolled in the present study, of which 64 (66%) patients achieved successful recanalization, 51 (53%) patients with reversible baseline ischemic core. For patients with recanalization, the incidence of reversibility was 76% (26/34), 71% (17/24), 2/5 and 0 (0/1) in patients with time window from onset to thrombolysis (ONT) <3.0 h, 3.0-4.5 h, 4.6-6.0 h, and >6.0 h, respectively. In the non-recanalization group, six patients were also showed with ischemic core reversibility, including 4 (4/12) in the ONT<3.0 h group and 2 (2/12) in the ONT 3.0-4.5 h group. It was found that the reversible volume was positively correlated with baseline ischemic core volume (
