Objective To study the preventive effect of nursing risks management for pancreatitis after ERCP. Methods From August 2012 to July 2014,a total of 200 patients treated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography ( ERCP) in our hospital were selected and divided into control group using the routine nursing intervention and observation group using the risk nursing management of nursing intervention. We compared the incidence of pancreatitis and nursing effects between two groups after ERCP. Results After operation, patients of observation group occurred no incidence of pancreatitis, while nursing satisfaction was 99. 0%; the incidence of pancreatitis was 6. 0% and nursing satisfaction was 71. 0% in the control group (χ2 =6. 19, 31. 75;P<0. 05). After nursing interventions, the length of hospitalization was (6. 8 ± 2. 5)d in the observation group compared (10.7 ±4.1)d in the control group (t=6.45, P<0.05). The anxiety score in the observation group was (42. 7 ± 5. 9), lower than (53. 2 ± 7. 1) in the control group (t=4. 69, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions The nursing risks management can significantly reduce the incidence of pancreatitis after ERCP and the total incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, improve the patient′s level of anxiety and the patients′satisfaction of nursing.

Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway ( CNP) on patients with acute pancreatitis ( AP) .Methods Totals of 246 patients with AP were randomly divided into the observation group (n=124) and the control group (n=122).The observation group received clinical nursing pathway while the control group was given conventional nursing methods .Nursing effect was compared between two groups . Results Patients’ satisfaction rate was 96.77% in the observation group and 87.70% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (χ2 =2.83,P<0.05).The average stay in hospital was (16.64 ±4.15)d in the observation group and (18.77 ±5.28) d in the control group. The average cost of hospitalization was (48 972.38 ±17 362.33) yuan in the observation group and (55 728.47 ±21 932.36)yuan in the control group. Both differences were statistically significant (F=2.62, 3.91, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions CNP can significantly improve the nursing quality of AP patients and reduce the medical cost .

Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated mode of medical and nursing in colostomy patients. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 60 patients who underwent colostomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients who hospitalized from January to August 2019 were included in the control group, and the patients who hospitalized from September 2019 to April 2020 were included in the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode, and the patients in the observation group were treated with integrated mode of medical and nursing. Before discharge, 1, 3 and 6 months after the operation, the status of independent replacement of colostomy bags, scores of the Stoma Self-care Scale-Early Version and the incidence of stoma complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the number of patients who changed colostomy bags independently before discharge and 1, 3 and 6 months after the operation between the two group ( P>0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in the number of cases of periostomy dermatitis, ostomy and mucosal separation and stoma depression between the two groups of patients after surgery ( P>0.05) . The score of the Stoma Self-care Scale-Early Version of the observation group were higher than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The integrated mode of medical and nursing can improve the self-care ability of patients at 3 and 6 months after the operation , which is worthy of clinical application.
