China Medical Equipment 2015;(3):90-92
Objective:Reference to the risk loop in hospital accreditation spot tracing method, enhancing the management of medical equipment. Methods: By six link as planning, training, implementation, monitoring, feedback, improvement in the spot tracing method to implement the management of medical equipment. Results: Evaluate the risk level of medical equipment by the risk value evaluation, thereby setting clinical equipment training period and mode, and apply the result of training assessment to feedback adjusting ,use monitoring and use effect improving. Conclusion: By preventing and controlling the risk of medical equipment, the original medical management was promoted to a new level, more in line with the requirements of medical service safety and standardized level in hospital accreditation.
2.Optimizing Chinese medical education evaluation system through comparing experiences from overseas
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
It's very important to establish an evaluation system to match international standards for improving the medical education quality in China. This article reviews the global profile of evaluation process for higher education, and compares it with the current status in China. It introduces the characteristics and experiences from overseas as references to optimize our medical education evaluation system.
3.Reasons for Clinical Shortage of Certain Drugs
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE: To draw the attention of our country and the concerned party on the shortage of certain drugs. METHODS: Based on the drug shortage condition in our hospital in recent years, we analyzed the reasons for drug shortage, put forward the solution and summarized the clinically indispensable categories. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: We should draw experiences from US by solving shortage problem of certain drugs through the co-efforts of government, manufactures and medical institutions to satisfy patients' needs of disease prevention and treatment.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2001;(4):149-151
Objective:To elucidate the gene mutation presents in hair follicle cells, just as blood cells,in the aminoglycoside antibiotics induced deaf patients (AAID). Method:Mitochondrial DNA of blood cells and/or hair follicle cells from 8 members of 3 aminoglycoside antibiotics induced deafness families were analysed using PCRSSCP and Alw 26 Ⅰ digestian. Result:Our result showed that a gene mutation at nuleotide 1555 in 12 S rRNA of mitochondrial DNA appeared in blood cells and/or hair follicle cells of 7 subjects among those 8 members. Only a father with normal hearing did't exhibit such a mutation. Conclusion:This indicated that hairs could be used as a sample instead of blood to perform gene examination for AAID.

China Medical Equipment 2013;(12):84-86
Objective:To establish the medical equipment archives management system to adapt to the Finance Ministry new hospital financial system. Methods:According to the new financial system requirements, implement the new file management strategy, as adjusting the original classification, management object and process. Results: After the implementation of the new management strategy, medical equipment archives management and new financial system in our hospital realize synchronous in January 1, 2012, thethree Zhang cardsystem optimizing, and the results have been applied to the existing hospital medical equipment management software, greatly improving the efficiency of management, provides a strong basis for medical equipment economic benefit and social benefit evaluation. Conclusion:The medical equipment archives were giving full play to improve the quality of medical care.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(06):-
[Objective]To investigate the influence of the two different methods on the runtime of capsule endoscope in the small bowel.[Method]There were 31 patients who accepted the examination of capsule endoscope.Among these patients,we used pro- kinetic agents or gastroscope for 12 cases with capsule endoscope staying in the stomach for more than 60 minutes. We analyzed the influence on runtime of capsule endoscope in the small bowel with the two methods above and that of the 19 untreated cases. [Result]In the control group,15 cases completed the examination on the whole small bowel, with the average runtime 234.4?70.3min,and 4 of them failed. In medicine group,5 cases completed the examination with the average runtime 121.8?103.7min. 7 cases with the help of gastroscope all completed the examination on small bowel and its average runtime was 275.3?81.8min. [Conclusion]Taking prokinetic agents tends to have more influence on the runtime of capsule endoscope in the small bowel, but it has disadvantages over the observation of small bowel diseases;Help of gastroscope takes less effect on the runtime of capsule en- doscope in the small bowel, while it loses the advantage of no traumas and sufferings.

Military Medical Sciences 2015;(10):802-804,807
Recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) is a novel isothermal DNA amplification technology first re-ported in 2006 by Piepenburg et al.This technology has been shown to typically work at temperatures ranging from 25 to 43℃and can detect products within 5-20 min.RPA technology requires little instrumentation for the nucleic acid amplifi-cation reaction and can be performed not only in PCR tubes , but also in simple devices′such as paper .Combined with probe-based detection methods or lateral flow dipstick assay , it can perform quantitative or visual detection respectively . RPA is a technology that is potentially ideal for point-of-care diagnosis and disease prevention and control ,characterized by high sensitivity, high efficiency, high specificity and user-friendliness.This paper introduces the advantages and develop-ment of RPA technology in reaction conditions and product detection ,summarizes the current applications of this technolo-gy,and predicts the trend of application of RPA technology in point-of-care diagnosis and disease prevention and control .

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Scientific research training program is an important component in the 8-year medical education program. It focuses on the training of scientific research thinking and research methods. It is necessary to establish an effective evaluation system in order to achieve the learning outcomes of scientific research training program. PUMC has established an effective evaluation system which involves research project selecting, supervising, formative assessment, oral defense. This paper introduces the evaluation system of scientific research training program at PUMC.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(03):-
Objective To detect the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1R) in the different fibrotic stages of human liver. Methods The collagen Ⅰ was detected by immunohistochemical method. Indirect immunofluoresence-labelled method was used to detected AT1R. And semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect AT1R mRNA. Results The type Ⅰ collagen area enlarged with the progression of hepatic fibrosis. The positive expression of AT1R was concentrated in the cytoplasm of hepatic stellate cells(HSC) around the lobes of liver or in the hepatic sinus. Eight of twelve cases of normal liver tissues were positive, and all the eighteen cases of fibrotic liver tissues were positive. The positive cell number in fibrotic liver tissues was significantly higher than that in normal ones (P
