It is very difficult to operate the patients with malignant neoplasms combined with superior vena cava syndrome because of SVC has a special place.And it's prognosis is not good. Now we will use some relative articles to draw a synoptic conclusion in the indications ,surgical skills, and curative effects of this operation.

Objective To design and implement an Android -based medical chest system to realize informatized management of military medicine and equipment.Methods RFID tag was attached to the materials in the chest, and reading module with multiple antenna, Bluetooth module and responder were installed on the chest, Android-based PDA was developed to realize information communication.Results Trials proved that the system could perform auto classified management and precision locating of the materials in the chest, and could provide direction for medicine taking.Conclusion The system enhances the efficiency of the staff and ensures the accuracy and safety of medicine taking, and thus can be popularized in military hospitals.

Centering on hospital crisis communication management,the paper analyzed the relationship between hospital crises and new media environment.The new media form is studied as the basic dimension,to explore the new media′s timeliness,openness,interactivity and uncontrollability,as well as their impact on the hospital crisis management.It discussed the lack of hospital crisis communication management under the context of new media environment,and proposed how the hospitals make use of the new media,and adjust their strategies to respond to the crisis.These points prove both academic and practical for the construction of the new mechanism of China ’s hospital crisis communication management,and encourage the new media to play their social public functions.

Lung cancer has been widely known for its highest morbidity among all tumors in this world.Anti-sense neoclitide technology is a kind of widely-recognized gene therapy for its high efficiency and practical simplicity.This essay will briefly review principles of anti-sense neoclitide technology used in treatment of lung cancer and characteristics of this technology in gene therapy of lung cancer.

AIM: To explore the different inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide (As_2O_3) on hepatocarcinoma cell growth in SMMC-7721 and BEL-7402 cell lines and its mechanism. METHODS: The cell culture and trypan blue staining were used to study the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on cell growth, and the glutathione (GSH) contents in hepatocarcinoma cells treated with arsenic trioxide were detected. RESULTS: Arsenic trioxide inhibited the growth of BEL-7402 cells in a time and dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect was significant at a lower dose of 0.50 ?mol/L for 24 h, however, to SMMC-7721 cells, a higher dose of 2.00 ?mol/L for 96 h was needed. The inhibitory rate of arsenic trioxide (0.25-2.00 ?mol/L) on BEL-7402 cell growth was higher than that on SMMC-7721 cells. The content of GSH in SMMC-7721 cells was much higher than that in BEL-7402 cells [(50.8?5.2) (?mol/g) protein and (18.7?1.4) ?mol/g protein, respectively]. CONCLUSION: There was a significant difference in inhibition of hepatocarcinoma cell growth by arsenic trioxide between BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cell lines, the cause of which may be due to the difference in GSH content in BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cells. Objec0tive To investigate the molecular mechanism of the mal-production of IgA and IgA1 by tonsillar mononuclear cells (TMCs) in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients by measuring the mRNA expression of Iα-Cα germline transcript and the mRNA and protein expression of activated induced cytidine deaminase (AID) in cultured TMCs stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or hemolytic streptococcus (HS) in IgAN patients as well as the chronic tonsilitis patients. Methods Twent-seven IgAN patients admitted into our hospital from Jan.2009 to Feb.2010 were enrolled.Twent-seven patients with chronic tonsillitis without renal disease were selected as control.Tonsillar mononuclear cells were isolated by density gradient centrifugation in lymphocyte separation medium.The amount of IgA or IgA1 secreted in the culture supernatants was determined by specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Expressions of Iα-Cα germline transcript and AID mRNA were examined by real-time PCR.The AID protein was determined by Western blot. Results The production of IgA and IgA1 protein,especially the ratio of IgA1/IgA and the expression of AID protein in TMCs were significantly increased in IgAN group compared with chronic tonsillitis group (all P＜0.05).The IgA and IgA1 level of stimulated TMCs were obviously increased in patients with IgAN compared with control group (P＜0.05).And the expressions of Iα-Cα mRNA,AID mRNA and AID protein were up-regulated significantly in stimulated TMCs (all P＜0.05). Conclusions Both LPS and HS can induce the production of IgA and IgA1 and up-regulate the expressions of AID and Iα-Cα in TMCs of IgAN patients.Our results indicate that the TMCs are capable of producing high level of IgA and IgA1 stimulated by LPS or HS,whuch may be due to the　 incression of AID and Iα-Cα.

Objective To explore the feasibility of quantitative assessment of pancreatic perfusion using dynamic contrastenhanced MRI (DCE-MRI).Methods Totally 68 healthy volunteers were divided into youth,middle and old groups according to ages.All volunteers underwent pancreas DCE-MRI examination.Images were transmitted to Research-DCE MRI Tool workstation to calculate the quantitative parameters,including volume transfer constant (Ktrans),interstitium-toplasma rate constant (Kep),interstitial volume (Ve) and plasma volume (Vp).Independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA test were used to evaluate the differences of pancreatic perfusion.Results There were no significant differences of Ktrans,Kep, Ve and Vp between male and female;Ve in old group was higher than that in youth and middle groups (P =0.036,0.001);Vp of pancreatic head was higher than that of pancreatic body and tail (P=0.011,0.023).Conclusion DCE-MRI can be applied to provide a reliable quantitative assessment of pancreatic perfusion noninvasively.The parameters of DCE-MRI of pancreatic perfusion are independent of gender but vary with age and pancreatic sites.

Objective To observe the genetic predisposition of complement C5 gene polymorphisms in proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) in Chongqing Han population.Methods 400 type 2 diabetes (T2D) patients (case group) and 600 age-and sex-matched healthy controls (control group) were enrolled in this study.There were 8 PDR patients in case group.All the subjects were Han ethnic people.The immune-related representative SNP locus of C5 gene including rs2269067,rs7040033,rs7027797 were screened by linkage disequilibrium analysis.Locus rs1017119 was selected by TagSNP and was around the above three loci.Subjects' peripheral venous blood was collected and DNA was extracted.Genotyping was examined by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism method.The level of C5 plasma protein was measured by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay.Results The frequency of GG genotype of rs2269067 was significantly increased in PDR patients in cases group compared with controls (Pc=3.4 × 10-5,OR=1.87,95％CI=1.43-2.44;P=3.1 × 10-6).There was no differences in frequency of G,CC and CG genotype of rs2269067 between two groups (P=1.4 × 10-4,1.000,1.0 × 10-6).There were no differences in frequency of G,CC,CG,GG genotype of rs7040033,rs1017119,and rs7027797 between two groups (P＞0.05).The production of C5 plasma protein was significantly increased in case group as compare with control group (P=0.0004).An increased production of C5 plasma protein was observed in rs2269067 GG genotype cases compared to CG or CC cases (P=0.003,0.001).Conclusion C5 rs2269067 GG genotype may be associated with the PDR of T2D in Chongqing Han population.
