Centering on hospital crisis communication management, the paper analyzed the relationship between hospital crises and new media environment. The new media form is studied as the basic dimension,to explore the new media′s timeliness, openness, interactivity and uncontrollability,as well as their impact on the hospital crisis management. It discussed the lack of hospital crisis communication management under the context of new media environment, and proposed how the hospitals make use of the new media, and adjust their strategies to respond to the crisis. These points prove both academic and practical for the construction of the new mechanism of China ’s hospital crisis communication management, and encourage the new media to play their social public functions.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM: To explore the different inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide (As_2O_3) on hepatocarcinoma cell growth in SMMC-7721 and BEL-7402 cell lines and its mechanism. METHODS: The cell culture and trypan blue staining were used to study the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on cell growth, and the glutathione (GSH) contents in hepatocarcinoma cells treated with arsenic trioxide were detected. RESULTS: Arsenic trioxide inhibited the growth of BEL-7402 cells in a time and dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect was significant at a lower dose of 0.50 ?mol/L for 24 h, however, to SMMC-7721 cells, a higher dose of 2.00 ?mol/L for 96 h was needed. The inhibitory rate of arsenic trioxide (0.25-2.00 ?mol/L) on BEL-7402 cell growth was higher than that on SMMC-7721 cells. The content of GSH in SMMC-7721 cells was much higher than that in BEL-7402 cells [(50.8?5.2) (?mol/g) protein and (18.7?1.4) ?mol/g protein, respectively]. CONCLUSION: There was a significant difference in inhibition of hepatocarcinoma cell growth by arsenic trioxide between BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cell lines, the cause of which may be due to the difference in GSH content in BEL-7402 and SMMC-7721 cells. The ongoing health reform features direct hosting of county-level hospitals by provincial level hospitals as an important means and effective attempt to improve comprehensive service capacity of the former. This paper introduces the“Hanchuan Model”,in which Hubei People’s Hospital has hosted Hanchuan city People’s Hospital, and analyzed the operation performance and hurdles found.Based on such studies, the authors recommend on the vertical integration of medical resources by means of hosting, and comprehensive reforms of county public hospitals.

Objec0tive To investigate the molecular mechanism of the mal-production of IgA and IgA1 by tonsillar mononuclear cells (TMCs) in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients by measuring the mRNA expression of Iα-Cα germline transcript and the mRNA and protein expression of activated induced cytidine deaminase (AID) in cultured TMCs stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or hemolytic streptococcus (HS) in IgAN patients as well as the chronic tonsilitis patients. Methods Twent-seven IgAN patients admitted into our hospital from Jan.2009 to Feb.2010 were enrolled.Twent-seven patients with chronic tonsillitis without renal disease were selected as control.Tonsillar mononuclear cells were isolated by density gradient centrifugation in lymphocyte separation medium. The amount of IgA or IgA1 secreted in the culture supernatants was determined by specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Expressions of Iα-Cα germline transcript and AID mRNA were examined by real-time PCR.The AID protein was determined by Western blot. Results The production of IgA and IgA1 protein, especially the ratio of IgA1/IgA and the expression of AID protein in TMCs were significantly increased in IgAN group compared with chronic tonsillitis group (all P<0.05).The IgA and IgA1 level of stimulated TMCs were obviously increased in patients with IgAN compared with control group (P<0.05).And the expressions of Iα-Cα mRNA,AID mRNA and AID protein were up-regulated significantly in stimulated TMCs (all P<0.05). Conclusions Both LPS and HS can induce the production of IgA and IgA1 and up-regulate the expressions of AID and Iα-Cα in TMCs of IgAN patients. Our results indicate that the TMCs are capable of producing high level of IgA and IgA1 stimulated by LPS or HS,whuch may be due to the incression of AID and Iα-Cα.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2013;16(9):566-571
Objective To investigate the effect of abnormal lipid metabolism in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods Thirty women with severe preeclampsia who delivered by cesarean section in the International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital from November 1,2011 to June 30,2012,were included as the study group.Thirty normal pregnant women delivered during the same period by cesarean section were included as the control group. The mRNA levels of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and endothelial lipase (EL) in the placentas were quantified by real-time polymerase chain reaction. The expression of LPL/EL protein was detected by Western-blot assay and the distribution on the placenta was determined by immunohistochemical staining. The maternal serum level of lipid markers was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Difference between the two groups was compared with t-test or rank-sum test. Results (1) The triglyceride (TG) concentration [(3.35±0.80) mmol/L vs (2.75± 0.92) mmol/L,t =3.082,P=0.003] and atherosclerosis index (AI) (2.76±0.46 vs 2.47±0.34,t=3.066,P=0.003) increased in the study group compared with the control group, while the concentration of high-density lipoprotein-cholestrol (HDL-c) decreased[(1.64 ± 0.34) mmol/L vs (1.85 ± 0.22) mmol/L,t=-3.157,P =0.003].(2) The median level of LPL mRNA expression in placenta of the study group was higher than that of the control [1.26 (0.46-1.58) vs 0.52 (0.34-0.84),Z=-2.587,P=0.010],whereas the expression of EL mRNA was lower [0.65 (0.48-0.76) vs 1.32 (0.94-1.62),Z=-4.154,P=0.000].(3) Immunohistochemical analysis showed that the placenta EL and LPL located in cytoplasm of syncytiotrophoblast cells at the materno-placental interface and of endothelial cells at the feto-placental interface.(4) Compared with the control group, the median level of LPL protein expression in placenta inthe study group increased [0.68(0.46-0.83) vs 0.31(0.15-0.55),Z=3.335,P=0.001],and the expression of EL protein decreased [0.13 (0.11 0.16) vs 0.70(0.56 0.81),Z=-5.711,P=0.000].The expression of LPL protein was negatively correlated with that of EL protein (r=-0.501,P=0.000).Conclusions Abnormal lipid metabolism contributes to the pathogenesis of severe preeclampsia.

Objective To investigate the electrocardiographic(ECG) characteristics and assess the safety of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of ventricular tachyeardia (VT), and frequent ventricular premature con- tractious(VPCs) originating from left ventricular outflow tract(LVOT). Methods Twelve-lead ECG analysis and RFCA were performed in 9 patient with VT or VPCs originating from LVOT. Results The sites to be successfully ablated were in left valsalva sinus in 6 patients, and subaortic valve in 3 patient. ECG revealed tall R wave in leads Ⅱ, Ⅲ ,aVF, V5 and V6. QS morphology in both leads aVR and aVL,QS morphology in lead Ⅰ in most cases. R wave in lead Ⅰ was relative tall, the R/S wave amplitude in lead V1 was over 0.62 ,and precordia R wave transition was irregular. All 9 patients were successfully ablated. No death or recurrenced case during follow-up. Conclusion Ventricular taehycardia and frequent ventricular premature rcontractions originating from left ventricutar outflow tract could be known by some specific ECG characteristics and could be radically treated safely by RFCA.
