With the advantage of clear target and little side effect, antibody drug has attracted widely attention of worldwide pharmaceutical companies. However, large scale mammalian cell culture and antibody quality analysis are the bottlenecks of antibody drug industrialization in China. Especially due to the significant effect of cell culture conditions on antibody heterogeneity. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to optimize cell culture conditions to favor the demands of antibody drug development. This review summarized the most recent advances in the effect of cell culture conditions on antibody quality, followed by addressing the key issues that might be strategically important for domestic antibody drug development.

Objective:To develop a UPLC method for determining four glycosides in microctis folium. Methods:The UPLC deter-mination was performed on an Agilent SB -C18 (3.0 mm ×50 mm, 1.8 μm) colume with 0.05% acetonitrile -phosphate solution as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.The flow rate was 0.3 ml· min-1.The column temperature was 25℃.Results:Narcissoside, isovitexin, kaempferol-3-rutinoside and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside all showed good linearity with the re-covery of 98.89%,99.03%, 97.00%and 97.41%, and RSD of 0.41%, 0.84%,0.44%and 0.80%, respectively (n=9).Con-clusion:The method is convenient with good stability , repeatability and sample recovery rate , which provides basis for the quality eval-uation and control of microctis folium.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;28(5):922-931
Phased array coils (multiple receiver coil systems) have been extensively used for acquisition of MR images owing to their ability of increasing SNR, extending field-of-view (FOV), and reducing acquisition time. But the SOS algorithm, which is main method for phased array image reconstruction, will cause inhomogeneity in reconstructed image. A regularized least square method for phased array image combination is proposed in this paper. In the method, an additional reference scan is performed in advance. By using the reference scan, coil sensitivity map can be acquired, and image reconstructed from reference scan can be used as reference data in the regulation term. Experiments showed that the image uniformity was greatly improved by this method with scanning phantom and volunteer.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2016;40(6):413-417
In order to monitor the physiological condition of the human body in daily life, this study has designed a system of measuring physiological parameters based on cushion, which could detect heart rate and respiration rate when people are sitting. The system can continuously colect signal from cushion with a state of low pressure and without sticking any electrode on people’s bodies. The hardware part mainly includes the signal acquisition circuit of the sensor, microcomputer control module and Bluetooth wireless transmission module. For the two physiological signals have the characteristic of the large noise and low-frequency, we use the Butterworth low-pass filter to process the signal according to an optimized Matlab algorithm. The results show that this system can measure heart rate and respiration rate accurately. Thus, the real-time monitoring on body’s information can be implemented.
