Objective To evaluate the effect of pituitrin and nursing for patients with vasoplegic syndrome after cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 38 patients with cardiopulmonary bypass after open heart operation were divided into two groups with 19 cases in each group according to odd-nunbered and even-numbered days, the PT group was given pituitrin treatment, the NE group was given norepinephrine treatment. Heart rate, MAP, urine volume were recorded at 0.5, 1, 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours after drug therapy.Mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time, hepatic and renal function and clinical symptom were compared between the two groups. Results MAP and urine volume increased significantly at 0.5 hour after pituitrin therapy. MAP increased from (55.33±4.10)mmHg to (67.34±4.13)mmHg. Urine volume increased from (0.08±0.02)ml·kg-1·h-1 to (1.84±1.21)ml·kg-1 ·h-1 MAP and urine volume also increased at other time points. In the NE group, MAP increased at 1h after treatment. Both MAP and urine volume increased at 2h and later after norepinephrine treatment. One death happened in the NE group. Compared with the NE group, the PT group was associated with lower ICU stay, mechanical ventilation time and 24h serum LAC.Liver and kidney function, myocardial infarction, nausea and vomiting, and other side effects were not different between the two groups. Conclusions Application of low-dosage pituitrin is rapid, efficient and safe treatment for patients with vasoplegic syndrome after open heart operation.

Objective To study the effect of temporary closure of venous pressure clamp on blood coagulation during duct rinsing in heparin free dialysis. Methods One hundred and forty cases of heparin free dialysis were divided into the control group and observation group according to the singular times dialysis and dual time dialysis, the control group (74 cases with singular times heparin free dialysis) and observation group (66 cases with dual times heparin free dialysis). The rinsing operation of the control group was consistent with the routine dialysis process. In the observation group, the venous pressure clamp was closed before the start of rinsing, and then the venous pressure clamp was opened at the end of this process. The times of alarm, blood pump suspension period, incidence rate and degree of blood coagulation were compared between the two groups to assess the degree of comfort and compliance of all patients during the process. Results The differences between the two groups in terms of times of alarm and blood pump suspension period were statistically significant ((5.7±1.8) times vs.0 times,(9.1±4.0) s vs.0s,P=0.001),the incidence rate of blood coagulation, the degree of blood coagulation above degree Ⅱ and the rate of operation completion ahead of time in the two groups were detected ((70.3% (52/74) vs.7.6% (5/66),21.6% (16/74) vs.0,8.1% (6/74) vs.0).The difference of blood coagulation degree between the two groups was statistically significant (Z=-9.185,P=0.000).Patients in the observation group had a higher grade of comfort degree((4.8±1.0) points vs.(4.2±0.63) points,P=0.001).Conclusion In the operation of heparin free dialysis, the temporary closure of venous pressure clamp can reduce the incidence rate of interruption, prolong the service life of the filter, ensures the dialysis time and treatment effect, and improve the patients' degree of comfort.

Objective:To assess the prevalence of depressive symptoms in type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods:A systematic electronic search was conducted in CNKI,Wanfang database,SinoMed,Pubmed and Embase.Literatures that reported the depressive symptoms status of type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension were included. All patients were divided into case group and control group, according to with or without hypertension.Meta-analysis was performed with Statal2.0 software after data extraction and the quality of studies assessment. Results:A total of 11 articles involving 8031 type 2 diabetic patients were included in the meta-analysis,including 4711 patients in case group and 3320 patients in control group. The pooled prevalence of depressive symptoms in case group was 43.5% (95% CI:26.1%-60.8%).The pooled prevalence of depressive symptoms in control group was 34.0% (95% CI:19.6%-48.5%).The pooled odds ratio was 1.32 (95% CI:1.05-1.67,P <0.05).Conclusion:Hypertension increases the risk of developing depressive symptoms in type 2 diabetic patients. Therefore, medical staff should pay more attention to the mental health of this population.

Objective To discuss the application effect of task-driven basic nursing probation based on the action research. Methods Using the frame of Lewin's action research, with random sampling, we selected a class for the study, for the first time in the traditional training model, and the second time in the task-driven model based on the action research. and information was collected according to the interviews and diary records, narrative description was used for records of the results. Results Action research promoted changes in basic nursing probation model, constructed knowledge, ability and improved various kinds of ability of nursing students. Conclusions The task-driven probation model improved the quality of clinic practice, which proved to be effective.

Objective:
To verify the application effect of self-developed strait jackets to patients with restlessness in intensive care unit.
Methods:
Broke through the traditional constraint method of restraint tool and design a kind of full-body strait jacket for the purpose of protection, restraint and convenience. The patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital were randomly selected from June 2017 to May 2018 by convenient sampling method. There are 48 cases in the experimental group and 48 cases in the control group. The patients in the experimental group were restrained by full-body strait jackets and the patients in the control group were restrained by wrist restraint strap. The rate of release of restraint tools, the incidence of skin pressure injury and the incidence of limb skin edema, comfort level were observed.
Results:
The incidence of stress injury, unplanned extubation rate, hydroderma rate at the limb end and release rate of restraint band in the experimental group were 2.08% (1/48), 2.08% (1/48), 4.16% (2/48), 6.25% (3/48) respectively, while the rates in the control group were 14.58% (7/48), 16.66% (8/48),22.91% (11/48), 22.91% (11/48) respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (
