1.Basic charateristics of the frame structure of hospital culture
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
Hospital culture is the kind that deals with and coordinates the 3-dimensional relationships among man, nature and society with medico-patient relationship as the background, the hospital body as the carrier, the science and technique of medicine as the cultural faith. It is a cultural entity and theoretical system guided by the practice of revolutionary humanism. Its frame structure and network of doctrines cover and crisscross many branches of science, rich in special cultural characteristics. It is of a philosophi- cal base interlaced with the subject and object. It is a concerted structure with identity and difference ex- isting side by side.It is an integral posture with the unification of singularity and multiplicity.

Objective To explore the addictive tendency of internet and its influence factors among adolescents in Longhua District of Shenzhen. Methods A total of 6552 Students were selected from Longhua District of Shenzhen us?ing randomly stratified cluster sampling method. They were inquired about their gender, grade, family type, behaviors of surfing internet, risk behaviors, and internet addiction tendency with a self-report structured questionnaire and the adoles?cent pathological internet use scale (APIUS). Results The prevalence of addictive tendency of internet was 9.0%(590/6552) among adolescents in Longhua District of Shenzhen. Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that the addic?tive tendency of internet was significantly and positively associated with male (OR=1.32, P<0.05), living in Minzhi area (OR=1.66, P<0.01), secondary school stage (OR=1.62, P<0.01), uncomplete family type (OR=1.49, P<0.01), surfing in cy?bercafé frequently (OR=2.00, P<0.01), compared with surfing 0~2 h/d, surfing 2~4 h/d (OR=1.92,P<0.01), 4~5 h/d (OR=2.97, P<0.01) or more than 6 h/d (OR=4.90, P<0.01), playing games (OR=3.27, P<0.01), chatting (OR=2.80, P<0.01) or having other kinds of entertaining (OR=2.80, P<0.01), and having risky behaviors (OR=2.39, P<0.01). Conclusion The addictive tendency of internet is affected by multiple factors among adolescents in Longhua District of Shenzhen. There?fore, comprehensive intervention measures shall be used to regulate adolescents habits of using internet and prevent them from the internet addiction.

Impaired eady phase insulin secretion is an important reason for leading to postprandial hyperglycemia.Nateglinide is a rapid-acting insulin secretagogue, which reduces postprandial blood glucose of type 2diabetic patient by restoring early phase insulin secretion. The efficacy and safety have been fully verified by clinical administration and it is more widely used to treat type 2 diabetic patients. Both sulfonylureas and glinides were named insulin secretagogue agents and regarded as alternative first-line drugs in the 2010 Chinese Guideline for treatment of type 2 diabetes.AACE/ACE Consensus statement claimed that glinides would be one of the important choices after metformin. In order to further guide the clinical application of nateglinide,16 national specialists in the field of endocrinology and metabolism of China discussed, drafted, and edited this consensus. The current consensus combined clinical evidences at home and abroad.systematically reviewed and summarized tlle results of these studies about nateglinide. It will provide guiding recommendations and reference concerning how to reasonably and effectively use nateglinide in the clinical practice.

Objective:To analyze the expression and clinic significance of activity-dependent neuroprotective protein (ADNP) in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods: A total of 28 pairs of bladder cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissuesthat surgically resected at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University from June 1, 2019 to July 15, 2019 were collected for this study. The mRNAexpression ofADNP in 20 pairs of tissue samples was detected by qPCR, and the protein expressionin the other 8 pairs was detected by WB. Mean while, the clinicopathological data of patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma treated in our hospital from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2007 were retrospectively analyzed; and the expression of ADNP in the corresponding paraffin tumor sections were determined with immunohistochemical staining, and normal bladder tissue sections from patients who underwent surgery for other bladder diseases during the same period were collected for comparison. Chi-square test was used to analyze the correlation between ADNP expression and different clinicopathological features, Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis, and Cox risk regression model was used forunivariate and multivariate analysis of prognosticfactors. Results: ThetranscriptionalandtranslationallevelsofADNPincancertissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues (all P<0.05), and the expression level ofADNP was correlated with the histological grade, clinical stages and survival status of patients with bladder cancer (P<0.05). Of all the 221 patients included in the study, 32 patients lost to follow-up,and patients with high ADNP expression had
