[Summary] Adrenocortical carcinoma is a rare disease with poor prognosis, and its pathogenesis is mainly related to genetic mutations, abnormal expressions of steroidogenic factor-1, insulin-like growth factor 2,cell growth factors including vascular endothelial growth factor, dysfunction of Wnt pathway, as well as dysregulation of microRNA and DNA methylation. In recent years, the intensive molecular studies provide a brand-new methodology to distinguish adrenocortical carcinomas from benign tumors in early stage.

Objective To study the clinical application of low molecular weight heparin combined with psychological intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods 100 patients with lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research object in the course of the study, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group,.The patients in control group were treated with routine lower limb physical pressure to prevent deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture.The patients in the experimental group were treated with low molecular heparin combined with psychological intervention to prevent deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture.Comparative analysis of patients with prothrombin time and platelet and the experimental group and the control of activated partial thromboplastin time index.Results After different treatment, the platelet index of the experimental group was(189.23±36.23)×109 /L, significantly better than that of the control group(264.34±39.56)×109/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the patients in the experimental group the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time index respectively(35.62±4.23)s and(16.12±2.19)s, significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion low molecular weight heparin combined with application of psychological intervention in prevention of deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery, can improve clinical curative effect on prevention of deep vein thrombosis in a large extent, improve blood hypercoagulable state of patients after surgery, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Two times epidemiological investigation were made to acquire the rules and characters of the incidence and morbidity of rickets and the epidemical factors of rickets in spring and autumn 1987 in Dali county. Ocular albinism type 1 (OA1),the most form of the ocular albinism,is an X-linked disorder mainly characterized by a severe reduction of visual acuity,hypopigmentation of the retina,photophobia,strabismus and nystagmus. The OA1 gene is located on chromosome Xp22.32 and the coding sequence is divided into nine exons. The OA1 gene codes for a 404 amino acid protein thought to be a melanosomal transmembrane glycoprotein. The OA1 protein is similar to the G protein-coupled receptors,but it's exact function is not clear. There are many mutations and deletions of the OA1 gene have been found.

Objective To study the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) .Methods Clinical distribution and drug resistance of 1 190 strains of AB ,isolated in 2012 and 2013 ,were retrospectively analyzed .Results Most of AB strains were isolated from sputum ,and mainly from Intensive Care Unit ,Department of Neurosurgery and Department of Re‐spiratory .Resistance rates of AB to most antimicrobial agents were 60% -80% .Resistance rate to tobramycin ,piperacillin/tazobac‐tam and imipenem was increased significantly .Resistance rate to cefoperazone/sulbactam was decreased .Conclusion Drug resist‐ance of AB might be serious ,with increasing tendency .

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for implementation of national essential drug system in primany helth care institations.METHODS:The information of application of essential drug in 21 medical institutions were collected and analyzed statistically in respect of category of drugs,amount of drugs,consumption sum,medical incomes,incomes from drugs,ratio of drugs,total number of persons and bed day in hospital,etc.Category of drugs,classification of drug and spectrum of disease were compared with those of National Essential Drugs List.RESULTS:There were 295 kinds of essential drug which include 16 kinds of dosage forms and 25 kinds of spectrum of disease.Category of essential drugs used in community medical institutions accounted for 37% of total category of drugs and that in secondary medical institutions accounted for 33%.Consumption sum of essential drug in community medical institutions accounted for 18% in total consumption sum and that in secondary medical institutions accounted for 12%.Ratio of drugs in community medical institutions were 62% and that in secondary medical institutions were 43%.CONCLUSION:Category of drugs and spectrum of disease are in line with that in National Essential Drugs List but should be adjusted according to spectrum of disease and ratio of performance and price.Proportion of essential drug should be increased and monitoring for drug use should be enhanced to reduce ratio of drugs.
