2.Investigation on present development and service offering condition of community health service institutions in Chongqing city

Objective:To evaluate the present development and service offering of community health service(CHS) institutions in Chongqing City,to find the main problems at present,and provide the solving proposal.Methods:All the CHS institutions in 35 counties of Chongqing were surveyed;the CHS institutions of main city zone were investigated by stratified random sampling,and their principals were interviewed.Results:The new health service system of two levels have been established,but there are still several problems.The total number of CHS institutions is inadequate.Foundational construction of CHS station is not good.It's widespread that CHS institutions support their medicine sevice with drugs-income and their public heath sevice with medicine-income.The public health sevice is weakened.For the dual referral system,it's easy to refer up and hard to refer down.Conclusion:At present government should increse finance aid,improve management and monitor mechanism,strengthen the foundation construction,and further consummate the training system of personnel,and a GIS System should be built to help improve the Dual Referral System.
3.Application of gene chip in lymphomas

Gene chips have been widely applied for the study of lymphoma,involvement discovering tumor-associated genes,assisting classification and investigating cell origin.So far,studies about gene chips detection mainly focus on B-cell lymphomas and T-cell lymphomas.According to those studies,traditional classifications of some kinds of lymphomas have been suspected and cell origin of some kinds of lymphomas have been suggested,which lay the foundation for further study.However,there are still somethings unknown about extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,more gene chip detection should be performed for further understanding of the tumor.

Medical field always contributes the disputes to medical system and patients′quality, however, the public blames the doctors′morality. And it puts forward the countermeasures in terms of medical education, hospi-tal, and the medical personnel.
5.Clinical Observation on 103 Cases of Traumatic Patellar Dislocation Treated with Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe clinical effect of traumatic patellar dislocation treated with integrative traditional Chinese and western.Methods 103 patients with traumatic patellar dislocation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was given the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,while the control group was treated only with western medicine.After 3 months'treatment,observed it's the clinical effect.Results Efficacy of the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine exerts a better effect than the sole therapy of western medicine.

Objective To investigate the correlation among HBV infection models,HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA loads in serum and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B.Methods Hepatitis B markers,HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA loads in serum samples were detected simultaneously for 1037 cases.Results The positive rate of HBV Pre-S1 antigen was higher in HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb positive model than that in other models(P0.05).Conclusion The quantitative detection of HBV DNA is important for the prevention of HBV infection.The combination assay of serum HBV markers,Pre-S1 antigen and HBV DNA load was beneficial to the monitoring of disease condition of hepatitis B and to the improvement of therapeutic effect.
10.A study of Epstein-Barr virus infection in intestinal T-cell lymphoma

Objective To investigate the status of Epstein Barr virus (EBV) latent infection, the subtypes of EBV, and the expression of EBV genome in intestinal T cell lymphoma (ITCL). Methods In situ hybridization for EBER1/2 and polymerase chain reaction for EBV nuclear antigen gene (EBNA 3C) of two EBV subtypes were performed in forty two cases of ITCL. Some cases which were positive in both in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were detected by double staining. Amplified product of EBNA 3C gene was analyzed by DNA sequencing. For immunohistochemical staining, EBNA 2 and LMP 1 monoclonal were applied. Results EBV infection was detected in 41 of the 42 cases ( 97.6% ). Thirty eight cases ( 90.5% ) exhibited specific bands by polymerase chain reaction, in which 32 (84.2%) were EBV type A, 2 (5.3%) were type B and 4 ( 10.5% ) were mixtures of type A and B. There were seldom base insertion and base deletion in EBNA 3C gene. In 36 ( 85.7% ) cases, the tumor cells showed positive in EBER1/2 ISH, and they were demonstrated to express CD 45 RO, CD 4, CD 8, CD 56 , or TIA 1 by in situ hybridization immunohistochemistry double staining. The expression frequency of LMP 1 was 38.1% (16/42). None case presented EBNA 2 positive reaction. There were two patterns of EBV latent infection in ITCL, the more common one was type Ⅰ and the other was type Ⅱ. Conclusions A high level EBV latent infection is present in ITCL in China, and EBV type A frequently occurs. The patterns of EBV latent infection in ITCL are either type Ⅰ or type Ⅱ. ITCL and nasal NK/T cell lymphoma might belong to the same spectrum.
