Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(6):839-841
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with arrhythmia.Methods120 cases of hospitalized cases of cardiology were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by checking the random number table. The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride combined digoxin cardiac medicine and furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide, spironolactone and other diuretics in the treatment. The treatment group was given carvedilol based on the treatment of the control group.Followed up for 12 weeks, the clinical manifestations, blood pressure and heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) and arrhythmias before and after treatment were obsered, and to determine the efficacy.ResultsThe treatment group decreased heart rate, corrected ventricular premature contraction, ventricular contraction and ventricular tachycardia in comparison with the control group with significant differences(t =6.018、5.319、7.623、6.194、7.562,all P <0.001 ),and there was a significantly statistical significance( P < 0.01 ) that the treatment group can increase the ejection fraction compared with the control group. The markedly and total efficiency was more effective in the treatment group than the control group, which was statistically significant(x2 =34.301,P <0.05).ConclusionThere was a positive effect of carvedilol in improving heart function, reduceing arrhythmias and mortality, and reducing hospitalization rate and other aspects.
2.Survivin and livin in apoptosis of tumor cells
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):575-577
The process of apoptosis runs through a variety of signal transduction, and is regulated by many apoptosis-related genes. Inhibitors of apoptosis protein (IAPs) are closely related to the infinite proliferation of tumor cells. IAPs including the recently discovered survivin, livin, are closely related to tumors. The anti-apoptotic mechanism is to be further studied.

6.Laser-assisted outpatient septal spur surgery for contact point pain.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(15):1126-1128
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the efficacy outcomes of laser assisted outpatient septal spur surgery for contact point pain in a carefully selected group of patients.
METHOD:
This investigation included 32 patients who were selected for laser-assisted septal spur surgery in an outpatient surgical suite. All had endoscopically visible spur contact as well as nansal CT scans. Patients of sinusitis were excluded. The area of the contact point was treated with decongestant and lidocaine. If the headache completely disappeared or diminished by more than 50% in intensity, subjects were considered candidates for surgery. Headache characteristics were assessed preoperatively and at follow-up (30 months after surgery) using a standardized questionare.
RESULT:
Nine cases (28.1%) were free from pain at the last follow-up; 19 cases (59.4%) had their headache scores improved after surgery; four cases (12.5%) had a less than 25% reduction in their headache score. No septal perforation, hematoma, was reported.
CONCLUSION
For selected patients with contact point headaches, septoplasty may be useful. The positive dicaine test may indicate better effect of operation. Laser-assisted outpatient septal spur surgery for contact point pain shows good results in short-term effect, and has less complications, but long-term follow-up is required to assess its real effect.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(11):1319-1321,1322
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined copeptin, cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and high sen?sitive cardiac troponin T (hs-TnT) in determination of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A total of 152 patients with AMI were selected as AMI group and 143 healthy examinees during the same period were selected as control group. (1) The levels of copeptin, cTnI and hs-TnT were detected at 0, 4, 6 and 12 h in two groups. (2) The combined detection of cop/cTnI and cop/hs-TnT were studied. The positive rates of these items were evaluated at different time points of AMI. ( 3) The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of different cardiac biomarkers for AMI were compared. Results (1) There were significant differences in copeptin at 0, 4, 6 and 12 h between two groups (P<0.05). There were no significant differ?ences in cTnI and hs-TnT between two groups. (2) cop/cTnI and cop/hs-TnT combined detection showed better positive rates than those of copeptin, cTnI or hs-TnT detection alone. (3) In addition, the combined detection of cop/cTnI and cop/cTnI improved significantly the diagnostic sensitivity of AMI. Compared to cop/cTnI combination, cop/hs-TnT combination detec?tion showed better diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for AMI. Conclusion The combined detection of cop/cTnI and cop/hs-TnT are very helpful for early diagnosis of AMI, which shows a very good diagnostic value in clinical application.
