Objective To discusse the research status ofyanjing medical school experience method, and provide a reference for relative researchers. Methods Articles in TCM Database System, SinoMed and CNKI were retrieved refined and analyzed t from the year, author, journal, organization and so on after duplicate removing. Results There were 389 related articles published in journals from 1956 to 2012. With 41.90% articles published in 10 core journals, written by 14 main authors. There were 3 hot research areas including experience of famous doctor, syndrome differentiation and treatment and medical record. Conclusion There was lacking of combing on Yanjing medical school and inheritance system. The inheritance of Yanjing medical school was done far from good, and the study on how to inherit Yanjing medical school need strengthening.

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of Gab 2 in colorectal cancer tissues .Methods:Immuno-histochemistry was used to detect the expression of Gab 2 in 78 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 46 cases of the adjacent tissues and to analyze the association of Gab2 expression with the clinicopathologic features of colorectal cancer; The expression of Gab2 in samples from 10 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and matched adjacent nontumorous tissues was detected by Western blot .Results: The results of immunohistochemistry demonstrated that the Gab 2 protein positive expression rate in 78 cases of colorectal cancer was 53.85%;whereas was negative expression or weak in the adjacent tissues , showing a significant difference of comparison within this result (P<0.001) .The expression of Gab2 in colorectal cancer was related with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) , but no relation with the size and differentiation of tumor (P>0.05) .Western blot showed that the Gab2 protein expression of colorectal cancer cases was significantly higher than that of matched adjacent nontumorous tissues ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Gab2 was overexpressed in colorectal cancer .Gab2 maybe play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal carcinoma .

It is urgent to establish a standard for the classification and management of ancient books for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry. This paper formulated the compiling principles on classification of TCM ancient books through the investigation and research. The categories were set and adjusted by comparing with the classification of Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu and Zhonghua Guji Zongmu. Based on the comparason, the standard on classification of TCM ancient books was established. According to the classification standard, 8 663 kinds of TCM ancient books were reclassified. This standard can provide a clear and reliable reference for all kinds of collection units, promote the unification of classification methods of TCM ancient books, and promote the sharing and utilization of TCM ancient books.

To identify acute renal allograft rejection biomarkers in human serum, two-dimensional differential in-gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) followed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) were used. Serum samples from renal allograft patients and normal volunteers were divided into three groups: acute rejection (AR), stable renal function (SRF) and normal volunteer (N). Serum samples were firstly processed using Multiple Affinity Removal Column to selectively remove the highest abundance proteins. Differentially expressed proteins were analyzed using 2-D DIGE. These differential protein spots were excised, digested by trypsin, and identified by RP-HPLC-ESI/MS. Twenty-two differentially expressed proteins were identified in serum from AR group. These proteins included complement C9 precursor, apolipoprotein A-IV precursor, vitamin D-binding protein precursor, beta-2-glycoprotein 1 precursor, etc. Vitamin D-binding protein, one of these proteins, was confirmed by ELISA in the independent set of serum samples. In conclusion, the differentially expressed proteins as serum biomarker candidates may provide the basis of acute rejection noninvasive diagnosis. Confirmed vitamin D-binding protein may be one of serum biomarkers of acute rejection. Furthermore, it may provide great insights into understanding the mechanisms and potential treatment strategy of acute rejection.

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of quality of life in patients with osteoradionecrosis of the jaws (ORNJ) in order to provide theory basis for nursing intervention. Methods Ninety-five patients hospitalized from January 2015 to Febury 2017 and participated in the investigation by a convenient sampling method. The functional assessment of cancer therapy-head and neck (FACT-H&N), social support rating scale (SSRS) and general information questionnaire were used to assess the quality of life, social support and basic information in ORNJ patients in our hospital respectively. Results The score of quality of life was (79.99 ±15.72). The index value of common module of quality of life was higher than that of additional concern. The average scores of each dimension of common module from low to high were as follows: functional well-being, social/family well-being, physical well-being and emotional well-being. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of quality of life were social support, severe mouth opening difficulty (grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ), the course of primary disease (3 ~5 years, 5 ~10 years), which explained 35.6%variation in the quality of life. Conclusions The quality of life of ORNJ patients is generally lower than that of other head and neck cancer patients. The social support, severe mouth opening difficulty and course of primary disease can affect the patients' quality of life. The smaller the mouth opening (≤1 cm), the longer the course of primary disease (3~5 years) and the worse the quality of life is. Thus, nursing staff should pay attention to the quality of life of ORNJ patients and give prospective nursing intervention to improve the quality of life according to the characteristics of the development of the disease.

The standardization of classification methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) ancient books can provide a clear and reliable reference for all kinds of TCM ancient books collection units, which can also promote the sharing and utilization of TCM ancient books. We studied and investigated the classification methods of TCM ancient books in past dynasties. The standard on classification of TCM ancient books was formulated by compared with the classification table of Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu, and referred to the classification table of Zhonghua Guji Zongmu. This standard specified three-level categories and classification principles of TCM ancient books, and mainly composed of basic categories, three-level category table, classification principles and examples, and instructions for use.

Objective To investigate the effect of semen bacterial infection on semen parameters in male infertility patients and analyze of the drug resistance profile of the bacterial isolates. Methods According to the results of bacterial culture, the semen samples of 74376 infertile men collected between April, 2016 and April, 2017 were divided into infection group and non-infection group, and the infertility type and semen parameters were compared between the two groups. The bacterial species and the drug sensitivity of the isolates were analyzed. Results Bacterial infections were detected in 1.38%of the total semen samples collected. The positivity rate of semen bacterial infection was 1.41%in normal semen group, 1.55%in asthenospermia group, 1.18% in oligospermia group, 1.57% in asthenospermia/ oligospermia group, and 0.17% in azoospermia group. The positivity rate was lower in azoospermia group than in the other groups. Bacterial infection mainly affected sperm motility (P<0.05), sperm density and forward motile sperm ratio (P<0.01). The most common bacterial species causing the infections included, in the descending order of frequencies, Escherichia coli (63.59%), Klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies (19.80%) and Proteus mirabilis (13.22%). Drug susceptibility tests showed that the isolates of Escherichiacoli, Pneumonia Klebsiella pneumonia subspecies and Citrobacter koseri were commonly resistant to amoxicillin; Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were resistant to Bactrim and ampicillin/sulbactam; Staphylococcus aureus isolates were resistant to penicillin. Conclusion Male infertile patients have a low bacterial infection rate in the semen. Bacterial infection severely affects the sperm fertilization process by causing impairment of sperm motility and lowered sperm density. Escherichia coli is the most common pathogenic bacterium for the semen infection. With the exception of Staphylococcus aureus, the other bacterial strains isolated were found to be sensitive to imipenem and meropenem.
