Objective [WT5”BZ]To improve recognition and differential diagnosis of splenic space occupying disease.[WT5”HZ]Method [WT5”BZ]40 cases admitted from 1983 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively。[WT5”HZ]Result [WT5”BZ]Twenty six out of 40 cases were of benign splenic disease including one case of cyst, 3 cases of splenic abscesses, 7 cases of splenic tuberculosis, 5 cases of splenic “true” cyst, 4 cases of splenic angiolymphoma, 3 cases of splenic aneurysm, and one each of splenic lymphoangioma, epidermoid cyst and hamartoma. There were 14 cases of malignant tumor, amongwhich, there were two cases of non Hodgkin′s lymphoma and two of leiosarcoma, one angiosarcoma and metastatic splenic malignant tumor in 9 cases.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Therapeutics should be adopted according the nature of splenic diseases, based on clinical and image characteristics.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To discuss CT appearance and differential diagnosis of costal cartilage fracture in adult. Methods CT findings of 30 costal cartilage fractures in 20 cases were analyzed. Results On the basis of fractural location and CT appearanes, the fractures were divided three types:14 line-like fracture in 10 cases,9 local focal cleft within the costal cartilage in 6 cases and 7 massed fractures in 4 cases. Conclusion CT is of great value in diagnosing costal cartilage fracture.

Objective]Not only to promote the rational allocation of resources between government, society and universities, but also to provide theoretical basis and practical path for connotational development of newly-built undergraduate college.[Methods]Focusing on“ the development situation and the demand for the connotational development of the newly-built undergraduate college”and“ the aid possibility”,five representatives of newly-built undergraduate colleges and seven aid-donors were interviewed and inquired by Likert scale .[Results]The average index of newly-built undergraduate colleges on“ the development situation” and “ the demand for the connotational development” are respectively 2.93 and 4.03,showing a good situation and strong demand for external assistance.Meanwhile, the aid-donors also show a high will on the aid possibility” ,the average index is 4.06.[Conclusion]Based on analysis of“ the development situation and the demand for the connotational development of the newly-built undergraduate college, andthe aid possibility”,our research puts forward aid model and mechanism in connotational development of newly-built undergraduate college in order to make full use of external assistance, including government, society and universities.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To discuss the relationship between IL-13R?2 and the tumorigenesis and progression of gliomas. Methods Expression level of IL-13R?2 mRNA was studied by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) in 20 cases of glioma and 5 cases of normal brain tissue. Results There was no expression of IL-13R?2 mRNA in all cases of normal brain tissue, wherea 13 of 20 gliomas expressed IL-13R?2.There were specially significant difference between them(P0.05) between low grade gliomas and high grade gliomas, there was greatly significant difference(P

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(8):960-961
Objective To evaluate the value of the tests of mean corpuscular volume (MCV ) ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) in the screening of thalassemia .Methods 603 cases were performed MCV and MCH tests and gene detection of thalasse-mia .The results of gene detection were used as reference standard .The sensitivity ,specificity ,accuracy ,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of single or combined results of MCV ,MCH tests were calculated .Results The sensitivity and specificity of single MCV test were 91 .2% and 76 .1% ,single MCH test were 91 .2% and 70 .7% .The sensitivity and specificity of parallel combined tests of MCV and MCH were 94 .8% and 61 .4% ,serial combined tests of MCV and MCH were 88 .4% and 75 .6% .Con-clusion The sensitivity of single MCV or MCH test in the screening of thalassemia is high .Parallel combined tests of MCV and MCH can improve the sensitivity ,and will be widely used in the in the screening of thalassemia .

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined various surgical procedures for the treatment of post-traumatic epilepsy. Methods According to the preoperative primary location of epileptogenic focus and the monitoring results of intraoperative electrocorticography and depth electrodes,21 seizure patients were treated with various surgical procedures: 7 cases with epileptogenic focus resection,8 cases with epileptogenic focus resection combined with multiple subpial transection(MST),4 cases with anterior temporal lobectomy combined with amygdalo-hippocampotomy,1 case with selective amygdalo-hippocampotomy under neuronavigation, and 1 case with anterior callosotomy combined with MST and bipolar coagulation on funtional cortexes. Results All the patients were followed up from 3 months to 10 years postoperatively, and the surgical outcomes were such as the followings: satisfactory outcome in 9 cases(42.9%),marked improvement in 7 cases(33.3%),improvement in 3 cases(14.3%),slight improvement in 1 case(4.8%) and no improvement in 1case(4.8%).There was no died cases caused by the surgical procedures.Eight patients had temporary dysfunction after operation, but all recovered in four weeks after surgery. Conclusion The combined various surgical procedures are effective and safe for the treatment of post-traumatic epilepsy.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE: To study the status quo and future trend of digestive system drugs used in our hospital. METHO-DS: The digestive system drugs used in our hospital between 2001 and 2005 were analyzed retrospectively in respect to drug kinds, consumption sum, DDDs, daily costs etc. RESULTS: Drugs for peptic ulcer and hepatobiliary diseases took a big proportion and experienced a year- on- year increase. No significant change was noted for the top 10 drugs on the lists of DDDs and consumption sum before and after the medical insurance reform, but their order changed a little. The DDDs of most of the cheap and effective drugs increased after the medical insurance reform. CONCLUSION: The consumption of antiulcer drugs and drugs for hepatobiliary diseases in our hospital assume an increasing tendency.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(02):-
Objectives:To observe the role of hypocaloric nutrition support after major intestinal surgery. Methods:Forty cases after intestinal surgical procedure were randomly divided into hypocaloric group ( n =20),peripheral parenteral nutrition support of 15 kcal/(kg?d)+3 g Nitrogen/d) for 5 days and control group ( n =20,general infussion supports). Postoperative nitrogen balance, plasma proteins and body composition were detected. Results: Nitrogen balance of hypocaloric group was found to be improved, plasma proteins increased and body composition loss decreased. Conclusions:The hypocaloric nutrition support is a selected method for postoperative support.

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive therapy on self-esteem status of breast cancer patients. Methods 118 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 59 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received rational emotive therapy on the basis of routine care. The self-esteem status of the two groups of patients was assessed before and after the intervention respectively with State Self-Esteem Scale (SSES).Results The score of behavior self-esteem,social self-esteem,appearance self-esteem and the total score of self-esteem of the patients in two groups before intervention showed no significant difference, but the above scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after intervention. Conclusions Rational emotive therapy can improve self-esteem status of breast cancer patients, thereby improve the mental health of the patients.
