Objective: To explore the possible factors that affect the mental health of military officers and soldiers in Tibet and provide the basis for the prevention of mental disorder and the practice of mental intervention. Methods: 90 Symptoms Check List (SCL-90),Life Events Scale(LES) and self-made questionnaire for general condition were used to investigate 299 army officers and soldiers who stationed in the frontier post of Tibet. The subjects were chosen in the principle of cluster sampling in squad or platoon. Results: The factors of environment satisfaction, negative live events, ways of entering Tibet, total score of life events, army years and age were positively related with SCL-90, while the hometown living condition had significantly negative relation with SCL-90. Objective To investigate the Effect of Tetramethylpyrazine on adhesion and invasion ability of Cell PG in Hypoxic Environment. Methods The revival cell PG was divided into three dosages(high, medium and low)group of Tetramethylpyrazine, DDP group and negative control group. All of five groups were cultured separately in the normal and hypoxic environment. The adhesion ability of Cell PG were detected by MTT. The invasion ability of Cell PG were detected by Transwell chamber. Results Observed on the reconstruction of the basement membrane adhesion in PG cells by MTT, in normoxic environment the mean absorbance of the TMP high, medium and low concentrations, cisplatin group, control group were (0.556±0.040),(0.519±0.056), (0.517±0.061),(0.333±0.057),(0.300±0.066), P<0.01. In hypoxic environment the mean absorbance of the TMP high , medium and low concentrations, cisplatin group, control group were (0.48±0.032),(0.452±0.059),(0.274±0.093),(0.464±0.099),(0.155±0.042), P<0.01. Promotion of cell adhesion with Tetramethylpyrazine of high, medium and low concentration group and DDP group in hypoxic environment is greater than in normoxic environment(P<0.01). Observed the reconstruction of the invasion of basement membrane of PG cells by Transwell chamber, in normoxic environment the invasive cells of the TMP high, medium and low concentrations, cisplatin group, control group were :(28.00±17.00),(91.67±30.37),(105.67±39.58),(85.00±8.19),(152.33±24.71), P<0.05. In hypoxic environment the invasive cells of the TMP high , medium and low concentrations , cisplatin group, control group were (20.33±15.31), (22.33±17.62),(56.00±11.53),(57.67±35.95), (76.33±18.01), P<0.05. The invasive cells of normoxic control group was significantly more than hypoxic control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In hypoxic environment , adhesion and invasion ability of Cell PG significantly decreased compared with normoxic environment ; In normoxia and hypoxia environment, Tetramethylpyrazine and cisplatin could promote the adhesion ability and inhibit the invasion ability of PG cells. Role in promoting of Tetramethylpyrazine on cell adhesion of PG cells was stronger in hypoxic environment.

ObjectiveTo confirm a suitable professional diathesis structure system of youthful teachers.MethodsThrough literature review and discussion of a small scale of specialists,the authors established the primary index system.Then Delphi method was taken to organize two rounds of specialist consultations,specialists' opinions were summarized,index name and weight were identified,and the professional diathesis structure system was established.ResultsA professional diathesis structure system of youthful teachers was established,which included seven first-level indicators:professional morality,learning level,teaching ability,scientific research ability,mental diathesis,self-developmental ability,collectivity spirit & society activities,and 35 second-level indicators.ConclusionBuilding scientific professional diathesis structure system of youthful teachers is necessary,which can provide a solid basis for building up cultivating mechanism for youthful teachers.

The authors analyzed current situation of teachers'professional development in medical colleges and universities. The construction of teachers'professional development systems includes dividing the stage of development and setting the standard,constructing teachers'evaluation model,constructing interscholastic and scholastic teachers'education pattern,enriching the training contents and diversifying the training ways.

The course arrangement,teaching contents and means and other items were investigated and analyzed in this research of teaching evaluation of professional teachers in military medical university.The results showed that the levels of post-oriented education teaching were increasing in updating ideas and accumulating experiences in recent years.However,there still existed a few problems such as too much basal theories,lack of real army circs in the contents and little practice in the manners.Therefore,the quality of post-oriented education in military medical university is expected to be developed to a higher level.

A questionnaire was used to survey the perspective of the 22 mentors,24 students, 27 graduate students and 27 public health units on the competence of MPH student. The result showed that the practice skill,analyzing skill,program plan and practice skill,and emergency reaction abil-ity got more attention. This suggested that to the training of MPH,the training objective should focus on the ability to resolve problems; the curriculum should focus on the characters of public health and on the practice training.

The paper introduced the theory of the standard score and its application in instructional supervision and analyzed the difference between the standard score and original score in instructional supervision recording and revealed the reasons behind the difference.Besides,the paper pointed out the advantages which included scientificity and stability,providing information of the grade level,being suitable for longitudinal comparison and the crosswise comparison,and disadvantages such as complex calculation and depending on the distribution of original records.Finally,the paper put forward some recommendations on using standard score in instructional supervision:keeping the stability of the supervision expert team,insurance of supervision times,carrying out classified supervision and viewing the scores in its entirety.

Purpose To investigate the application value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in differential diagnosis of common liver lipid-containing tumors.Materials and Methods Sixty patients with pathologically confirmed liver lipid-containing tumors from January 2011 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,including 25 cases ofhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),20 cases of hepatic adenoma (HA) and 15 cases of hepatic angiomyolipoma (HAML).Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value and ratio of ADCtumor/ADCliver (rADC) of tumors were respectively measured.Routine MRI findings were analyzed.Results The MRI findings of these three common liver lipid-containing tumors were with their own characteristics.For HCC,HA and HAML,the average ADC value was (1.225±0.221)×10-3 mm2/s,(1.318±0.212)×10-3 mm2/s and (1.317±0.297)×103 mm2/s,respectively,(b=800 s/mm2);the average rADC value was 1.004± 0.151,0.984 ± 0.146 and 1.027±0.223,respectively.There was no significant difference in ADC and rADC among these three tumors (P＞0.05).Conclusion ADC and rADC had no differential diagnosis value in common liver lipid-containing tumors.Routine MRI signals and enhanced imaging features are the main diagnostic basis.

Objective:To study the relation between conserved motif of sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor type 1(S1P1) and FTY720-induced internalization.Methods:With HA-S1P1(WT)-Myc-EGFP-N1 fusion vector as template,HA-S1P1(R142N)-Myc-EGFP-N1 fusion vector was constructed by overlap PCR.The conserved ERY motif of wild type S1P1 was mutated into ENY.The recombinant vectors were confirmed by sequencing,then they were transfected into HEK293 cells by Polyfect.The transfected HEK293 cells were selected with G418.Cells were incubated for 3,6,12 hours in the absence or presence of 100 nmol/L FTY720,then S1P1 gene expression was analyzed by fluorescence microscopy.Results:Sequencing confirmed HA-S1P1(R142N)-Myc-EGFP-N1 vectors was successfully constructed.S1P1(WT) protein and S1P1(R142N) protein were expressed on the stably transfected-HEK293 cell surface.FTY720 induced S1P1(WT) internalization,but not S1P1(R142N).Conclusion:FTY720-induced S1P1 internalization is related with conserved ERY motif.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of large-spot and low-energy Q switched Nd:YAG laser on melasma,and to observe the changes of melasma lesions with confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) before and after the laser treatment.MethodsTotally,45 patients aged from 24 to 48 years and diagnosed with facial melasma were included in this study,and treated with large-spot and low-energy Q switched Nd:YAG once a week for 10 or more sessions.CLSM was used to estimate the melanin content in melasma lesions before each irradiation and after the last irradiation.ResultsAmong the 45 patients,8 ( 17.78％ ) were nearly cured,25 (55.56％) markedly improved,11 (24.44％) improved,and only 1 (2.22％) unimproved after the laser irradiation.The total response rate was 73.33％.As CLSM showed,there was an increment in melanin granules in melasma lesions compared with the normal skin surrounding melasma lesions,but a reduction in melanin granules was induced by the laser treatment in melasma lesions.ConclusionsLarge-spot and lowenergy Q switched Nd∶YAG laser is substantially effective and highly safe for the treatment of melasma,and CLSM can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of laser on melasma.
