1.Development of ECG Holter Based on SD Card
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Objective To design a holter, which can record ECG for long time. Methods SD(secure digital) card was adopted as mass storage medium. The preprocessed ECG signals were converted into digital data which were stored temporarily into SD card by the USB-2.0-spicified microcontroller CY7C68013A. Results SPI bus was introduced for data communication between the host and SD card. The LCD module was utilized to display the menu and states of the system. The data stored in SD card were transmitted to a PC via the USB, or read by a specified card reader.1 GB SD card could record for about one month. Conclusion The portable design of this device is convenient for outgoing.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2001;8(1):24-27
Objective To investigate the effect of adenosine on pulmonary injury after extracorporeal circulation. Methods Twelve mongrel dogs were randomly divided into two groups, the test group and control group. The model of extracorporeal circulation was established. In the test group and control group, adenosine(50μg/kg*min) and normal saline were infused before extracorporeal circulation respectively. Hemodynamics, right cardiac function and arterial blood gas were assessed. Lung water and malondialdehyde content were assessed. Histological evaluation was also made. Results There were no differences between the two groups with respect to heart rate, mean systemic artery pressure, left atrial pressure, and central venous pressure. In the test group, pulmonary vascular resistance was lower and right cardiac function improved remarkably; arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2) was also higher, less lung water was observed and the malondialdehyde content in the pulmonary tissue was lower (P<0.05,P<0.01). Histological evaluation of the test group revealed normal pulmonary architecture without abundant intra-alveolar neutrophils. Conclusion Adenosine can attenuate ischemia-reperfusion lung injury and right cardiac insufficiency caused by extracorporeal circulation. At a proper dose, there was no significant effect on systemic hemodynamics.

Objective To study the short term and long term response and the safety of the different doses of recombinant interferon alfa 1b(IFN? 1b) for the treatment of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and the predictive factors of the response. Methods 146 Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B entered randomly into four groups. Three groups were given with IFN ? 1b 3 million unit (MU), 5 MU and 10 MU respectively. The control group was given placebo. The short term(ETR) and long term(SR 12) responses and side effect were observed. Selected nineteen items (host related, drugs related and virus related), which affected the response of IFN alfa 1b probably (host, virus and drugs, et al) were analyzed. Results The end treatment response (ETR) of the IFN ? 1b 5 MU therapy was 55.3%, and 10 MU was 58.1%. Both efficacy were higher than the group of 3 MU IFN alfa 1b (32.6%) and control therapy group (5.9%, P

Objective:To introduce the local human body metabolic rate measurement system based on the Smartphone with the Android operating system and realizes the transmission of physiological data from the detecting module to Smartphone. Methods:Embedding Bluetooth module in the module of detecting physiological parameters, the measurement target is fingers, so the detected physiological data can be sent to Smartphone with Android system. By develop apk application program, the Smartphone can realize the operation of opening the Bluetooth devices and searching the around Bluetooth devices, to realize the data transmission by the Socket connection, we develop the software which realizes showing data. Results:The Smartphone received the metabolic rate parameters from Bluetooth, and show the result on the surface. A study of the technology of transmitting physiological parameters information through the interface of Bluetooth in Android Smartphone is made in this paper. Conclusion:The paper is based on the Mobile Medicine Measuring System, realizes the technology of physiological parameters transmission through Bluetooth in Android system, which has a great broad application.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of intraaortic balloon pump (IABP) support in the emergency interventional procedures on pump failure or cardiogenic shock complicating acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Group A included 21 patients with IABP support during the emergent interventional procedures, and group B included 66 patients without IABP. The two groups were compared for clinical criteria and in-hospital events or complications. Results No significant differences were noted between the two groups witch regard to baseline age, gender, onset of chest pain, timing of intervention, location of AMI, the number of coronary artery diseases, individual infarct-related artery, and TIMI grade before intervention. The degree of pump failure was significantly worse in group A than in group B. In a follow-up period of in-hospital, mortality and revascularization in-hospital were lower in the patients with IABP than in the patients without IABP. Conclusion The combination of early IABP and successful emergency coronary intervention is associated with improved survival in patients with pump failure or cardiogenic shock complicating AMI.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(03):-
Objective To investigate carpal instability after distal radial fractures have been treated with cast immobilization or operation and its effect on clinical functions. Methods 124 patients with distal radial fracture were treated with cast immobilization, external fixation or plate internal fixation. They were followed up.Their carpal instability was evaluated according to X-ray manifestations before and after treatment;their clinical carpal functions were assessed according to Gartland and Werley scoring system. Results The follow-ups revealed five types of carpal instability:palmar or dorsal shift of the carpus,VISI(volar intercalated segment instability),DISI(dorsal intercalated segment instability)and scapholunate dissociation. The incidence of carpal instability was 58.1%before treatment,21.8%after treatment and 22.6%at the follow-ups.Functional results were excellent and good in 80.6 %of the total patients,in 84.5%of those in the stability group, and in 75.0%of those in the instability group. Conclusions Distal radial fractures usually lead to carpal instability.Operations can correct radius-carpal instability effectively, but it is difficult to correct scapholunate dissociation. The function of carpal joint is evident ly poorer in patients with carpal instability than in those with carpal stability, for it is mainly affected by the integrality of radius-carpal joint.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(03):-
Objective To construct recombinant plasmid with p24 and gp41 gene, express fusion protein in E.coli. Methods To design primer with restriction endonuclease position, and amplify p24 and gp41 by RT-PCR, link both into pMD18-T vector. To choose correct clone with target gene. Then p24 fragment will be cleaved and linked into pMD18-T vector within gp41 gene. Both post-linked gene will be cleaved and linked into pET21a vector. The vector will be transformed into E.coli. And protein is highly effective expressed in E coli. Western blotting proved that the expressed product could react with 6?his antibody. Result Fusion protein p24-gp41 is highly effective expressed in E.coli. Conclusion Fusion protein p24-gp41 is highly effective expressed in E.coli in pET21a vector.

Objective To investigate the effect of partial liquid ventilation(PLV) with perfluorocarbon(PFC) on pulmonary surfactant during beatment of acute lung injury(ALI) induced by oleic acid. MethodsTwenty-four male Japanese white rabbits weighing 2. 1-2.6 kg were randomly divided into three groups(n = 8 ineach group): groupl: normal animal + mechanical ventilation (MV); group 2: ALI + MV; group 3: ALI +PLV.The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal ketamine 100 mg/kg, trachectomized and mechanicallyventilated (FiO_2 = 1, RR = 35 bpm, I: E = 1: 2, PEEP = 5 cm H_2O, PaCO_2 was maintained at 35-45 mm Hg byadjustment of tidal volume) .In group 2 and 3 ALI was induced by infusion of oleic acid 150?g/kg via centralvenous catheter over 30 min period. ALI was considered established when PaO_2 /FiO_2 was
