OBJECTIVE To investigate the TORCH infection of women with childbearing age in Chongqing.(METHODS) Special IgM antibodies were detected by the TORCH-IgM screen test kits in 2067 women with(childbearing) age, among them 1829 were women with normal childbearing and 238 were women with abnormal one.RESULTS The infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii(TOX),Rubella virus(RV),Cytomegalovirus(CMV) in women with abnormal childbearing was significantly higher than those in women with normal one(P(0.05)).CONCLUSIONS The(abnormal) pregnancy is (related) with TORCH infection. So TORCH screen before pregnancy is very important to aristogenesis.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). Methods Three hundreds and seventy-nine IBD patients identified at Sir Run Run Shaw hospital between 1994 and 2003 were studied. Demographic and clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results Of 379 patients, 317 had ulcerative colitis(UC,83.6%), 168 men, 149 women, male/female ratio 1.1∶1, mean age 44 years (range 14-79 years) and 62 had Crohn's disease(CD,16.4%), 39 men and 23 women, male/female ratio 1.7∶1, mean age 33 years (range 13-70 years). The incidence of hospitalization for IBD was 31/10 6 in 1994 and 152/10 6 in 2003. Among UC patients, 11.4% was proctitis, 25.2% was proctosigmoiditis, 18.6% was colitis of left-colon and 44.8% was pan-colitis. Seventy-one patients (22.4%) were hospitalized and 28 patients (39.4%) met the criteria for severe grade. Nine patients (2.8%) presented with arthritis, 3 patients (0.9%) presented with ophthalmologic diseases. Of 62 CD patients, 16(25.8%) had lesions restricted to the terminal ileum, 15(24.2%) had lesions involv- ing colon, 20(32.3%) had ileocolonic lesions and 11(17.7%) had lesions involving the proximal part of ileum , 33 (53.2%) patients were hospitalized and 16 patients underwent operation. Conclusions During the past 9 years, the incidence of IBD was markedly increased which was mainly contributed by UC. The characteristics of IBD were less severe and few extra-intestinal manifestations.

Objective: To optimize the ultrahigh pressure extraction ( UPE) process for forsythoside from Forsythia suspensa by Box-Behnken experimental design. Methods:On the basis of single factor screening, a three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken ex-perimental design was employed with liquid/material ratio( X1 ) , extraction pressure ( X2 ) and extraction time ( X3 ) as the independent variables. The response variable was the extraction yield of forsythoside. Results:The optimal UPE conditions for forsythoside were as follows:the ratio of solvent to material (ml·g-1) was 70, the extraction pressure was 151 MPa, and the extraction time was 114 s. With the optimal extraction process, the extraction yield of forsythoside was 13. 15 mg·g-1 . Conclusion:As a novel extraction tech-nology for Chinese herbal medicines, UPE procedure has higher extraction yield, lower extraction temperature, shorter extraction time and less power consumption, which provides a brand-new method for the extraction of forsythoside from Forsythia suspensa.

Objective To explore the effect of doctor-patient interaction based on information platform on hypertensive patients' self-efficacy and treatment compliance in community. Methods A convenience sampling method was used, and 280 patients with hypertension in Huaxin community health service centre were included. Patients were divided into interactive group (89 cases) and control group (191 cases) according to their wishes. Control group received a regular follow-up at community clinics, while interactive group participated in the doctor-patient interaction based on information platform at the same time of regular community clinic visit for 3 months. All patients were investigated using Self-efficacy Assessment Scale for Hypertensives and Treatment Compliance Questionnaire before and after intervention, which was used for effectiveness analysis. Results Before intervention, two groups showed no significant difference in self-efficacy (t=1.635,P>0.05), but there was significant difference in treatment compliance [interactive group:8.00(5.00) vs. control group:10.00(3.00)] (Z=4.409,P<0.05). After the intervention, two groups showed no significant difference in treatment compliance (Z=0.784,P>0.05), but there was significant difference in self-efficacy (interactive group:34.42 ± 4.49 vs. control group:32.63 ± 5.53) (t=2.867, P<0.01), which in interactive group was higher. Before and after the intervention, self-efficacy and the treatment compliance had significantly increased in interactive group (P<0.05). while not significantlyincreased in control group (P>0.05). Before intervention, there was a significant positive correlation between the total score of self-efficacy and treatment compliance(r=0.500, P<0.001), drug therapy compliance (r=0.327, P<0.001) and Non-drug treatment compliance (r=0.469, P<0.001) in two groups, while there was lower positive correlation after intervention. Conclusion The doctor-patient interaction project of community hypertension supervision based on informatization platform is effective on the improvement of self-efficacy and the treatment compliance through the enhanced doctor-patient communication, particularly in promoting the role of self-efficacy to accelerate the improvement of health behaviors, compliance behavior and treatment compliance.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemorrhoid elimination agent made by our hospital for the treatment of constipation, blood in stool, pain in defecation, anal burning sensation and abdominal distension after hemorrhoids surgery. Methods A number of 120 patients from January 2017 to June 2019 undergo hemorrhoid surgery in the department of anorectal surgery in our hospital were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random digit table. The experimental group took hemorrhoid elimination agent orally, and the control group took paraffin oil orally. The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical efficacy, symptom and sign scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions. Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 95%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 81.6% . Compared withpre-treatment, the fecal character score in the experimental group was significantly improved after treatment, and the incidence of hematochezia was significantly reduced after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in fecal character score and incidence of hematochezia before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05). After treatment, the score of symptoms and signs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of hematocele in the experimental group was 5 %,while that in the control group was 21.67%,with significant difference between them(P<0.05). Conclusion With obvious effect and high safety, hemorrhoid elimination agent can effectively relieve constipation and hemostasis after hemorrhoidectomy, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.

This article reported the comprehensive management of an extremely preterm infant with severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia. The patient born at 26 +6 gestational weeks was transferred to Children's Hospital of Fudan University due to invasive mechanical ventilation dependence at 61 d after birth and was diagnosed with severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia. A comprehensive treatment plan was adopted, including appropriate fluid restriction, improving nutrition, glucocorticoid administration, using antibiotics against Ureaplasma urealyticum infection to reduce pulmonary parenchymal lesions and alleviating pulmonary hypertension. The preterm infant was successfully extubated to non-invasive ventilation and subsequently weaned to a high-flow nasal cannula. Then, the patient was discharged at 372 d after birth (correct gestational age nine months and six days). At the 3-month follow-up after discharge, the patient remained on high-flow oxygen, but with lower flow and concentration of oxygen. Moreover, the growth, development and lung images were significantly improved. Follow-up to correct gestational age one year and 11 months, the child was not on oxygen any more, but on rehabilitation due to language and motor development retardation.
