Object To investigate the features of health related quality of life ( HRQOL) among elderly hypertensive patients with different body mass index (BMI) so s to provide evidence for the health promotion of hypertensive. Methods A cross-sectional survey of health status data from a population of 1281 elderly hypertensive patients from Beijing and 8 provinces of China ( Jiangsu, Anhui, Gansu, Qinghai, Fujian, Jilin, Jiangxi, and Henan) was made in the study. Analysis of variance was applied to compare the differences in HRQOL of elderly hypertensive patients in different BMI categories. Results For the elderly hypertensive patients with low body mass index, the scores of 8 dimensions and scores in physical component summary (PCS) and mental component summary( MCS) of SF-36 were the lowest;except the role-emotional(RE) dimension, the scores of other 7 dimensions,PCS and MCS were significantly different(PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,MH, P<0.01; SF,PCS,MCS, P<0.01). Comparing the scores between any two groups in PCS, the scores of patients with low body mass index were significantly lower than normal weight group (62.30 ± 22. 12 vs72.40 ±20.86, P<0.05) .overweight group (62.30 ± 22.12 vs 74.97 ± 19.20, P<0.05 ) and obese group (62.30 ± 22.12 vs 74.57 ± 19. 22, P < 0.05 ). Comparing the scores between any two groups in MCS,the scores of patients with low body mass index were significantly lower than normal weight group (68. 81 ± 20. 48 vs 74. 70 ± 20.41, P < 0. 05), overweight group (68. 81 ± 20. 48 vs 78.08 ±18.23, P<0.05) and obese group (68.81 ±20.48 vs 78. 69 ± 17.77, P<0.05); the score of normal weight group was significantly lower than the overweight group (74. 70 ±20. 41vs 78. 08 ±18.23, P<0.05). Gender Stratification showed that females with low body mass index had worse HRQOL than males. Conclusion The HRQOL of elderly hypertensive patients with low body mass index is significantly lower than normal weight patients, overweight patients and obese patients, the health promotion of elderly hypertensive patients with low body mass index should be paid more attentions, especially females with low body mass index.

Objective To analyze the long-term results of fractionated stereotactie radiotherapy(FSRT)for the local residual lesion after the first course of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From July 1997 to July 2002,46 patients were treated with FSRT.According to the 1992 Fuzhou staging system, the number of patients was 1,6,30 and 9 with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ disease,respectirely;3,11,27 and 5 with T1,T2,T3 and T4 tumor,respectively;14,16,12 and 4 with N0,N1,N2and N3 disease.Radiotherapy was delivered to tumors with the total of dose 68-70 Gy in 7-8w.Chemotherapy(2 cycles of PVF or POF)was given to the patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ a disease.FSRT was given to the residual disease with the total dose of 18-24 Gy in 3 fractions with an interval of 3-7 days. The reference dose line was 70%-90%.Resuits CR and PR rates in this group were 61%and 39%,respectively.The overall survival rates of each year from 1- to 5-year were 100%,87%,83%,78%and 76%.The 1-,3- and 5-year disease-free survival rates were 100%,93%and 89%;The distant metastasis-free survival rates were 100%,85%and 79%;The local-regional control survival rates were 100%,94%and 91%.Seventeen patients who died during the follow-up period were 1 for local cervical lymph node recurrence,2 for fatal nasopharyngeal hemorrhage,4 for local nasopharynx recurrence, and 10 for distance metastases. Conclusions Fraetionated stereotactic radiotherapy is safe and effective for the patients with residual lesion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma at the primary site after radiotherapy. The optimized fractionation and total dose requires the further investigation.

Objective To study on the changes of the DNT cells and T lymphocyte subtype in children with infectious mononucleosis (IM) and its clinical significance. Methods The flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detected the DNT cells and other T lymphocyte subtype in 48 cases of IM.Results The study showed that DNT cells( 9.39 ± 4.89 )% were greatly increased in comparison with normal controls (NC) (4.26 ± 1.68)% ( P <0.01 ).CD4 cells(21.45 ±9.87)% were decreased ( P <0.01 ) and CD8 cells increased in comparison with NC (32.43 ± 5.07) % ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion DNT cells and T lymphocyte subtype can be used to evaluate the immune function of children with infectious mononucleosis (IM) and provide guidance for adoptive immunotherapy.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(5):382-385
Objective To investigate the current state of nurse leaders′leadership and nurse physician cooperation, to explore the relationship between them, and to provide reference for improving nurse physician cooperation situation. Methods Totally 193 nurse leaders were recruited who were participated in Anhui nursing management training courses. A series of questionnaires were used to collect data, including general information, competency inventory for registered nurse, nurse physician cooperation scale. Results One hundred and eighty- two questionnaires were valid. The score of nurse managers′leadership was (27.85±6.27) points, while the score of nurse physician cooperation scale was (68.31±11.67) points. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the control of general information, leadership for the interpretation of the nurse physician cooperation level increased by 27.3% (△R2 = 0.273, P = 0.000). Conclusions Hospital managers can adopt effective strategies to raise the level of nurses' leadership, which further increases the nurse physician cooperation level.

Objective To study and establish a high quality digital 3D anatomical modeling of the mandible with full teeth. Methods A set of accurate digital models of standard anatomical specimens of mandibular teeth were obtained by laser scanning, and the 3D mandible model was reconstructed by CT scan data;then, a registration deformation method based on the geometry and image anatomical landmark was employed to do the registration of each tooth to the mandible model, and finally the tooth enamel , dentin, periodontal ligament were generated .Results A high quality digital 3D anatomical modeling of the mandible with full teeth was built , each tooth had detail crown and whole root , the distinction between the enamel , dentin, periodontal ligament , and any anatomical regions can be zoomed and rotately displayed . Conclusion The digital 3D anatomical modeling of the mandible with full teeth has realistic 3D imaging view and convenient teaching-learning function , and has tremendous apllication futures in the stomatology , maxillofacial and other medical departments .

Objective To study the effect of Tibetan medicine Zuotai on in vivo pharmacokinetics of crocin-1 in rats. Methods After im injection of crocin-1 (5 mg/kg) in control (continuously ig normal saline for 7 d) and expermental (continuously ig Zuotai suspension for 7 d or 21 d) rats,The plasma concentration of crocin-1 was determined by RP-HPLC,and plasma concentration-time data were analyzed by DAS 2.0 software to get the related pharmacokinetic parameters of crocin-1.Results After continuously ig administration of Zuotai [10 mg/(kg?d)] for 7 d and 12 d in experimental rats, the pharmacokinetic parameters of crocin-1 changed significantly. The AUC,Cmax, and MRT were significantly greater in experimental rats than those in control rats, and the CL and Vd were significantly lower than those in control rats, and the AUC of crocin-1 was greater in the 21 d administration group than that in the 7 d administration group. Conclusion The result demonstrates that Tibetan medicine significantly affects the pharmacokinetics of crocin-1 in rats. After administration of Zuotai in rats, the absorption degree of crocin-1 is significantly increased and the clearance rate is significantly decreased.
