The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(9):1414-1416
Objective To investigate the correlation between the severity of subcortical ischemic lesions and vascular cognitive impairment in encephalorrhagia patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-four encephalorrhagia patients were enrolled into two groups, the normal cognition group (60 cases, without cognitive impairment) and the cognitive impairment group (64 cases, with vascular cognitive impairment). Parameters of the lesion diameters, various lesion locations, white matter lesions severity and NIHSS scale score, modified Bathel index score were compared between these two groups. The correlations between the above indexes and the vascular cognitive impairment degree were analyzed by Logistic regression proceduress. Results Compared to the normal cognition group, the indexes of lesion number of frontal area and basal ganglia, lesion diameters, white-matter severity and NIHSS scale score of cognitive impairment group were higher (P<0.05, respectively), and the modified Bathel index score was lower (P<0.05), but the lesion number in temporal, parieto-occipital and infratentorial area were not changed (P>0.05, respectively) in the cognitive impairment group. Result of Logistic regression analysis showed a positive correlation between the severity of white-matter and the degree of vascular cognitive impairment (OR =4.705, P=0.009). Conclusion The severity of white-matter can effectively assess the degree of vascular cognitive impairment of encephalorrhagia patients.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of Bu Shen Jian Pi Capsule on age-related cochlear hair cells apoptosis in C57 BL /6J mice, and research its mechanism of action. Methods: 30 new born C57 BL /6J mice were divided into 2 groups, with 10 animals in control group(CG) and 20 animals in Bu Shen Jian Pi Capsule (experimental group,EG).The animals in CG were fed regularly, while those in EG were fed regularly at the first one months after the birth and then, commonly fed water was substituted by the medical solution of Bu Shen Jian Pi Capsule for these animals in EG.The experimental course lasted for seven months. The cochleas of the two groups of mice were taken out for cochlear surface preparation, then being observed under optical microscope with a comparative analysis on the status of degenerative changes in the hair cells of cochlear between the tow groups. Results: Cochlear hair cells damage of CG animals showed aggravating tendency with the increase of the age,and followed the developmental rules of lesion progression in cochlear hair cells from the basal turn to the apical turn and with the number of outer hair cells loss greater than that of inner hair cells. In contrast, the cochlear damage of animals of EG was relatively milder than that in animals of CG,compared among the animals at the same age between them. Conclusion: This study showed that Bu Shen Jian Pi Capsule could postpone age-related cochlear hair cells apoptosis in C57 BL /6J mice, therefore,it suggested that Bu Shen Jian Pi Capsule might possess the pharmacological action of preventing presbyacusis. We assume the possible protective mechanism of Bu Shen Jian Pi Capsule might be related to increase of cells cAMP,regulation of metabolism of nucleic acid, and protectoin or stabilization of DNA structure.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;35(4):258-261
Objective To optimize the oral contrast media in three-dimensional display of gastric lesions. Methods 41 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different oral contrast media administered: No. 1 air contrast group (n=17), No. 2 fat emulsion group (n=7) and No. 3 positive contrast group (n=25). The 3D CT images were reconstructed using MPR, SSD, RaySum display and virtual endoscopic techniques, and compared with gastric endoscopy and/or conventional barium study. Results The detectability of gastric lesions using fat emulsion and air contrast was 42.8%(3/7) and 80.0%(20/25), respectively, both were significantly lower than that using positive contrast (100%, 30/30) (χ2=19.22,P<0.01;χ2=6.60, P<0.05). The capability of showing the details of stomach lesions was significantly affected by the oral contrast media administered(χ2=17.04,P<0.01). Conclusion It is very important to choose the appropriate oral contrast media for 3D display of gastric lesions in spiral CT, the positive contrast agent is the optimal choice.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(22):3029-3032
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for drug registration declaration. METHODS:The disapproval comments of Chi-na Food and Drug Administration on the declared drugs in Guangdong Province in 2015 were collected, existing problems in cur-rent drug registration declaration in clinical trials stage and registered production stage were analyzed. And suggestions were put for-ward based on relevant policies and regulations. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Reasons for the rejection of declaring chemical drugs in clinical trials stage mainly focused on that there had been imported drugs applied for registration or new drugs entering monitoring period. While pharmacy research quality defects, especially insufficient research in impurities and relevant materials, are the main problems of declaring clinical trials and production. In terms of clinical trail declaration, applicant should respond to new drug registration classification reform, strengthen original innovation development;the development of biological products should establish comprehensive and effective evaluation system to form superior technology and products. In terms of drug registra-tion production declaration, related departments or drug manufacturers should enhance the evaluation for drug form and specifica-tions design, and generic drugs should pay attention to the consistency evaluation with the original research drugs. Besides, the above problems can be solved by conducting scientific and feasible research methods for impurities and related material, and pay at-tention to enlarging research of forward-looking production technology.
