Objective To apply high-quality nursing principles in the nursing education, allow nursing students to adapt to the modern nursing pattern more effectively in the oral and maxillofacial-head and neck oncology ward, and then to evaluate the effect of this application. Methods From June 2013 to March 2014, 60 nursing students had practiced in our department were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases, traditional teaching method) and the experimental group (30 cases, high-quality nursing teaching method). Nursing expertise, nursing procedures, teachers′ evaluation and patients′ satisfaction degree were evaluated. Results The nursing expertise, nursing procedures, teachers′ evaluation and patients′ satisfaction scores was (92.97 ± 5.65), (92.93 ± 4.38), (94.20 ± 2.95), (93.60 ± 3.97) in the experimental group respectively, while in the control group was(87.93 ± 4.62),(87.55 ± 7.54),(89.67 ± 6.21),(89.50 ± 5.80)respectively. All the four evaluation indexes of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(t=-3.78,-3.38,-3.61,-3.20), P﹤0.05. Conclusions Applying high quality nursing care principle in the nursing education allows students to adapt to the modern nursing pattern more quickly, and to establish foundations leading to their future professions.

The present study was undertaken to observe the effect of picrotoxin(PT) injection into lateral ventricle (LV) on cardiac contractility (CC) and renal nerve discharge (RND).lt was found that PT injection into LV caused CC and RND to increase significantly, and this effect was dose-dependent.The effect of baroreflex on cardiovascular response produced by PT injection was also observed. Data suggested that PT injection into LV still caused CC and RND to increase when the buffer nerve was sectioned. The magnitude of increase was significantly larger than that of the intact buffer nerve. The results indicate that in the CNS, the block of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) transmitter system not only could cause blood pressure and heart rate to increase, but also strengthen CC and RND; baroreflex could partly suppress cardiovascular response caused by PT injection.

To evaluate the role of the vagal afferents in the generation and formation of high frequency oscillation (HFO), effect of selective electrical stimulation of A?-? afferent fiber groups of the vagus nerve (0.4-0.5 V, 0.1ms, 5-160 Hz), applied at three respiratory phases: inspiratory phase (IS), expiratory phase (ES), and continuous phase throughout both IS and ES (CS), on the phrenic HFO was quantitatively assessed on ether-anesthetized, vagotomized, paralyzed and artificially ventilated rabbits. After calculation of the power spectrum of the efferent phrenic nerve activity, the mean square values (MSV), representing total amount of HFO-output, and the peak frequency of the HFO were estimated by means of curve-fitting method. Regardless of the mode of the stimulation, the MSV decreased in a stimulus-frequency dependent fashion. Objective To study the mental status of dento-maxillofacial deformities patients for orthognathic-orthodontic treatment,assess the testing results,and provide reference for doctors and nurses to evaluate mental features of patients.Methods 79 patients from a three-level and first-class hospital in Shanghai were collected from February 2011 to January 2012,who were to undergo orthognathic-orthodontic treatment.All the subjects filled in MMPI questionnaire before the operation.Results Scores of F and Pa subscales in male were significantly lower than the national norm.Scores of K and Mf subscales in female were significantly higher than the national norm.Scores of L,F,Hs,D,Pd,Pa,Pt,Sc,Si subscales were significantly lower than the national norm.Scores of F,Pa,Sc,Ma subscales in male were significantly higher than female.Scores of Mf subscales in female were significantly higher than male.Conclusions The whole personality of dento-maxillofacial deformities patients are normal.However,individualized personality deviation and psychological problems exist,including personality characteristics among different genders.

Objective To explore clinical effect of metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos on the elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia treatment.Methods In August 2013 to April 2016, 102 cases of elderly patients in our hospital heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia were selected as research object, according to touch the ball method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 51 cases, control group was given bisoprolol fumarate pesos, on this basis, the experimental group was combined use of metacentric particles.Two groups of clinical curative effect were compared .Results The experimental group and control group rate of sinus heart rate to maintain statistical comparison of the experimental group was higher than control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05 ) , the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the control group and experimental group heart rate compared before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference, but after treatment, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the differe nce was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos for elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia in clinical curative effect is distinct, high safety.

Objective To develop the software of Management Information System of Medical Materials.Methods Based on the platform of NET,three layers of C/S was applied in equipment & apparatus department for good operation platform,frequent data access and rapid response.Besides,the current HIS was utilized to protect the system to be extensible,easily-updated and easily-maintained.Results The application of Management Information System of Medical Materials could meet the requirement in scientific and standard supply,application and management of medical materials.The software was used in scores of hospitals with good effect.Conclusion Being able to organically integrate with other functional module,the software provides a powerful tool for the scientific management of hospital equipment.

Objective To evaluate the reliability of ultrasonography used to guide the selection of uncuffed endotracheal tube (ETT) size for pediatric patients.Methods Eighty pediatric patients requiring endotracheal intubation for elective surgery under general anesthesia,aged 2-6 yr,of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,were randomized into 2 groups (n=40 each) using a random number table:control group and ultrasonography group.In control group,the internal diameter of an uncuffed ETT was determined according to age-based formulas.In ultrasonography group,the outer diameter of an uncuffed ETT was determined according to the transverse diameter of the subglottic airway at the level of the cricoids cartilage measured by ultrasonography.The air leak test was performed after intubation,and either a larger or a smaller size of ETT selected was considered as a failure of intubation.The failure of intubation and postoperative complications related to intubation were recorded.Results Compared with control group,the total failure rate of intubation and failure rate due to the smaller size of ETT selected were significantly decreased in ultrasonography group (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of intubation-related complications between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonogra-phy can be used to guide the selection of ETT size for pediatric patients.

Objective To investigate the significance of digital tomosynthesis (DTS) for suspicions lesions in the physical examination of the chest.Methods Totally 1 000 physical examinees were divided into two groups,with 500 younger ones in one group and the remained 500 ones in the other.The examinees underwent examination with digital X-ray radiography,and then the suspicious cases went through DTS examination to analyze the detection rate of pulmonary positive results.Results There were 110 suspected cases found by digital X-ray radiography,including 8 young ones and 102 old ones.The suspected cases went through DTS examination,and totally 92 nodules were found including 4 ones in the young persons and 88 ones in old persons.CT examination found 89 carcinomatous nodules in the 92 ones.Conclusion DTS examination can detect the lesion of the physical examinee,and lays a foundation for early diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture at Yanglingquan (GB 34) on white matter structure of stroke patients. Methods 6 stroke patients with left hemiplegia in recovery stage were recruited. The sham acupoint was as control, the diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) data in a 1.5 T SIEMENS scanner before and after acupuncture at Yanglingquan point was collected. Differences between the two conditions were compared with the Tract-Based Spatial Statistics (TBSS), which is one of FSL tools. Results The brain areas included left precentral gyrus, postcentral gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, inferior temporal gyrus, supplementary motor area, inferior frontal gyrus, internal capsule, fornix and bilateral inferior parietal gyrus, in which the verum acupuncture had stronger effect on fractional anisotropy (FA) than the sham acupuncture. White matter tract such as pyramidal tract, arcuate fasciculus, corpus callosum and other inter-cortex association fibers passed these brain areas. The fiber tracts and brain areas were found to be involved with multiple brain networks of motor compensation, somatosensory, language and cognition. Conclusion Compared with the sham point, acupuncture at Yanglingquan point can change the microstructure of stroke patients' white matter, mainly in the inaffected side and related to multiple functional networks.
