Objective To apply high-quality nursing principles in the nursing education, allow nursing students to adapt to the modern nursing pattern more effectively in the oral and maxillofacial-head and neck oncology ward, and then to evaluate the effect of this application. Methods From June 2013 to March 2014, 60 nursing students had practiced in our department were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases, traditional teaching method) and the experimental group (30 cases, high-quality nursing teaching method). Nursing expertise, nursing procedures, teachers′ evaluation and patients′ satisfaction degree were evaluated. Results The nursing expertise, nursing procedures, teachers′ evaluation and patients′ satisfaction scores was (92.97 ± 5.65), (92.93 ± 4.38), (94.20 ± 2.95), (93.60 ± 3.97) in the experimental group respectively, while in the control group was(87.93 ± 4.62),(87.55 ± 7.54),(89.67 ± 6.21),(89.50 ± 5.80)respectively. All the four evaluation indexes of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(t=-3.78,-3.38,-3.61,-3.20), P﹤0.05. Conclusions Applying high quality nursing care principle in the nursing education allows students to adapt to the modern nursing pattern more quickly, and to establish foundations leading to their future professions.

The present study was undertaken to observe the effect of picrotoxin(PT) injection into lateral ventricle (LV) on cardiac contractility (CC) and renal nerve discharge (RND).lt was found that PT injection into LV caused CC and RND to increase significantly, and this effect was dose-dependent.The effect of baroreflex on cardiovascular response produced by PT injection was also observed. Data suggested that PT injection into LV still caused CC and RND to increase when the buffer nerve was sectioned. The magnitude of increase was significantly larger than that of the intact buffer nerve. The results indicate that in the CNS, the block of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) transmitter system not only could cause blood pressure and heart rate to increase, but also strengthen CC and RND; baroreflex could partly suppress cardiovascular response caused by PT injection.

To evaluate the role of the vagal afferents in the generation and formation of high frequency oscillation (HFO), effect of selective electrical stimulation of A?-? afferent fiber groups of the vagus nerve (0.4-0.5 V, 0.1ms, 5-160 Hz), applied at three respiratory phases: inspiratory phase (IS), expiratory phase (ES), and continuous phase throughout both IS and ES (CS), on the phrenic HFO was quantitatively assessed on ether-anesthetized, vagotomized, paralyzed and artificially ventilated rabbits. After calculation of the power spectrum of the efferent phrenic nerve activity, the mean square values (MSV), representing total amount of HFO-output, and the peak frequency of the HFO were estimated by means of curve-fitting method. Regardless of the mode of the stimulation, the MSV decreased in a stimulus-frequency dependent fashion. Objective To evaluate the expression of Yes-associated protein (YAP) in colorectal carcinoma and analyze its influence on tumor cell proliferation.Methods The expressions of YAP in 94paired colorectal carcinomas and pericancerous normal tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry method.The expressions of YAP in colorectal carcinoma cell line HCT116 were inhibited with a YAP-spe-cific siRNA.Cell proliferation was then determined by methyl thiazolyl diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay.Results The positive rate of YAP in colorectal carcinomas was significantly higher than that in pericancerous normal tissues [69.1％ (65/94) vs 22.3 ％ (21/94),P ＜ 0.001].The expression of YAP was associated with tumor Node Metastasis(TNM) stage and lymph node metastasis(P ＜0.05),but not associated with gender,age,tumor location and histological grade(P ＞0.05).After YAP-specific siR-NA was transfected into HCT116 using lipofectamine,the expression of YAP mRNA and protein in the experimental group were reduced by (78.2 ±2.1)％ and (81.7 ± 1.5)％,respectively,with a statistically significant difference (t =67.55,91.601,P ＜0.01).The growth of HCT116 was significantly inhibited and the reduced rate of cell proliferation was (28.1 ± 1.6) ％,(34.7 ± 2.4) ％ and (24.7 ± 1.2) ％ at the time point of 48 h,72 h and 96 h,respectively.Conclusions Expression of YAP was upregulated in colorectal carcinomas and downregulation of YAP expression could inhibit growth of colorectal carcinoma cells.YAP can be used as a new candidate target for diagnosis and treatment of a colorectal carcinoma.

Objective To study the mental status of dento-maxillofacial deformities patients for orthognathic-orthodontic treatment,assess the testing results,and provide reference for doctors and nurses to evaluate mental features of patients.Methods 79 patients from a three-level and first-class hospital in Shanghai were collected from February 2011 to January 2012,who were to undergo orthognathic-orthodontic treatment.All the subjects filled in MMPI questionnaire before the operation.Results Scores of F and Pa subscales in male were significantly lower than the national norm.Scores of K and Mf subscales in female were significantly higher than the national norm.Scores of L,F,Hs,D,Pd,Pa,Pt,Sc,Si subscales were significantly lower than the national norm.Scores of F,Pa,Sc,Ma subscales in male were significantly higher than female.Scores of Mf subscales in female were significantly higher than male.Conclusions The whole personality of dento-maxillofacial deformities patients are normal.However,individualized personality deviation and psychological problems exist,including personality characteristics among different genders.

Objective To investigate the significance of digital tomosynthesis (DTS) for suspicions lesions in the physical examination of the chest.Methods Totally 1 000 physical examinees were divided into two groups,with 500 younger ones in one group and the remained 500 ones in the other.The examinees underwent examination with digital X-ray radiography,and then the suspicious cases went through DTS examination to analyze the detection rate of pulmonary positive results.Results There were 110 suspected cases found by digital X-ray radiography,including 8 young ones and 102 old ones.The suspected cases went through DTS examination,and totally 92 nodules were found including 4 ones in the young persons and 88 ones in old persons.CT examination found 89 carcinomatous nodules in the 92 ones.Conclusion DTS examination can detect the lesion of the physical examinee,and lays a foundation for early diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To develop the software of Management Information System of Medical Materials.Methods Based on the platform of NET,three layers of C/S was applied in equipment & apparatus department for good operation platform,frequent data access and rapid response.Besides,the current HIS was utilized to protect the system to be extensible,easily-updated and easily-maintained.Results The application of Management Information System of Medical Materials could meet the requirement in scientific and standard supply,application and management of medical materials.The software was used in scores of hospitals with good effect.Conclusion Being able to organically integrate with other functional module,the software provides a powerful tool for the scientific management of hospital equipment.

Objective To study the changes in cortical activation of frontal lobes and temporal lobes between schizophrenic patients and comparison subjects during a verbal fluency task by using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Methods Thirteen schizophrenic patients and 8 volunteers were studied during a verbal fluency task performance. fMRI of frontal lobes and temporal lobes was conducted at a GE 1.5 T Signa Horizon LX scanner while the subjects performed the task. Stimulus sequences were divided into six 30-second segments by using a task-activation paradigm that alternated between resting and stimulated states. Results Schizophrenic subjects demonstrated significantly less left frontal activation than comparison subjects during a word fluency task, and comparison subjects showed evidently more activation in left frontal lobes than in the right (P0.05). Conclusion These preliminary data suggest that fMRI has the sensitivity to detect the differences in activation between comparison subjects and schizophrenic patients during higher cortical functions.

Objective To explore clinical effect of metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos on the elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia treatment.Methods In August 2013 to April 2016, 102 cases of elderly patients in our hospital heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia were selected as research object, according to touch the ball method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 51 cases, control group was given bisoprolol fumarate pesos, on this basis, the experimental group was combined use of metacentric particles.Two groups of clinical curative effect were compared .Results The experimental group and control group rate of sinus heart rate to maintain statistical comparison of the experimental group was higher than control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05 ) , the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the control group and experimental group heart rate compared before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference, but after treatment, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the differe nce was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos for elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia in clinical curative effect is distinct, high safety.
