ObjectiveTo evaluate the correlation between ultrasound detected fetal heart abnormality and chromosomal abnormality.Methods The data of 3307 cases of prenatal fetal echocardiography and karyotype analysis results were retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between heart abnormality and chromsomal abnormality was analyzed.ResultsIn 3307 cases d pregnant women,194cases (5.87％) were found signs of fetal heart abnormality,and 3113 cases (94.13％) were not found any sign of fetal heart abnormality.And 124 cases(3.75％) were found chromosomal abnormality.The rate of chromosomal abnormality in fetus with heart abnormality was higher than that in fetus without heart abnormality[ 19.59％ (38/194) vs.2.76％ ( 86/3113 ),P ＜ 0.01 ],the relative risk ratio was 7.0903.One hundred and twenty-four cases of chromosomal abnormality in the 18-three-body(42 cases) and 21-three-body(36 cases) were the most common.ConclusionsFetal heart abnormality incidence of chromosomal abnormality is high relatively.When the signs of heart abnormality are found,it is suggested that the fetus should examine karyotype analysis.

Objective To analyse the clinical and pathological features of cystadenocarcinoma in the intrahepatic biliary tract. Methods The clinical features of 14 patients with cystadenocarcinoma in intrahepatic biliary tract were analysed in respect to the results of ultrasonic and CT scannings, as well as pathological examination. Results Among the 14 patients, 11 were females and 3 were males. The age of the patients ranged from 32 to 79 years, and mean age was 59.5. The obvious symptoms were right-upper abdominal pain and abdominal distention, and major physical signs were hepatomegaly with cystic feeling. The ultra sonographic and CT scanning revealed cystic space occupying lesions in the liver. According to the invasion or infiltration of carcinoma to the liver tissue, the pathology of cystadenocarcinoma in intrahepatic biliary tract could be categorized into two types: the invading and non-invading. There were 8 patients belonging to the first type and they died 9～37 months after the diagnosis or operation, while 6 patients with no invasion were alive after operation. Conclusion The clinical picture and pathology of cystadenocarcinoma in intrahepatic biliary tract were described. The pathological classification was important in prognosticating the outcome of the patient.

Objective To evaluate the applicated value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis for neck lymph node metastatic tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis of 53 cases with metastatic tumors in cervical lymph nodes of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography features was taken out.Results The color Doppler ultrasound on cervical lymph node metastasis tumor location,shape,size and internal structural characteristics were observed,it is found that the characteristic change,provide reliable evidence for the clinical diagnosis.Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound to cervical lymph node metastatic tumor has a high diagnostic value,can be used as the cervical lymph node metastatic tumor imaging examination of choice.

Objective To establish an in vitro skin sensitization test,human cell line activation test (h-CLAT),based on THP-1 cell line (a human acute monocytic leukemia cell line),and to assess the sensitizing potency of plant raw materials of chemical and cosmetic products by this in vitro skin sensitization test.Method THP-1 cells were cultured in vitro and exposed to 11 reference skin sensitization chemicals and 9 samples,by monitoring the cell viability,cell surface marker CD54 /CD86 and relative fluorescence intensity of cells surface after the cells was exposures to the substances,and to discover whether there is a positive reaction.At the same time,Buehler test was used to validate the results of samples tested by h-CLAT.Results 11 reference chemicals were distinguished correctly by h-CLAT.Among the 9 samples tested,7 samples were recognized as negative sensitizer and 2 plant extracted substances were identified as suspicious skin sensitizer.The qualitative classification of the 9 samples by h-CLAT test was consistent with the results obtained by animal test.Conclusions The h-CLAT-in vitro test can be used to replace some animal tests for the prediction of soluble skin sensitizing substances.

Objective To investigate the changes of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and cell apoptosis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the influence of brain-derived neutrophic factor(BDNF) on these parameters in rats.Methods Eighty-four male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into two groups:BDNF (n =42) and control (n =42) groups.The BDNF group was induced using the improved Zea-longa method and were received abdominal injections of BDNF (0.5 μg/μl) immediately after injury.The control group was received abdominal injections with the same dose sodium chloride injection immediately after injury and repeated one time everyday until the rats was killed.Each group was divided into seven subgroups by sacrificed time after injury,including subgroups 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,3 d,and 7 d; each subgroup got 6 rats.Each subgroup were randomly selected three rats after being killed.The expressions of NF-κB and TNF-α of rats contusion peri tissues brain tissue were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TUNEL) method was used to observe the peri cell apoptosis after brain contusion.Results The expressions of NF-κB and TNF-α in BDNF group was significantly decreased relative to the control group (P ＜ 0.05),with a significant positive correlation between two parameters in two groups (P ＜ 0.001).The number of apoptotic cells was significantly decreased in the BDNF group relative to control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Brain-derived neutrophic factor probably relieves inflammation response,reduces the change of secondary brain injury after traumatic brain injury,and decreases neural cell apoptosis,and finally provides protection of neurocytes.

Objective To evaluate the value of virtual touch tissue imaging quantification (VTIQ),which was combined with ultrasound Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS),for differentiating benign from malignant breast lesions.Methods Totally 190 patients with 214 breast lesions were enrolled in this study.All lesions were classified according to the BI-RADS for sonography.The maximum,minimum and mean shear wave velocity (SWV) values on VTIQ in the lesions were obtained.The SWV between benign and malignant lesions were analyzed.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves were plotted to determine the cut off value of VTIQ for differential diagnosis of breast lesions. Results Pathology confirmed 166 benign lesions and 48 malignant lesions.The SWVmax,SWVmin,SWVmean of malignant lesions were significantly higher than those of benign lesions (all P<0.001).The SWVmean 3.67 m/s as the best value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combination of the SWVmean and BI-RADS classification standard in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions were 77.6%,97.5%,92.7%,91.3%,respectively.Conclusions The combination of VTIQ and ultrasonic BI-RADS can improve the ability of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.

Objective To establish a detection method integrating DPRA ( direct peptide reactivity assay) with h?CLAT ( human cell line activation test) to screen the skin sensitization potency of chemicals and plant extracts. Methods 12 chemicals and 7 plant extracts were chosen as the test substances. Firstly, the test substances were incubated together with two different peptides ( cysteine and lysine) respectively for reaction for 24 h. The peptide consumptions were analyzed by HPLC. Simultaneously, THP?1 cells were cultured in vitro and then exposed to different concentrations of test sub?stances for 24 h to examine the cell viability, cell surface markers CD54 and CD86 were assessed by flow cytometry. The predicting results were compared further between DPRA and h?CLAT. Results 12 chemicals were distinguished correctly by DPRA classified as 2 non?sensitizers and 10 sensitizers. The results of DPRA were in accordance with h?CLAT. Predic?ting the sensitization potency of plant extracts by DPRA showed that 6 plant extracts were determined as suspected sensiti?zers except for green tea extract. But using the method of h?CLAT, 4 plant extracts were examined as suspected sensitizers except for green tea extract, herba portulacae extract and ginseng fruit extract. The coherence of DPRA and h?CLAT was 0?57. Conclusion This detection method integrating DPRA with h?CLAT can predict single compound accurately. As for complex compound, it can achieve preliminary prediction and need other integrating methods to make a further identifica?tion.

AIM: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Compound Danguifukang Capsule. METHODS: Analytic column: Reliasil C18(5μm, 250mm×4.6mm), protective column: (5μm, 12.50mm×4.6mm); mobile phase: methnaol-ultrapure water (80: 20); detective wavelength was at 270a good linearity within the range of 1×10-2-0.16μg, r=0.9995. The average recovery was 99.73% and RSD was 2.91%. CONCLUSION: The method is feasible, and simple to operate and suitable for the quality control of Compound Dangguifukang Capsule.

Background and purpose:Stromal tumor is one of the common gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors. There is certain understanding about the typical cases. However, the diagnosis of those occurring in rare location or with rare imaging findings is often difficult. This research summarized this kind of cases,in order to increase the radiological knowledge of the disease.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed clinical, radiological and pathological data from 550 patients who had stromal tumor conifrmed by pathology in our hospital. Those with incomplete data were eliminated. Forty-nine patients were selected for further study according to the typical imaging findings.Results:Among these 49 patients, 9 were pathologically confirmed to have extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor, while 40 patients had gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Among the patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor, 22 were found in rare locations, 12 in retroperitoneal space, 3 in omentum majus and mesenterium, 5 in esophagus, and 2 in prostate. Obvious cystic degeneration was found in 16 patients. Bulky calciifcation, such as lfake or annulus, was found in 7 patients. The analysis result of risk-stratiifcation showed 19 patients were conifrmed as high-grade among the patients with tumors found in rare locations, 15 as high grade among those with obvious cystic degeneration, and 7 as high-grade among those with extra-gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Conclusion:Rare stromal tumor often occurs in the locations, such as retroperitoneal space, omentum majus and mesenterium. Obvious cystic degeneration and bulky calciifcation can be seen. The risk-stratiifcation of these patients often showed high-grade. Comprehensively analyzing its clinical features and imaging ifndings can help improve the diagnostic accuracy.
