The distribution of TrkA and the postnatal development(PD) of TrkA and ChAT-immunoreactive(-IR) neurons andthe relation between them in the basal nucleus of Meynert of rats were studied with immunohistochemical method. The number,mean profile areas and grey degree of TrkA-IR and ChAT-IR neurons were examined with image analyser. The data revealed thatTrkA-IR neurons were localized in the basal forebrain of rats. TrkA immunostaining was present at PDI, but ChAT was not.ChAT immunostaining was present at PD5. Most densely stained TrkA and ChAT neuronal bodies and fibers were present atPD20, the mean grey degrees of TrkA-IR and ChAT-IR neuronal profiles reached its peak. Both TrkA and ChAT neurons beganto cline at PD30 and maintained a relatively higher level in the adult. However, during aging both TrkA and ChAT-IR neuronsatrophy and became smaller than that in the adult. The number of TrkA-IR and ChAT-IR neurons were decreased by 41.38% and 51.61%; the mean profile areas decreased by 15.7% and 12.8%; and the mean grey degrees by 29.9% and 9.9%, respec-tively. The mean profile areas of TrkA-IR and ChAT-IR neurons from PD5 to aged rats were positively correlated. The resultsindicated that the expression of TrkA was earlier than ChAT. The expression of TrkA and ChAT followed a very similar tempo-ral pattern in the basal nucleus of Meynert from PD5 to aged rats, suggesting that TrkA might participate the regulation ofChAT-IR neuronal development, differentiation, maturation, and ageing. The down-regulation of TrkA and ChAT of aged ratsis associated with neuronal atrophy and loss and may contribute to the pronounced vulnerability of these neurons to degenerationin aging animals and Alzheimer's disease.

Objective To detect the expression of integrin ?5?1 in restenosed human vein grafts.Methods The expression of integrin ?5?1 and ?-smooth muscle actin(?-SMA) in 30 resected restenosed human vein grafts(from Kerfuff clinical hospital of Germany) was detected by confocal immunofluorescence with specific antibodies against ?5?1 and ?-SMA.Images were processed with Silicon Graphics Octane.Results In normal veins,integrin ?5?1 expression was very weak in media smooth muscle cells and in endothelium,and ?-SMA expression was present in media smooth muscle cells.In the restenosed vein grafts,integrin ?5?1 was strongly stained in the media smooth muscle cells and intimal endothelial cells,and moderately in the intimal smooth muscle cells,?-SMA was present in media smooth muscle cells and in the intimal smooth muscle cells.Conclusion Our research reveals that integrin ?5?1 is significantly upregulated in the media smooth muscle cells and intimal endothelial cells in the restenosed human vein grafts,suggesting the participation of integrin ?5?1 in the restenosis formation of human vein grafts.

Objective To compare levels of glycosylated hemoglobin detected by 3 kinds of analytic instruments .Methods 75 samples were measured by D-10 glycosylated hemoglobin automatic analyzer(ionexchange chromatography) ,HA-8160 glycosylated hemoglobin automatic analyzer(affinity chromatography) and 7170A automatic analyzer(immune turbidimetry) .Results were tested by the homogeneity of variance ,the one-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis .Results There was a positive correlation between D-10 glycosylated hemoglobin automatic analyzer and HA-8160 glycosylated hemoglobin automatic analyzer(r2 =0 .996) , the linear equation was Y=0 .953X+0 .519 .There was a positive correlation between D-10 glycosylated hemoglobin automatic ana-lyzer and 7170A automatic analyzer(r2 =0 .996) ,the linear equation was Y=0 .925X+0 .576 .There was a positive correlation be-tween HA-8160 glycosylated hemoglobin automatic analyzer and 7170A automatic analyzer(r2 =0 .998) ,the linear equation was Y=0 .969 X+0 .081 .Conclusion In the premise of quality control in laboratory ,three different instrument can use to detect the level of glycosylated hemoglobin .

Objective To investigate the effects of microRNA (miR)106a on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells in vitro.Methods 8505C and CGTH-W3 cell lines were used in the study.Overexpression and inhibition of miR106a were achieved by transfection of lentiviral vectors.The changes of gene expression were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blot analysis.Cell viability and apoptosis were evaluated by MTT assay and flow cytometry analysis, respectively.The caspase-9 activities in parental CGTH-W3 and 8505C cells and transfected sublines were measured.Wound healing and Transwell invasion assays were performed to determine cell migration and invasion.Two-sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data.Results The level of miR106a in 8505C was up-regulated when compared to that in CGTH-W3 cells (t=10.28, P<0.01).Scrambled control and miR106a(-) were also successfully transfected into cells.Inhibition of miR106a suppressed cell viability, migration and invasion while promoted apoptosis and caspase-9 activity of 8505C cells, with significant differences among 8505C, 8505C-control, 8505C-miR106a(-) cells (F=147.0, 19.2, 100.3, 537.8, 804.3;all P<0.01).Overexpression of miR106a promoted cell viability, migration and invasion while inhibited apoptosis and caspase-9 activity of CGTH-W3 cells, with significant differences among CGTH-W3, CGTH-W3-control, CGTH-W3-miR106a(+) cells(F=9.2, 13.3, 622.8, 12.3, 19.6, all P<0.01).In addition, miR106a may up-regulate the expression of MEKK2 and p-ERK1/2.Conclusion Acting as an onco-miR, miR106a might promote the proliferation, migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells and inhibit their apoptosis in vitro.

Objective To explore clinical effect of metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos on the elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia treatment.Methods In August 2013 to April 2016, 102 cases of elderly patients in our hospital heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia were selected as research object, according to touch the ball method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 51 cases, control group was given bisoprolol fumarate pesos, on this basis, the experimental group was combined use of metacentric particles.Two groups of clinical curative effect were compared .Results The experimental group and control group rate of sinus heart rate to maintain statistical comparison of the experimental group was higher than control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05 ) , the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the control group and experimental group heart rate compared before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference, but after treatment, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the differe nce was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos for elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia in clinical curative effect is distinct, high safety.

DTC is the most common endocrine carcinoma and its routine treatment consists of total thyroidectomy and 131I thyroid remnant ablation.Currently,standard follow-up for DTC comprises Tg measurement and neck ultrasound as well as an additional radioiodine scan when indicated.As thyroid cells are assumed to be the only source of Tg in serum,circulating Tg serves as an excellent marker of persistent or recurrent disease in DTC follow-up.With the development of highly sensitive Tg assays,now it is possible to detect very low Tg concentrations which reflect minimal amounts of thyroid tissue without the need for TSH stimulation.This review is to introduce clinical implications of highly sensitive Tg assays.

Both TrkA and ChAT began to decline at PD30 and maintain a relatively higher level in the adult. However, during aging both TrkA and ChAT\|ir neurons atrophied and became smaller than that of adult. The number of TrkA and ChAT\|ir neurons decreased 39 8% and 33 3%;the mean areas 15 7% and 12 8%; the mean grey degree values were 29 9% and 9 9%, respectively. The mean areas, grey degrees and numbers of TrkA and ChAT\|ir neurons from PD5 to aged rats had positive correlation. Conclusion The results indicate that the expression of TrkA was earlier than ChAT. The expression of TrkA and ChAT followed a very similar temporal pattern in HDB from PD5 to aged rats, suggesting that TrkA may participate in the regulation of ChAT\|ir neuronal development, differentiation, maturation and aging. Objective To assess metabolic alterations in the human basal ganglia area during maturation and aging by using 2D chemical shift imaging (2D CSI) of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS). Methods Seventy healthy subjects were examined by 2D CSI. 2D CSI imaging acquisition was performed in the bilateral caudate, lentiform and thalamus. 1H-MRS was processed to determine the metabolite ratios, including NAA/Cho, NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr. Seventy healthy subjects were divided into 3 groups:20 to 39 years of age group, 40 to 59 years of age group and 60 to 87 years of age group. The three groups of healthy participants were compared. Results There was a significant decrease with aging in the NAA/Cho ratio in the bilateral lcntiform, thalamus and left caudate, and a significant decrease with aging in NAA/Cr ratio in the bilateral thalamus,right lentiform and left caudate (P<0.05), whereas the Cho/Cr ratio was significantly increased in the bilateral lentiform with aging(P<0.05). Conclusions The results of 1H-MRS show significant changes in the level of metabolites during the process of aging. This technique may play an important role in clinical studies and applications for various conditions of metabolic disorders of the human brain.

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of different detection methods for Mycobacterium tuberculosis in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:BALF from l00 patients in Changsha Central Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 was collected.Among 100 patients,65 cases were clinically diagnosed as tuberculosis,and 35 cases served as control.BALF smear method,polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and membrane reverse dot blot (RDB) were used for synchronous detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Results:The positive rates by BALF smear method,PCR and RDB were 43.08％,73.84％ and 92.31％,respectively (P＜0.05).Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and negative predictive value for BALF smear were 43.08％,88.57％,59.00％,and 45.59％,respectively;for PCR were 73.85％,100％,83.00％,and 67.31％,respectively;for RDB were 92.31％,100.00％,95.00％,and 87.50％,respectively.Conclusion:The technique of membrane RDB can not only accurately diagnose Mycobacterium tuberculosis,but also can rapidly and easily identify the resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to streptomycin (SM),rifampicin (RFP) and isoniazid (INH) genotypes.It possesses high clinical value.
