OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of main component in idrocilamide ointment. METHODS: The samples were separated on HP-ODS column with column temperature maintained at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (65∶35) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm and the injection volume was 20 ?L. RESULTS: The linear range of idrocilamide was 0.05~4 ?g?mL-1,the average recovery rate was 99.97% (RSD=0.80%). CONCLUSION: This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable for the determination of the content of main component in idrocilamide ointment.

Objective To investigate Lovastatin's effects on proliferation and adhesion of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Methods Culture medium with different concentration of Lovastatin(0.001、0.01、0.1、1.0、10μmol/L) was prepared, HUVECs was cultured in 96 well-plate with the different medium. AT the point of 24,72 and 120 h, the cell's activity and quantity was assessed by MTT. HUVECs was cultured with Lovastatin in 6 well-plate for 24 hours, then collected the cells by trypsin digestion. The cells were seeded in 24 well-plate with 2×104/ml and adhering for 30 mins. Then counting the adhered cells in different wells. Results At 24 h, Lovastatin (0.01、 0.1 μmol/L ) promoted proliferation of HUVECs ( P < 0.05 ); at 72 h, Lovastatin ( 1.0μmol/L) was positive accelerating cell growth(P< 0.05 ). While Lovastatin ( 10μmol/L) inhibited the proliferation significantly ( P <0.05 ) at 120 h. As HUVECs was cultured with Lovastatin for 24 hours, Lovastatin (0.1、1μmol/L) inhanced the adhesion capability of HUVECs significantly( P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Lovastatin had biphasic effects on proliferation and adhesion of HUVECs dependent on the concentration. Lovastatin (0.1、1.0 μmol/L) could promote the proliferation and adhesion, while at higher concentration ( 10.0μmol/L) it inhibits cell proliferation and adhesion.

Objective To study the feasibility of Brainlab plus 6-degree-of-freedom(6D) couch in the radiotherapy of head and neck by using their setup error. Methods Twenty-four patients with head and neck neoplasms in our hospital during AugustOctober 2016 were taken as the examples. After positioning by technician, each Brainlab was carried out,the setup errors in 3 translation directions of left-to-right(X),head-to-foot(Y) and abdomen to-back(Z) and 3 pivoting directions of Rx,Ry and Rz were obtained after registration of positioned CT image. After adjustment,Brainlab re-scanning was conducted for getting corrected errors. Results The online correction by Brainlab plus 6D obviously reduced the setup errors. The setup errors in all directions approached to 0,in which the difference between Ry and Rz directions had no statistical significance(P>0.05),while the difference among the X,Y,Z and RX directions was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online corrections of Brainlab combined with 6D considerably reduces the errors in translation and rotation directions in radiotherapy of head and neck neoplasms, thus reduces normal tissue received amount and increases the radiotherapeutic accuracy.

Objective: To study the effect of curcumin on cardiac remodeling and heart function change induced by adriamycin in rats. Methods: A total of 50 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n=10), adriamycin group (n=20) and curcumin intervention group (n=20). General conditions of rats, including weight, hair color, diet and activity capacity, were observed. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS) and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDd) were observed by echocardiography. Rat heart was weighed and levels of cardiac collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ were observed using immunohistochemistry method. Results: Compared with blank control group after experiment, there were significant increase in heart weight [(168.53±26)mg vs. (208.34±31)mg], heart weight/body weight [(0.36±0.06) vs. (0.52±0.08)], and significant decrease in body weight [(469.27±34)g vs. (428.47±45)g]; significant increase in LVEDd [(4.87±0.19)mm vs. (7.49±0.83)mm], significant decrease in LVEF [(69.53±6.25)% vs. (41.46±4.38)%] and LVFS [(45.83±3.79)% vs. (17.25±2.92)%] in adriamycin group, P<0.05 all, significant increase in expression rates of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ, P<0.01.Compared with adriamycin group, there were significant increase in body weight (452.46±38)g, significant decrease in heart weight (178.73±38)mg, heart weight/body weight (0.39±0.07); significant decrease in LVEDd (5.96±0.65)mm and significant increase in LVEF (53.12±5.43)% and LVFS (36.57±3.66)%, P <0.05 all; significant decrease in expression rates of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ in curcumin group, P <0.01. Conclusion: Curcumin can improve cardiac remodeling and heart function induced by adriamycin in rats.
