Objective To discuss the effect of the bedside shielding protection on the first and second operators against position radiation in percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods The surface entrance dosage rate for the first and second operators at 125 cm height with and without radiation protection shielding (provided separately) were measured. The t-test was used for statistical analysis of arithmetic mean values of dosage rates. And the effect of bedside shielding protection was calculated. Results The position radiation dosage rate at which the first operator exposed was significantly higher than that for the second in the case of no bedside protection (t =97.1-2 263.0,P < 0.05),whereas the dosage rate at which the first operator (except for the left foot position) exposed was significantly lower than that for the second in the case of no bedside protection (t =-80.9-275.1,P < 0.05).The shielding effect of bedside protection on the first and second operators was in the range of 92.26%-99.36% and 27.83%-97.90%,respectively.Conclusions The bedside protection may effectively reduce position radiation dose to patients and the use of bedside protection changed the trends in the dose distribution in operators' standing region.Attention should be focused on the radiation protection of the second operators in daily work by making full use of bedside protection.

Objective To determine the protective effects and potential mechanism of activating retinoid X receptor (RXR) on rat cardiomyocytes H9c2 against hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) induced oxidative injury. Methods The model of H-/R injury was established with hypoxia for 2 hours and reoxygenation for 4 hours in cardiomyocytes of H9c2,and 9-cis-retinoic acid (c-RA) was obtained as RXR agonist, and HX531 as RXR antagonist.Cultured cardiomyocytes were randomly (random number) divided into four groups:sham group,H/R group,H/R + c-RA-pretreated group (100 nmol/L c-RA) and H/R +c-RA + HX531-pretreated group (2.5 μmol/L HX531).We measured the cell viability by MTT (methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium),apoptosis rate of cardiomyocytes by using flow cytometry, and mitochondrial membrane potential by JC-1 fluorescent probe, protein levels of Bcl-2,Bax and cleaved Caspase-9 with Western blot. All measurement data were expressed as (-x ± s),and statistically analyzed using One-way ANOVA and Dunnett-t test.Differences were considered significant when P < 0.05.Results Pretreatment with RXR agonist enhanced cell viability, reduced apoptosis ratio, stabilized mitochondrial membrane potential.Dot blotting experiments demonstrated that under H/R stress conditions,Bcl-2 protein level decreased, while Bax and cleaved Caspase-9 increased. The c-RA administration prior to H/R stress prevented these effects, however, overall protective effects of activating RXR on rat cardiomyocytes against H/R induced oxidative injury were abolished when pretreated with RXR pan-antagonist HX531.Conclusions Activating RXR has the protective effects against H/R injury in rat cardiomyocytes H9c2 through attenuation of mitochondria apoptosis signaling pathway.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of intermittent change the angle of operating table on the skin in pressure areas of patients in prone position. Methods:A total of 150 hospitalized patients for elective surgical treatment in Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into control group, 15° test group and 30° test group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine intraoperative pressure ulcer prevention measures, the 15° test group on the control group, the itinerant nurses adjusted the angle of the operating table according to the left 15°-supine-right 15° every half hour, and the 30° test group on the control group, the itinerant nurses adjusted the angle of the operating table according to the left 30°-supine-right 30° every half hour. The incidence of surgically related pressure ulcers and doctors' satisfaction with the surgical position of the three groups of patients were evaluated. Results:Pressure ulcers occurred in 8 patients of the control group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was 16%. Pressure ulcer occurred in 0 patient of the 15° test group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was 0. Pressure ulcers occurred in 2 cases in the 30° test group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was 4%. The difference was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 10.120, P<0.05). Further comparison showed that the incidence of pressure ulcers was statistically significant between the control group and the 15° test group ( P<0.016 7), while the incidence of pressure ulcers was not statistically significant between the control group and the 30° test group, between the 15° test group and the 30° test group ( P>0.016 7). The results of the postoperative doctors' satisfaction with the surgical body position were (27.880 ± 1.637), (27.520 ± 1.693), (26.920 ± 1.947) points in the control group, the 15° test group and the 30° test group, there was a statistically significant difference among the three groups ( F value was 3.779, P<0.05). Further comparison showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the score of surgical position satisfaction between the control group and the 15° test group, between the 15° test group and the 30° test group ( P>0.05). The satisfaction score of surgeons in the control group was higher than that in the 30° test group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions:Intermittent adjustment of surgical position can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and improve the quality of nursing in the operating room without affecting the convenience of the surgeon. The optimal effect was achieved by adjusting the angle of the operating bed according to the left-leaning 15°-supine-right-leaning 15°at an interval of 30 minutes.

Aim To find out the relationship between muscarinic receptor and reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the probable differences between the four muscarinic receptor subtypes. Methods We transfected the plasmid encoding muscarinic receptor (including subtypes: M_1, M_2, M_3 and M_4) into PC12 cells. Then PC12 cells were exposed to hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2), carbachol and other inhibitors such as atropine, LY294002 and PD98059. Results The results showed that activation of muscarinic receptor by carbachol protected PC12-M_1, PC12-M_2,PC12-M_3 and PC12-M_4 cells from apoptosis induced by H_2O_2. There was no statistical difference in the protective effect between these four muscarinic receptor subtypes. By using the inhibitors, we found that atropine and LY294002 blocked the protective effect of activation of muscarinic receptor on apoptosis induced by H_2O_2. Conclusion Activation of muscarinic receptor retarded the apoptosis induced by H_2O_2. There was no difference between the four muscarinic receptor subtypes. The protective effect was mainly mediated by the activation of muscarinic receptor and phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K).

Objective To explore the value of miniprobe sonography (MPS) in differentiating Crohn??s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods 46 patients with active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) were included into the patient group (16 patients with CD and 30 cases with UC). 20 healthy cases ( underwent physical examination in outpatient department) were recruited as the control group. All cases underwent MPS and high sensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) test. The MPS measurement index include thetotalwallthickness(TWT), mucosal thickness (MT), submucosal thickness (SMT), muscularispropria thickness (MPT), and the number of enlarged colic and paracolic lymph nodes. Results TheTWT, M, SM, MP(mm)and Hs-CRP(mg/L)in CD, UC and control group are 5.84 ± 1.42, 1.48 ± 0.23, 1.88 ± 0.28, 2.31 ± 0.85, 40.58 ± 19.33, 4.74 ± 1.01, 1.79 ± 0.35, 1.41 ± 0.25, 1.32 ± 0.34, 22.41 ± 15.25,2.86 ± 0.23, 0.97 ± 0.13, 1.06 ± 0.11, 0.64 ± 0.0 and 1.70 ± 0.65. TWT, MT, SMT, MPT and Hs-CRP in UC group has significant different with those in controp group(P<0.05). The mean value of TWT, MT, SMT, MPT and Hs-CRP in CD group are higher than those in UC group. M in UC group is higher than that in CE group. The difference is significant(P<0.05). 5 cases in CD and 2 cases with UC had enlarged colic or paracolic lymph nodes. Conclusions The MPS can distinctly observe the changesof different colonic tissue layers and the surrounding tissue structures in IBD patients, which helps for distinguishing active CD from UC.
