OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the establishment of work mode of automatic dispensing system in large-scale integrated pharmacy. METHODS:Introducing the establishment and optimization situation of the automatic pharmacy dispensing system in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital, changes of related deployment indexes before and after optimization were compared, and the main measures for improving the work efficiency of automatic dispensing system were explored. RE-SULTS:Based on setting and regularly adjusting stored drug varieties, numbers of occupied tracks and unbundled drug factors,de-signing deployment operation mode that the system automatically dispensing preparations to immediate-dispensing and pre-dispens-ing windows, establishing operational specifications and management refinement, the outpatient pharmacy had established automat-ic dispensing system with prescription deployment number more than 12000 pieces/d and optimized work mode. Compared with be-fore optimization, host, auxiliary and smart cabinet varieties were increased in the case of the same number of total staff,immedi-ate-dispensing windows were increased and pre-dispensing windows were decreased. Proportion of full-automatically-dispensed pre-scriptions was increased (up from 41.18% to 48.32%) in the case of total prescription increasing in peak hours, and numbers of hourly prescription deployment were increased in both immediate-dispensing and pre-dispensing windows. Average time to wait for medicine of patients was shortened(down from 5.63 min to 5.18 min),supplemental medicine error and inner errors rate of deploy-ment (down from 0.48% to 0.44%) were decreased (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The established automatic dispensing system mode can meet the needs of prescription deployment in large-scale integrated outpatient pharmacy, and improve the work efficiency by continually optimization.

BACKGROUND:Previous studies have shown that basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) can enhance fat survival rate by promoting vessel regeneration of transplanted fat. However, there is no clear conclusion addressing its effects on adipocytes.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of bFGF on the proliferation and differentiation of human preadipocytes.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Cytological in vitro comparison observation was conducted at the Medical College of Chinese People's Armed Police Force from March 2006 to December 2007.MATERIALS:Totally 10 samples of adipose tissue from patients undergoing abdominal liposuction were used in this study, including 1 male and 9 females, aged 21-45 years.METHODS:The human preadipocytes were obtained from human abdominal fat particles by isolation, culture and natural purity. The experiment was divided into bFGF and control groups.Cells in the control group were incubated in DMEM.Cells in the bFGF group were incubated in DMEM supplemented with 100 ng/L bFGF.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Morphology of cultured cells was studied to determine the growth curve at 0,3,6,9,12,15 days following culture by inverted phase contrast microscope.Fat aggregation was observed in cells using oil red O staining.Absorbance value was examined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:The preadipocytes represented the spindle-like character with strong proliferation.During 1 to 15 days, the preadipocytes proliferated into monolayers. Some cells became single bubble cells with lipid droplets deposited, close to maturity. The cells in bFGF group had no significant differences with the control group in cell morphology, but the amount of cells in bFGF group was 44% more than the control group.Following oil red O staining, lipid droplet was found in the preadipocytes, showing dark red.Following 15 days of incubation, the concentration of lipid droplet reached a peak. The absorbanca of bFGF group was increased 300% compared with the control group (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:The bFGF not only promote the proliferation of human preadipocytes, but also induce the differentiation of preadipocytes into mature adipocytes.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(3):320-322
Matrix isopotential synchronous fluorescence spectrometric (MISF) method combined with derivative technique has been proposed to determine two spectrally-badly-overlapped anthracene derivatives, 1-chloroanthracene and 9-bromoanthracene,simultaneously. An optimal scanning route of MISF spectra was chosen. By using the novel method, 1-chloroanthracene and 9-bromoanthracene have been determined directly and simultaneously without tedious pre-separation in its mixture. The recoveries of 1-chloroanthracene and 9-bromoanthracene for the analysis are 83.5%~94% and 90.0%~94.0% respectively and their limits of detection are 0.69μg/L and 10μg/L respectively.
