Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):180-181
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of amiodarone and QT dispersion. Methods The serum concentration of Am and DEA were determined by HPLC during the treatment in forty Patients to study the relationship between the serum concentration and QTd.Results After using amiodarone,QT interval was significantly increased[(383±31)ms vs(418±29)ms,P<0.05].In the same time QTd was significantly decreased[(34±12)ms vs(21±9)ms,P<0.05].With maintaining dosage, the serum concentration of DEA had positive relationship with the increment of QT(r=0.50,P<0.05).While with loading dosage, the serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationship with it.The serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationshiP with the decrement of QTd in all patients. And it varied in a large range.Between the groups of different therapeutic effect, the serum concentration had no statistical difference. Two patients appeared the adverse effects.Their serum concentration of amiodarone weren't higher than the average concentration of the group. Conclusion The serum concentration of amiodarone couldn't be an index tO estimate the effect and the occurrence of adverse effects.
2.Vascular behavior characteristics in degenerative retinopathy and its influence factors
Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(3):282-285
Vascular morphology and function changes exist in degenerative retinopathy, which have an important influence on the development and prognosis of the disease. The literature has been reported that retinal vascular structure and function change can be found early by using the retinal oximeter, color Doppler flow imaging, ocular pulse amplitude and so on,as well as exploring the primary and secondary factors affecting the development of retinal blood vessels. This article reviews the vascular behavior characteristics in degenerative retinopathy and their influence factors.
3.Preparation and Properties of Mesalazine Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complexes
China Pharmacist 2016;19(9):1679-1681,1682
Objective:To prepare mesalazine hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin ( MSZ-HP-β-CD) inclusion complexes and observe the properties. Methods:The inclusion complexes were prepared by a stirring method and the content of MSZ was determined by HPLC. The preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the inclusion rate and the yield of inclusion complexes as the indices. The inclusion complexes were identified respectively by ultraviolet ( UV) spectrometry, X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and solubility. The dissolution rate was investigated. Results: Using the stirring method, the optimum preparation process was as follows: the inclusion temperature was 35 ℃, the ratio of MSZ to HP-β-CD was 1∶ 4 ( mg/g) , and the inclusion time was 3 h. The average inclusion rate of the complexes was 96. 28%, and the yield was 97. 87%. The identification results showed that the freeze-dried powder was inclusion complexes. Compared with that of MSZ, the dissolution of MSZ- HP-β-CD inclusion complexes was notably enhanced. Conclusion:The prepared MSZ-HP-β-CD with optimized technology has good reproducibility and stable technology, which can obviously improve the dissolution of MSZ.
4.Development in the study of the correlation between stearoyl-coenzyme A desaturase 1 and cancer progression
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(17):1131-1134
The curative effect of chemotherapy in malignant tumors has been unsatisfactory because of drug resistance and the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs. Extensive studies on the metabolism of tumor cells have been undertaken to determine a novel se-lective antitumor drug. An increasing number of studies have demonstrated the close relation between the malignant behavior of tumor tissues and their specialized energy metabolism. Hyper-lipogenesis is one of the metabolic characteristics of the rapid proliferation of tu-mor cells. Stearoyl-coenzyme A desaturase 1 (SCD1) is a critical enzyme in fatty acid synthesis because it catalyzes the conversion of saturated fatty acids into monounsaturated fatty acids. This enzyme is closely related to obesity, fatty liver disease, insulin resistance, and a series of metabolic syndromes. It is also involved in the occurrence and progression of cancer. Determining the function of SCD1 in malignant tumors would provide a new therapeutic target in chemotherapy.

7.ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY ON POORLY DIFFERENTIATED CARCINOMA OF THE LUNG
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Thirty-five cases of poorly differentiated carcinoma, of the lung were examined under electron microscopy and the results were compared with that of light microscopy. The results of histological typing coincided only in ten cases. Among twenty cases of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by light microscopy, 60% were adenosquamous carcinoma, 20% poorly differentiated adenocar-cinoma, 10% small cell carcinoma and only 10% poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma as they were scrutinized under electron microscopy. Among 5 cases of small cell carcinoma diagnosed light microscopically, 2 cases were carcinoid, one case poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, one case smalt cell carcinoma, and one case lympnoma diagnosed electron microscopically. Among 4 cases of carcinoid diagnosed electron microscopically, 2 cases were small cell carcinoma, one case large cell carcinoma,, and only one case of carcinoid diagnosed light microscopically. The results showed that 40% of all cases were adenosquamous carcinoma as shown by electron microscopy. For purpose of providing more-accurate histological types to the clinician, it is necessary and possible to study electron microscopically the poorly differentiated carcinoma of the lung.
8.DISTRIBUTION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF S-100 PROTEIN IN MALIGNANT MESOTHE-LIOMAS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Immunohistological methods were used to investigate the presence of s-100 protein in 16 cases of malignant mesothelioma (MM) and 20 metastatic gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma of peritoneum. Positive staining for s-100 protein was observed in 14 of 16 MM, while it was negative in all metastatic gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma of peritoneum. Since antibodies to s-100 protein are readily available as standardised commercial products, the combined immunolocalisalion of s-100 protein should prove to be an efficient routine means of differentiating MM from difficult cases of metastatic gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma of peritoneum, in both necropsy and surgical cases.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Carbohydrate residues marked by five biotinylatedlectins (Con A, DBA, PHA, PNA, WGA) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia adjacent to early gastric carcinoma (EGC) were studied immunohistochemically using ABC technique. The results were as following. The distribution of carbohydrate residues in intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia was different from normal gastric mucosa. The ratio of positivity for DBA and CEA was significantly higher in mucosa adjacent to gastric carcinoma than that in intestinal metaplasia in chronic gastritis and gastric resection margins. The new classification of intestinal metaplasia based on lectin binding demonstrated that the metaplasia was predominantly metaplasia of colonic (ConA + PNA-) and mixed types (ConA +PNA + ) in Carcinoma free gastric mucosa of either intestinal or diffuse carcionma. Some of the diffuse gastric carcinomas may originate from the intestinal meiaplasia.
