TCM treatment for cancer ous fever puts more emphasis on syndrome differentiation and treatment. This article recognized that the treatment for cancerous fever needs not only syndrome differentiation and treatment, but also the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation by reviewing the treatment of a case of cancerous fever. Combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation will obtain good efficacy.

Objective To investigate the irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of congestive heart failure and effects on serum Brainnatriuretic peptide.Methods 187 patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF),were randomly divided into the observation group 94 cases,93 cases of the control group.The control group was given the strong heart,diuresis therapy.The treatment group on the basis of combined with irbesartan,metoprolol.The content of BNP was detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group total efficiency is higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group and the control group of BNP were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before and after treatment with BNP reduced value comparison between groups,the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The patients with CHF on the basis of routine treatment,combined with irbesartan and metoprolol,can effectively improve the curative effect,decrease the serum level of BNP,improve heart function.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of amiodarone and QT dispersion.Methods The serum concentration of Am and DEA were determined by HPLC during the treatment in forty Patients to study the relationship between the serum concentration and QTd.Results After using amiodarone,QT interval was significantly increased[(383±31)ms vs(418±29)ms,P＜0.05].In the same time QTd was significantly decreased[(34±12)ms vs(21±9)ms,P＜0.05].With maintaining dosage,the serum concentration of DEA had positive relationship with the increment of QT(r=0.50,P＜0.05).While with loading dosage,the serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationship with it.The serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationshiP with the decrement of QTd in all patients.And it varied in a large range.Between the groups of different therapeutic effect,the serum concentration had no statistical difference.Two patients appeared the adverse effects.Their serum concentration of amiodarone weren't higher than the average concentration of the group.Conclusion The serum concentration of amiodarone couldn't be an index tO estimate the effect and the occurrence of adverse effects.

Objective To discuss the significance of stress roentgenogram on diagnosis of chronic instability of lateral ankle and. bring forward the radiology diagnosis criteria. Methods 40 patients with chronic instability of lateral ankle and 40 normal people were randomly selected. Bilateral ankles of each subject had two basic roentgenographic measurements named inversion stress anteroposterior roentgenogram and anterior drawer stress radiograph. The talar tilt angel and anterior translation of talus were measured. Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short-term and high-intensity training on the biomechanics characteristic of guinea pig's Achilles tendon, and thus to propose a new training mode for quickly enhancing the ability of withstand stress and anti-injury. Method Guinea pigs were assigned to different groups according to the training intensity they would undergo, i.e. high intensity group, medium intensity training for 8-weeks group and control group. The bilateral Achilles tendons were excised after different strength training. The variety of biomechanics characteristic of different intensity and different period were observed and compared respectively. Result Compared with the control group (8.19?0.60, 30.54?5.71), both the high intensity group (group C, 11.51?2.49,35.64?5.28, group D, 14.92?2.75, 44.29?4.09) and the medium intensity group (12.37?2.15, 36.36?4.94) show significant differences (P

Objective To assess the serum CA125 in literatures of ovarian neoplasms based on evidence-based medicine.Methods The relating reports published in the years of 1996—2003 were collected and evaluated according to the evidence-based medicine principles. Main outcomes include design methods,sample screening,establishment of control group,blind method,criteria of diagnostic trials.Results In the reports collected, gold standard was adopted in 62 reports and independent blind method was adopted in 23 reports, criteria of diagnostic trials such as sensitivity, specificity and likelihood ratio were incomplete and there was no descriptions okf potential bias controlling. As for the literatures sharing the same method ,their conclusion did not totally accord with each other.Conclusion There is no evidence to implicate that serum CA125 was considered an independent predictor of the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

Objective To evaluate the application of DNA image cytometry in screening cervical intraepithe-lial neoplasia and cervical cancer.Methods 80 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted during No-vember 2012 and November 2014 were involved in this study.The samples from all the patients were taken by cervix brushes and prepared for 2 slides:one for liquid-based cytology staining, read by cytologist, and the other for Thi-onin-Feulgen staining, tested by DNA image cytometry.The biopsy was performed with direction of colposcopy if one test was positive to verify the sensitivity and specificity of the two methods of staining.Results 70 cases were positive by DNA image cytometry and 27 ones were positive by liquid-based cytology.There was statistically signifi-cant difference in the sensitivity between the DNA image cytometry and the liquid -based cytology ( 94.8% vs. 38.8%;p<0.05), but no difference in the specificity between them (99.6%vs.99.8%).Conclusion Besides its good specificity, DNA image cytometry is more sensitive in screening cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of transfecting gene into HepG2 by therapeutic ultrasound combined with microbubble,and to explore the optimal ultrasonic parameters for high transfection efficiency.Methods HepG2 cells were cross-interval planted in 24-well plates.EGFP plasmid DNA and microbubbles were added to the cultured HepG2 and three parameters of the therapeutic ultrasound were optimized.Firstly,set ultrasonic intensity gradient (group A,from A1 to A5),which were 0.4 W/cm,0.8 W/cm2,1.2 W/cm2,1.6 W/cm2 and 2.0 W/cm2 respectively.Secondly,set the duty cycle gradient group (group B,from B1 to B3),which were 10％,20％ and 50％ respectively.Lastly,set the exposure time group(group C,from C1 to C3),which were 30 s,90 s and 180 s.After 24 hours,the expression of GFP was observed by fluorescence microscopy,the transfection rates was detected by flow cytometry,the cell death were assessed by trypan blue exclusion.Results The plasmid transfection efficiency was varied under different ultrasonic parameters.Within a certain range,the increasing of parameters can improve the transfection efficiency,but when the parameters were too large (eg.the intensity＞1.6 W/cm2 or 50％ duty cycle),the actual transfection efficiency decreased due to the increased cell death.When the ultrasonic intensity was 1.2 W/cm2,the transfection efficiency and mortality were better than the other subgroups of group A.When the duty cycle was 20％,the transfection efficiency and mortality rate were better than the other subgroups of group B.Continue to increase the exposure time over 90 s was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05) for transfection efficiency and cell mortality.Conclusions The ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction is an efficient method for gene delivery in vitro.The transfection efficiency vary greatly under different parameters,so optimization parameters is conducive to the promotion of gene transfection.

Objective To compare bolus infusion and replenishment using real low mechanical index contrast enhanced ultrasound in assessing the change of renal cortical perfusion.Methods Using dopamine (i.v.) at the dose of 0.5,2.0,5.0μg · kg- 1 · min- 1 to change renal blood perfusion of 20 rabbits,then during bolus or contant injection of SonoVue,at coded pulse inversion mode,real-time contrast ultrasound was performed,the latter method needed destroying microbubble at a high MI when amplitude reach a steady state,then recording the replenishment,peak intensity(A) and time to peak (PPT) were obtained through raw time-intensity curve,and slope rate of TIC(k) was acquired by curve fitting,standard effective renal plasma flow(ERPF) was measured through 4-aminohippuric acid clearancerate method,meanwhile correlations between ERPF and parameters were analyzed,as well as the paired samples t test for each parameter before and after dopamine administration.Results The ascending branchs of raw TIC of bolus infusion increased sharply and were approximately straight,then descended gradually,while that of replenishment looked like two straightlines with different slopes,then stayed horizontal Both the value of A of two methods were positively correlated with ERPF ( r b =0.85,r re =0.66),and were different at the same ERPF,meanwhile the value of TTP were negatively correlated with ERPF( r b =-0.92,r re =- 0.76),and there were no statistically difference between the two methods.k from Gamma fitting was far from correct,while k from exponential fitting was apparently correlated with ERPF ( r re =0.77 ).Conclusions Both bolus injection and constant injection-replenishment method can assess renal cortical blood perfusion,TIC parameters A and TTP represent regional blood volume fraction and microbubble velocity respectively.Bolus-infusion with real low mechanical index is more precise and available.Comparing with k,TTP is more appropriate to reflect perfusion velocity.
