3.Nursing of one case undergoing allogeneic small bowel transplantation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(30):74-75
Objective To summarize the main nursing point and experience of allogeneic small bowel transplantation. Methods One case underwent allogeneic small bowel transplantation in our hospital on the first of December 2010,the nursing measures were summarized. Results The patient passed the operation well-off,and survived the infection phase and repulsion phase in the transplantation ward. Conclusions Valid preoperative evaluation, taking active measures to prevent intraoperative hypothermia and infection, using self-made vacuum pads to prevent pressure sores during operation, are the guarantees for successful operation.

Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2015;(6):979-985
γ-Secretase is aⅠtransmembrane protease associated with Alzheimer disease(AD), and including four subunits:presenilin, presenilin enhancer-2,anterior-pharynx-defective1 and nicastrin. In recent studies, the ultra-high-resolution cryo-electron microscope has been used for the first time, revealing the humanγ-secretase″horseshoe″,the three-dimensional structure and the arrangement of the subunits. This technique has shed light on the regulation of the enzyme pathway and mechanism. In addition, the γ-secretase modulators, including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, have been shown in vitro to inhibit γ-secretase activity and selectively reduce the level of Aβ42 against AD. They have provided an effective approach, with broad prospects for development. Studies in this area have become a hot topic in recent years. Here we summarized the γ-secretase subunits regulatory pathways, humanγ-secretase fine three-dimensional structure andγ-secretase modulators .

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(12):1262-1264
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy for metastatic bone tumours. Methods Eighty patients with metastatic bone tumour by meta were randomly derided into two groups study group(n=40), and the eantrol group (n=40). The study group received 4 mg zoledronic acid infusion for 15 minutes combined with radiotherapy (DT 30Gy/10f/2w) ,control group was only treated with radiotherapy. The primary effective parameters were pain scores, quality of life, KPS scores and pain relief rates. The vital signs, bi-ochemical and hematological parameters were determined. Results The overall response rates of study group and control group were 97.5% and 72.5% ,respectively(P<0.05). The overall response rate of movement capacity im-provement was 87.5 % in the study group and 65.0% in the control group(P<0.05). There was statistical signifi-cance of QOL and KPS in two groups (P<0.01). An adverse event of mild systemic skeletal pain was recorded after pamidronate infusion and completely reversed after 8 hours. Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with radiothera-py is effective and safe for treating malignant tumour with mestastatic bone tumours. It is a better way to treat meta-static bone tumors at present.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(03):-
Objective The investitgation of vascularized periosteal flap with dorsal branch of anterior interossea vessel was performed to provide anatomical basis for periosteal flap transposition. Methods The courses, branches, distribution and anastomosis of the dorsal branch of anterior interossea vessel were observed on 30 sides of adult cadavers' upper extremities and stimulated operation were perfomed. Results The dorsal branch penetrate out of interosseous membrane of forearm at (6. 6? 1. 4) cm upper the styloid process of the radius. It also sent off branches to the dorsal of ulna and radius that consist the periosteal flap. The dorsal branch send off lateral and medial branch about (2. 6?0. 8) cm upper the styloid process of the radius. The end of the branch anastomoses with dorsal carpal branch of the ulnar and radial vessel' Conclusion The pedicled osteoperiosteal flap can be transferred for repairing the fracture nonunion of ulna and radius and transpose reversely to repair scaphoid and innate bone disease'

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
Modern management is in essence management of people and the idea and strategy of humanistic management infiltrate into various management activities of a hospital. Our hospital has attempted to enhance the ideological quality and vocational level of the nursing staff by the theory of humanistic management. As a result of such measures as stimulating the nursing staff's thirst for knowledge, enlarging the scope of rewards, increasing the work pressure of young nurses in a proper way, providing room for the free development of head nurses, implementing dynamic management, and adopting democratic management with a high degree of openness, the ideological quality of the nurses has been greatly enhanced. At the same time, measures have been taken to ensure from 3 links that their vocational level keeps improving as well.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of exogenous oxygen and superoxide dismutase (SOD) on acute spinal cord injury. Methods A rabbit model of L2 spinal cord injury was produced by Allen's method, and then the rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, the rabbits received exogenous oxygen, SOD or both 30 min after injury. 12h after injury, the amount of MDA and SOD of spinal tissues were determined, and pathological changes of spinal cord were observed at the fourth weeks after injury. Results Combinant administration of exogenous oxygen and SOD could inhibit MDA production and increase SOD activities, effect of which was stronger that single administration (P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1998;0(S1):-
Misoprostol, a prostaglandin E1 analogue, have variety clinical applications. In early 80's, misoprostol is currently licensed primarily to prevent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers. Further work shows the drugs have protection to hepatic and renal and prevention of inflammatory and allergic disorders. When combined with mifepristone, complete abortion rate is 95%. On the other hand, misoprostol is also an effective agent for cervical ripening and labor induction. It have no serious side effect, as a result, misoprostol is a drug of high effect and low toxicity, deserving popularization, but man and pregnant woman must prudent.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To probe the changes of nitric oxide (NO) content and caspase-3 mRNA expression in hippocampus and the correlation between NO and caspase-3 mRNA expression post-status epilepticus (SE). Methods The models of SE were induced by pilocarpine. The nitric oxide content was detected by chromatometry and caspase-3 mRNA expression was observed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. Results The level of NO increased rapidly at 6~72 h post-SE,and was still significantly higher than that of the controls (all (P)0.05).Conclusions The peak expression of nitric oxide is earlier than caspase-3 mRNA post-SE, although they have the similar diversity tendency. Nitric oxide pathway is definitely involved in the seizure initiation and correlated with caspase-3 activation.
