The purpose is to introduce the structure and principle of the high intensity focused ultrasound and to discuss its value and future development in tumor. The high intensity focused ultrasound uses the biological heat effect which focuses the high intensity ultrasound on the lesions to destroy them. It is non-invasive means to destroy the lesions, reduce the damage of the normal tissues greatly, improve the quality of life..With the development, application and popularization of the technology on high intensity focused ultrasound, it will serve the human health career better.

Radiation-induced cancer is the most severe remote effect caused by radiation in human.Radiation-induced cancer includes leukemia,multiple myeloma,thyroid carcinoma,lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,and colon cancer.As protein is the executor of life activities,more and more research has been transfered from genomics to proteomics with the coming of post-genome era,and proteomics has became one of the hot research areas in life science.Proteomics is to study all expressed proteins' function encoded by genome sequences,and it provides a good way to study the composition and variation features in different stages and treatment conditions of cancer from the whole level.Therefore,proteomics has been widespreadly applicated in many fields of cancer research such as finding tumor markers,discovering molecular mechnism,early diagnosis,therapeutic efficacy assessment,cancer prevention and prognosis,etc.This article reviews the recent application of proteomics in some kinds of radiation-induced cancer.

Objective To investigate the virologic responses to pegylated-interferon alfa-2a (PegIFNα-2a) plus ribavirin therapy for cryoglobulinemia positive chronic hepatitis C in patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 b.Methods Clinical data on 60 chronic hepatitis C patients with HCV genotype 1b were collected from Huzhou Central Hospital during January 2008 and December 2012.The patients were divided into cryoglobulinemia positive group (n =22) and cryoglobulinemia negative group (n =38),and both received 48-week PegIFNα-2a (180 μg) plus ribavirin treatments.For those who could not tolerate the treatment,PeglFNα-2a was reduced to 135 μg from 12th week.Rapid virologic response (RVR),end of treatment virologic response (ETVR) and sustained virologic response (SVR) in two groups were observed and compared using Chi-square test.Results RVR,ETVR and SVR in cryoglobulinemia positive group were 59.1％ (13/22),81.8％ (18/22) and 31.8％ (7/22),while those in cryoglobulinemia negative group were 55.3％ (21/38),76.3％ (29/38) and 60.5％ (23/38).There was significant difference in SVRs between two groups (x2 =4.674,P ＜ 0.05).For those completed full course of antiviral therapy with 180 μg PegIFNα-2a,the RVR and SVR in cryoglobulinemia negative group tended to be higher than those in cryoglobulinemia positive group,but the differences were not statistically significant (x2 =1.524 and 1.009,P ＞ 0.05).Serious adverse reactions were observed in 9 (40.9％) patients of cryoglobulinemia positive group,while in 11 (28.9％) patients of cryoglobulinemia negative group (x2 =0.887,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Cryoglobulinemia may not have considerable impact on virologic responses to PegIFNα-2a plus ribavirin therapy in patients with chronic genotype 1b hepatitis C.

Objective To explore experiences of complications in removal of patients with large and giant pi-tuitary adenonms by transsphenoidal approach and to improve the clinical treatment effectiveness.Method Nasal vestibule small column was cut to increase inclinometer incision,then the bottom of sellar was broken via the nasal septum-the midline of sellar sphenoid sinus and intrasellar tumor was removed.Results The tumor was totally re-moved on 48 patients(31%)and sub-totally or partly removed on other patients.The 122(90%) patients'symptoms or signs were greatly improved in following days.There wore cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea(thirteen cases),nasal bleed-ing,diabetes incipidus which lasted for one week or more and were cured by treatment with drugs.Conclusion As to complications in removal of patients with large and giant pituitary adenomas by transsphenoidal approach,many poly-nucleations in fluenced the effect and should be reconstructed.

Methods:Medical information transmission based on the socket can make the multi-threading parallel work to improve the running speed of the program, so images and files can be transmitted quickly. Results:Socket-based multi-threading technology is applied to the hospital departments and various remote medical system, that will improve the transmission speed and save time and money. Conclusion: Medical information transmission based on the socket can manage and application the medical imaging effectively.

Objective To investigate the main causes of the missed and delayed diagnosis of endometrial carcinomas.Methods Endometrial carcinoma and missed and delayed diagnosis were used as key words to search in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang Data.Results There were 37 cases with details.Among these,10 cases were caused by false negative D&C (27.0％ of the total);14 cases were caused by misdiagnosis as uterine benign disease (37.8％ of the total);13 cases were caused by the overlooking of the primary symptoms because of the advanced diseases.Conclusions Paying more attention to the symptoms of endometrial carcinomas is necessary to reduce the missed and delayed diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.

Objective to analysis the cause of infant diarrhea in our hospital .Methods 3 260 cases of inpatient and outpatient children with diarrhea were collected from January 2014 to February 2015 .The cases were divided into five groups according to the test result and clinical diagnosis :indigestion ,rotavirus infection group ,bacterial diarrhea group ,lactose intolerance groups and other reason groups .And ,there were divided into four groups according to the age ,too .Results (1)The incidence of diarrhea in boys (60 .73% ) was higher than that in girls(39 .26% ) .(2)The main causes for diarrhea in the fall is bacterial diarrhea (53 .36% );ro‐tavirus infection in the winter (45 .12% ) ,respectively .(3 ) The highest incidence of children with diarrhea is 1 -12 months (49 .85% ) ,the highest incidence with diarrhea in 1-12 months was lactose intolerance (79 .61% ) .Conclusion Infantile diarrhea is still a high incidence of disease in children and caused by rotavirus infection ,bacterial infection ,lactose intolerance .

Objective To understand the air quality of the hospital clean operating rooms and the effecting factors in Guangzhou city, China. Methods In Jan-Oct, 2006, 18 clean operating rooms in five large scale hospitals were chosen and the related indexes such as airborne particles and airborne bacterial concentration were tested according to GB/T16292-1996 Test Method for Airborne Particles in Clean Room of Pharmaceuticalindustry, GB/T16293-1996 Test Method for Airborne Microbe in Clean Room of Pharmaceuticalindustry, GB/T 18204-2000 Standard Examination Methods for Public Places. The results were evaluated according to Architectural Technical Code for Hospital Clean Operating Department (GB50333-2002). Results The concentration of airborne particles and bacteria in the investigated clean operating rooms were eligible with a qualified rate of 100%. A correlation was seen between the airborne particles and bacteria, the correlation coefficients were 0.306 for the particle of 0.5 ?m and 0.074 for the particle of 5.0 ?m. The qualified rate of other items such as the static pressure difference, illuminance, relative humidity, temperature, noise, wind velocity and air exchange rate were respectively 100%, 94.4%, 88.9%, 83.3%, 83.3%, 83.3%, 33.3% and 38.5%. Conclusion The qualified rate of the main clean indexes of the clean operating rooms in hospitals in Guangzhou city is comparatively high, but some of the other indexes related to the air quality should be paid more attention in usual application and maintenance.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the renal lesions induced by oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicines so as to provide theoretic basis for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:The CNKI full-text database between January 1991 and December 2008 were retrieved for clinical reports of renal lesions induced by oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicines.And the pertinent literature was sorted,analyzed and compared.RESULTS:176 reports(totaled 619 cases)were collected.Repeated long-term medication and overdosing etc were the major factors accountable for the renal lesion.CONCLUSION:Importance should be attached to the nephrotoxicity of oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicines,and which should be used rationally in the clinic and periodic examination of patients' renal function should be performed in taking oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicines.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the microbial limit test of Guizhi funing pills.METHODS: The recovery rates of tested strains treated by Guizhi funing pills were determined by plating method and medium dilution method.The test method of the control bacteria was verified.RESULTS:Guizhi funing pills had no inhibitory action on escherichia coli,canidia albicans and aspergillus niger,but which had potent bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis.CONCLUSION: The medium dilution method is suitable for microbial limit test of Guizhi funing pills,whereas the conventional plating method is applicable for the test of control bacteria.
