3.Current situation and problems in school study of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(5):501-505
By taking the evaluations made by scholars such as Wang Yongyan, et al. on status of TCM academic research as the introduction, various influencing factors in acupuncture school development are separately discussed, and the overall trend and existential state are described in modern acupuncture academic area. By displaying the opinions of acupuncture schools in recent years, the relationship among specific therapy, school and schools is analyzed to explain the similarities and differences of school and schools as well as their respective characteristics. It is proposed that the obstacles that lay before acupuncture school researchers are not the rights and wrongs of school and schools, but the evaluation criterion and development patterns that is appropriate for acupuncture research and development.

4.Effect of Several Cleaning Methods on Laparoscope
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To compare the cleaning efficacy of manual cleaning with ultrasonic cleaning on laparoscope and choose the best way to clean laparoscope under present condition.METHODS The laparoscopes were collected from each department based on the weekly usages. The efficacy of the cleaning way was the focus. The cleaniness of the laparoscopes were inspected with naked eyes.RESULTS The cleaning effect of the ultrasonic cleaning method was better than the manual cleaning method for the laparoscope. It would help for the cleaning effect to remove the air bubble in the laparoscope pipeline.CONCLUSIONS Ultrasonic cleaning method plus removing the air bubble in the laparoscope pipeline could guarantee the cleaning quality for the laparoscope.
5.Pathogen Distribution and Drug-resistance Monitoring in 268 Cases with Gram-negative Bacillary Pneumonia
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To study the pathogen distribution and drug-resistance status of Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia and draft preventive and control measures.METHODS The sputum and lower respiratory tract secretion of 268 patients with Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia were cultured to detect pathogens.Susceptibility test was performed. Then the results were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS Detection rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa rated the top one, reaching 29.9%;then was Klebsiella pneumoniae, accounted for 19.4%;Acinetobacter baumannii ranked the third, accounted for 15.3%.The drug-resistance supervision manifested that the resistant rate of Gram-negative bacteria to ampicillin was the highest, reached 81.6-94.7%;that to imipenem was the lowest, reached 0-2.5%.And extensive-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) occurred with 30.0%.CONCLUSIONS The higher drug-resistance to common antibiotics occurs in Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia in our hospital.Clinical microbiology department should monitor pathogens well to provide the evidence for infection controlling.
6.Nosocomial Infections in Blood Transfusion Department:Hidden Danger and Administration Strategy
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To formulate the effective measurement to prevent and control nosocomial infection in blood transfusion department.METHODS The hidden danger of nosocomial infection in our hospital was investigated to formulate the practicable strategy of precaution and control.RESULTS Management status in blood transfusion department occurred several administration shortages such as unreasonable overall arrangement, flaw regulatory regime, weak precaution consciousness, nonstandardized contamination zonation, deficient management of medical garbage disposal, etc.CONCLUSIONS Executing strictly laws and regulations, establishing relevant rules and carrying on standardized administration are essential for prevention and control of nosocomial infections in blood transfusion department and for assurance of biosafety.
7.Investigation of Probationer Nurses' Knowledge About Nosocomial Infection in Clean Operating-room
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate probationer nurses' knowledge about nosocomial infection (NI) and clean operating-room. METHODS Survey among probationer nurses was performed by self-designed questionnaires. RESULTS 47% probationer nurses thought it very necessary to strength knowledge about NI before probation. The scores of clean operating-room knowledge was lower than that nosocomial infection (NI); The cognition rate among high educated probationer nurses were higher than low educated,P
8.A SAS macro for testing differences among three or more independent groups using Kruskal-Wallis and Nemenyi tests.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2012;32(1):130-4
As a nonparametric method, the Kruskal-Wallis test is widely used to compare three or more independent groups when an ordinal or interval level of data is available, especially when the assumptions of analysis of variance (ANOVA) are not met. If the Kruskal-Wallis statistic is statistically significant, Nemenyi test is an alternative method for further pairwise multiple comparisons to locate the source of significance. Unfortunately, most popular statistical packages do not integrate the Nemenyi test, which is not easy to be calculated by hand. We described the theory and applications of the Kruskal-Wallis and Nemenyi tests, and presented a flexible SAS macro to implement the two tests. The SAS macro was demonstrated by two examples from our cohort study in occupational epidemiology. It provides a useful tool for SAS users to test the differences among three or more independent groups using a nonparametric method.
9.Study on the relationship between serum Estradiol andβ-amyloid protein in patients with cerebral infarction
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(22):3245-3247
Objective To study the relationship between serum Estradiol(E2 ) andβ-amyloid protein(β-AP) in patients with cer-ebral infarction .Methods A total of 46 female patients with cerebral infarction were selected from 2011 January to 2014 June into observation group ,46 cases were divided as 20 cases in mild group ,16 cases in moderate group ,10 cases in severe group on the basis of neural function defect score standard ,according to the size of infarct volume 46 patients were divided into small infarct volume group with 21 patients ,moderate infarct volume group with 14 cases ,larger infarction volume group with 11 cases .In the same peri-od ,64 healthy women were recruited into control group .Serum E2 ,β-AP levels of serum and cerebrospinal fluid were detected and compared ,and the relationship of serum E2 andβ-AP level in serum ,cerebrospinal fluid were analyzed .Results Theβ-AP levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in observation group were higher than those of control group ,the serum E2 level was significant lower than that of the control group ,the differences were significant(P<0 .05) .With more severe cerebral infarction ,β-AP levels in serum cerebrospinal fluid showed an upward trend ,with more severe cerebral infarction ,the serum level of E2 was significantly decreased , andβ-AP ,E2 levels in mild ,moderate ,severe group had significant differences(P<0 .05) .Theβ-AP levels of serum and cerebrospi-nal fluid in higher infarct group were higher than those in small ,moderate infarction group ,but E2 levels were lower than those in small ,moderate infarction group ,the differences had significant(P<0 .05) .There were no significant difference inβ-AP of serum and cerebrospinal fluid ,Serum E2 level between small and moderate infarction group(P>0 .05) .The expression of serum E2 andβ-AP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were negatively correlated(r= -0 .428 ,P=0 .009;r= -0 .476 ,P=0 .005) .Conclusion β-AP levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with cerebral infarction are high ,closely related with the severity of cerebral in-farction .β-AP levels of cerebrospinal fluid ,serum in cerebral infarction patients are negatively related to the level of serum E2 .
10.Study of hand hygiene requirements in the operation skill of physician qualification examination
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(9):967-969
Objective To explore the difference of hand hygiene requirement between guide-line of skill practice for national examinations of doctors' qualification(clinical practitioners) and stan-dard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in health care settings for some sterile techniques. Methods Eight sterile techniques in guideline of skill practice for national examinations of doctors' qualification(clinical practitioners) such as changing a dress and taking out stitches, aspiration, ure-thral catheterization, arteriovenous puncture, thoracentesis, abdominal puncture, lumbar puncture and bone marrow puncture were chosen and the results were compared with standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in health care settings. Results Three of eight sterile technics mentioned hand-washing, six of eight mentioned wearing sterile gloves, and zero of eight mentioned antiseptic han-drubbing; however, only one of six (16.67%) before wearing sterile gloves mentioned handwashing. Conclusion The requests of hand hygiene between guideline of skill practice for national examina-tions of doctors' qualification (clinical practitioners) and standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in healthcare settings are not concordant , which from the root leads to the inconsistence of doctors' learning at different stages of education and training . It is suggested that the examination organization departments should refer to the relevant provisions of the state in the preparation of guidelines, and regulate medical practice behavior with consistent standards.
