3.Current situation and problems in school study of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(5):501-505
By taking the evaluations made by scholars such as Wang Yongyan, et al. on status of TCM academic research as the introduction, various influencing factors in acupuncture school development are separately discussed, and the overall trend and existential state are described in modern acupuncture academic area. By displaying the opinions of acupuncture schools in recent years, the relationship among specific therapy, school and schools is analyzed to explain the similarities and differences of school and schools as well as their respective characteristics. It is proposed that the obstacles that lay before acupuncture school researchers are not the rights and wrongs of school and schools, but the evaluation criterion and development patterns that is appropriate for acupuncture research and development.

4.Study of hand hygiene requirements in the operation skill of physician qualification examination
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(9):967-969
Objective To explore the difference of hand hygiene requirement between guide-line of skill practice for national examinations of doctors' qualification(clinical practitioners) and stan-dard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in health care settings for some sterile techniques. Methods Eight sterile techniques in guideline of skill practice for national examinations of doctors' qualification(clinical practitioners) such as changing a dress and taking out stitches, aspiration, ure-thral catheterization, arteriovenous puncture, thoracentesis, abdominal puncture, lumbar puncture and bone marrow puncture were chosen and the results were compared with standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in health care settings. Results Three of eight sterile technics mentioned hand-washing, six of eight mentioned wearing sterile gloves, and zero of eight mentioned antiseptic han-drubbing; however, only one of six (16.67%) before wearing sterile gloves mentioned handwashing. Conclusion The requests of hand hygiene between guideline of skill practice for national examina-tions of doctors' qualification (clinical practitioners) and standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers in healthcare settings are not concordant , which from the root leads to the inconsistence of doctors' learning at different stages of education and training . It is suggested that the examination organization departments should refer to the relevant provisions of the state in the preparation of guidelines, and regulate medical practice behavior with consistent standards.
5.Investigation on Air Quality of Hospital Clean Operating Rooms in Guangzhou
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To understand the air quality of the hospital clean operating rooms and the effecting factors in Guangzhou city, China. Methods In Jan-Oct, 2006, 18 clean operating rooms in five large scale hospitals were chosen and the related indexes such as airborne particles and airborne bacterial concentration were tested according to GB/T16292-1996 Test Method for Airborne Particles in Clean Room of Pharmaceuticalindustry, GB/T16293-1996 Test Method for Airborne Microbe in Clean Room of Pharmaceuticalindustry, GB/T 18204-2000 Standard Examination Methods for Public Places. The results were evaluated according to Architectural Technical Code for Hospital Clean Operating Department (GB50333-2002). Results The concentration of airborne particles and bacteria in the investigated clean operating rooms were eligible with a qualified rate of 100%. A correlation was seen between the airborne particles and bacteria, the correlation coefficients were 0.306 for the particle of 0.5 ?m and 0.074 for the particle of 5.0 ?m. The qualified rate of other items such as the static pressure difference, illuminance, relative humidity, temperature, noise, wind velocity and air exchange rate were respectively 100%, 94.4%, 88.9%, 83.3%, 83.3%, 83.3%, 33.3% and 38.5%. Conclusion The qualified rate of the main clean indexes of the clean operating rooms in hospitals in Guangzhou city is comparatively high, but some of the other indexes related to the air quality should be paid more attention in usual application and maintenance.
6.Parkinsons disease and oxygen free radicals
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
The recent advances in research of oxygen free radicals and its relation to Parkinsons disease (PD) was reviewed. Though there is no exact knowledge of the causes of PD, the role of oxidative stress in the etiology of PD has been focused on. Investigations on patients have shown that PD is under a status of oxidative stress. The biochemical features of dopaminergic neurons in the pathologic site of PD implicate the close relation of oxygen free radicals' generation with the pathogenesis of PD. Besides the oxidative stress hypothesis, other proposed hypotheses are also direct or indirect related to oxidative stress.
7.Clinical analysis of different methods in the treatment of severe in peri-menopausal syndrome in 216 case
Clinical Medicine of China 2015;31(9):852-855
Objective To observe the effective treatment of severe in peri-menopausal syndrome, and improve the quality of life of women in perimenopausall and postmenopausal women. Methods We review the different treatment methods in the 216 patients diagnosed with moderate to severe menopausal syndrome.Group A:simple hormone replacement therapy (HT) of 60 cases.Group B:simple treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of 90 cases.Group C:hormone replacement and comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine of 66 cases.Follow up the improvement of symptoms and adverse reactions after the treatment one and three month respectively. Results The three groups after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were improved after three month.Efficient comparisons among third group, the differences were statistically significant (90% (54/60),82% (76/90),100% (66/66);x2 =13.160,P < 0.01).Adverse reactions of 3 treatment group comparison difference had statistical significance (45% (27/60,1% (1/90),6% (4/66);x2 =60.720,P <0.01).Compared with pure hormone treatment group, treatment group of Chinese medicine, comprehensive treatment group adverse reactions happen was less, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Chinese medicine treatment group and combined treatment group, there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Severe menopausal syndrome with hormone replacement therapy indications without contraindications suggestions take comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,The hormone supplement contraindications or unwilling to hormone replacement therapy, also has good effect of Chinese medicine treating.
8.Influence of low dose X-irradiation on enkephalin and endocrine hormone in male mice
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
C_(57)BL/G male mice were immunized with SRBC 9 hr after 75 mGy whole body X-irradiation. The hypothalamic M-Enk and L-Enk contents were decreased. Serum TS level kept on fluctuating over the control level. The change of testicular cAMP content was not in the same direction as that of the TS. The change of serum CS level was opposite to that of serum TS, These results suggest that the low dose radiation probably cause the changes of neuroendocrine function, leading to the decrement of hypothalamic EOP contents, the supression of CRF-ACTH-CS axis activity and the enhancement of GnRH-LH-TS axis activity.
9.Changes of immune and neuroendocrine functions in neonatal thymectomized rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
The present study has demonstrated a lowered reactivity to Con A stimulation, and also a decreased IL-2 production by splenocytes in adult male rats which were thymectomized within 48 h after birth. Meantime, their body weights, pituitary and testicular weights, serum LH and FSH levels, serum and urine TS contents, and pituitary cAMP contents were all lower than that of the control. The hypothalamic 5-HT metabolism showed that a change of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis might have occured after neonatal thymectomy in male rats.
10.Electrophysiology of ventricular vulnerability during early acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
Ventricular vulnerable period (VVP) and veniricular fibrillation thre-sheld (VFT) and other electrophysiological items were measured simultaneously with S_1-S_2programmed electrical stimulation. The results showed that during early period of acutemyocardial infarction (AMI) VVP prolonged greatly, VFT decreased remarkably, pacingthreshold decreased, effective refractory period (ERP) shortened, strength interval curve(SIC) shifted downward, the outside of VVP extended to T wave, coupling-interval wasnegatively correlated with echo-interval. The results indicated that myocardial vulnerabi-lity during early period of AMI increased and ventricular arrhythmias were mainly causedby reentry.
