ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and application value of preoperative application of hydrochloride tirofiban in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods60 ACS patients underwent PIC surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients underwent preoperative and postoperative regular routine anti-angina and acute myocardial infarction treatment, the observation group was given the hydrochloride tirofiban in 1h before surgery of emergency PCI,the control group received conventional therapy. The bleeding and thrombocytopenia occurrence during hospitalization of the two groups were observed, before surgery and 1 month after surgery the cardiac function of the two groups were compared,1 month after surgery the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events were recorded.ResultsThe bleeding incidence of observation group was 6.7%,the control group was 23.3%,the difference between two groups was significant ( x2 =15.594,P < 0.01 ) ; The thrombocytopenia occurrence of observation group was 3.3%,the control group was 10.0%,the difference between two groups was significant( x2 =13.366,P < 0.01 ).1 month after surgery the LVEF,CO and E/A of the two groups increased significantly, compared with the prior-treatment,the difference was significant (P < 0.05 ),and the difference was significant between the two groups( P < 0.05 ) ;The occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events of observation group was 33.3%,the control group was 66.7%,the difference between two groups was significant(x2 =8.924,P < 0.01 ).Conclusion The hydrochloride tirofiban is a safe and effective anti-platelet drugs.Preoperative application of hydrochloride tirofiban in patients with ACS by PCI can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
2.Effects of glucose on mesenchymal stem cell proliferation in mice
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2008;16(10):625-628
Objective To investigate effects of glucose on mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) proliferation and the possible mechanism. Methods We evaluated the purity of MSCs,established different groups of glucose, detected proliferation by MTT, and analyzed cell cycle and apoptosis by a flow cytometry system. Results The purity of MSCs exceeded 90%.The positive rates of CD44, CD90, CD45, CD34 were 91.92%, 93.38%, 2.23%, 1.05% respectively.Glucose significantly affected MSCs proliferation(P=0.003):11 mmol/L glucose could promote MSCs proliferation, but 25 mmol/L glucose made this effect disappear. High glucose significantly increased the percent of S phase in cell cycle(P=0.002)and the rate of apoptosis(P=0.000). Conclusions Glucose has two-way regulation towards MSCs proliferation, and the balance between cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis could be responsible for this effects
3.Clinical analysis of acute cerebral infarction combined with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in the elderly
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2008;27(9):668-669
Objective To summarize the treatment experience of acute cerebral infarction (ACI)combined with deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities in the elderly. Methods Thirty cases of elder patients with ACI combined with DVT (ACI group) were enrolled in this study, and 31 cases of elder patients with DVT were served as control group. All the patients were immobilized for 3 days and treated with low molecular heparin calcium (100 IU/kg,Q12 hX14 d). On the tenth day, warfarin was used and INR was controlled in 2.0~2.5. Low molecular dextran was infused intravenously per day for 14 days (500mg/d). Results Edema in the lower limbs of patients were apparently reduced. 4 eases had cerebral hemorrhage in ACI group, and none in the control group.Hemorrhage occured from 3 to 7 days during the treatment with low molecular heparin calcium. One of the patient died of massive intraeranial hemorrhage with lung infection. Conclnsions It should be more careful to use the low molecular heparin to treat the elder patients older than 80 years old with ACI combined with DVT.
4.Current situation and problems in school study of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(5):501-505
By taking the evaluations made by scholars such as Wang Yongyan, et al. on status of TCM academic research as the introduction, various influencing factors in acupuncture school development are separately discussed, and the overall trend and existential state are described in modern acupuncture academic area. By displaying the opinions of acupuncture schools in recent years, the relationship among specific therapy, school and schools is analyzed to explain the similarities and differences of school and schools as well as their respective characteristics. It is proposed that the obstacles that lay before acupuncture school researchers are not the rights and wrongs of school and schools, but the evaluation criterion and development patterns that is appropriate for acupuncture research and development.

5.Clinical analysis of complicatios of transsphenoidal surgery in treatment of giant pituitary adenoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(12):1629-1631
Objective To explore experiences of complications in removal of patients with large and giant pi-tuitary adenonms by transsphenoidal approach and to improve the clinical treatment effectiveness.Method Nasal vestibule small column was cut to increase inclinometer incision, then the bottom of sellar was broken via the nasal septum-the midline of sellar sphenoid sinus and intrasellar tumor was removed. Results The tumor was totally re-moved on 48 patients(31%)and sub-totally or partly removed on other patients. The 122(90%) patients'symptoms or signs were greatly improved in following days. There wore cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea(thirteen cases),nasal bleed-ing,diabetes incipidus which lasted for one week or more and were cured by treatment with drugs. Conclusion As to complications in removal of patients with large and giant pituitary adenomas by transsphenoidal approach, many poly-nucleations in fluenced the effect and should be reconstructed.
6.Efficacy on endometriosis treated with electroacupuncture.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(4):323-326
OBJECTIVETo compare the difference in the clinical efficacy on endometriosis (EM) between electroacupuncture (EA) and western medication.
METHODSSeventy-two EM patients were divided into an EA group and a western medication group according to visiting departments, 36 cases in each one. In the EA group, acupuncture was applied to Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3), Zigong (EX-CA 1), Diji (SP 8), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Hegu (LI 4) and Taichong (LR 3). After qi arrival, G6805-I pulse electronic apparatus was attached to bilateral Zigong (EX-CA 1), Guanyuan (CV 4) and Zhongji (CV 3), with continuous wave, 70 Hz in frequency, 3 mA in intensity. The EA was given once every two days. In the western medication group, mifepristone tablets were prescribed for oral administration, 12. 5 mg per treatment, once a day, for 6 months. The pain degree was observed before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were evaluated in the two groups. The enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) was adopted to determine the tumor marker serum CA125 before and after treatment in the two groups.
RESULTSThe total effective rate was 94. 4% (34/36) in the EA group and was 91. 7% (33/36) in the western medication group, without significant difference (P>0. 05). The pain score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the two groups (both P< 0. 01), but the score after treatment in the EA group was lower than that in the western medication group (P<0. 05). Serum CA125 was reduced after treatment in the patients of the two groups (both P<0. 01), and serum CA125 after treatment in the EA group was lower than that in the western medication group (P<0. 05). In the follow-up visit of one year, the reoccurrence rate was 17. 6% (6/34) in the EA group and was 33. 3% (11/33) in the western medication group, indicating the significant difference (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSIONEA achieves the significant clinical efficacy and the reoccurrence rate in 1 year in the EA group is obviously lower than that in the western medication group. This therapy could be promoted in clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.

7.Electrophysiology of ventricular vulnerability during early acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
Ventricular vulnerable period (VVP) and veniricular fibrillation thre-sheld (VFT) and other electrophysiological items were measured simultaneously with S_1-S_2programmed electrical stimulation. The results showed that during early period of acutemyocardial infarction (AMI) VVP prolonged greatly, VFT decreased remarkably, pacingthreshold decreased, effective refractory period (ERP) shortened, strength interval curve(SIC) shifted downward, the outside of VVP extended to T wave, coupling-interval wasnegatively correlated with echo-interval. The results indicated that myocardial vulnerabi-lity during early period of AMI increased and ventricular arrhythmias were mainly causedby reentry.
8.Effect of Biejia Jian in Preventing Rat Hepatic Fibrosis
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2000;0(05):-
Objective To observe the effects of Biejia Jian (BJ) in preventing rat hepatic fibrosis. Methods Rat models with hepatic fibrosis were established by abdominal subcutaneous injection of 45 %carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and olive oil. Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group (treated with normal saline),small-dosage BJ group (6.25 g/kg BJ), moderate-dosage BJ group (12.5 g/kg BJ) and large-dosage BJ group (25.0 g/kg BJ). The treatment lasted 10 weeks. On the 11th week, rats eyes were removed to get blood sample. The biochemical parameters of blood were detected and HE staining was applied for the pathological examination of liver. Results BJ decreased the serum levels of ALT,AST,HA, LN and PC III in rats, no pseudo-lobules found in the BJ groups. Proliferation of fibrous tissue was mild and Limited and fatty degeneration of hepatocytes were slight in moderate-dosage and high-dosage BJ groups as compared with the small-dosage BJ group.Pathological changes in BJ groups were significantly improved (P
