1.Influence of low dose X-irradiation on enkephalin and endocrine hormone in male mice
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
C_(57)BL/G male mice were immunized with SRBC 9 hr after 75 mGy whole body X-irradiation. The hypothalamic M-Enk and L-Enk contents were decreased. Serum TS level kept on fluctuating over the control level. The change of testicular cAMP content was not in the same direction as that of the TS. The change of serum CS level was opposite to that of serum TS, These results suggest that the low dose radiation probably cause the changes of neuroendocrine function, leading to the decrement of hypothalamic EOP contents, the supression of CRF-ACTH-CS axis activity and the enhancement of GnRH-LH-TS axis activity.
2.Changes of immune and neuroendocrine functions in neonatal thymectomized rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
The present study has demonstrated a lowered reactivity to Con A stimulation, and also a decreased IL-2 production by splenocytes in adult male rats which were thymectomized within 48 h after birth. Meantime, their body weights, pituitary and testicular weights, serum LH and FSH levels, serum and urine TS contents, and pituitary cAMP contents were all lower than that of the control. The hypothalamic 5-HT metabolism showed that a change of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis might have occured after neonatal thymectomy in male rats.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;15(9):1170-1173
Objective To investigate the predictive value of cardiovascular risk factors in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods A total of 400 patients who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) in our hospital was divided into multiple vascular lesion group, single vascular lesions group, and non-CAD group according to the result of CAG and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between cardiovascular risk factors and coronary artery lesions was analyzed, and the independent risk factor of CAD was screened by multi-factorial logistic regression analysis. Results There was significant difference in total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC),fasting blood glucose (FBG),inflammatory cells, carotid artery plaque,brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) between the CAD group and the non-CAD group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The number of coronary artery lesion branch was increased significantly when risk factors, such as age, body mass index(BMI),hypertension, diabetes mellitas, smoking, carotid artery plaque,TG,TC,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),FBG,WBC,monocytes (M),neutrophils (N),neutrophils/lymphocytes (N/L),baPWV,and Hs-CRP.Other risk factors including TC,HDL-C,L were decreased with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).There was no significant relation among, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)%.The most significant risk factor was carotid artery plaque that was independently associated with coronary heart disease (b =1.264,P < 0.01),followed by smoking (b =1.204,P <0.01),HDL-C (b =1.104,P <0.01),TC (b =1.082,P <0.01) diabetes mellitus (b =0.956,P <0.01),baPWV increased (b =0.741,P <0.01),WBC (b=0.721,P <0.01),hypertension (b =0.602,P <0.01),the age (b =0.538,P <0.01),and HsCRP(b =0.421,P < 0.01).Conclusions The results suggest that the hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, age,baPWV,inflammatory cells,Hs-CRP,and carotid artery plaque was a significant independent CHD risk factors.

DNAzymes, screened through in vitro selection, were artificial nucleic acids with catalytic function . They could cleave specific substrates in the presence of cofactors with unique characteristics, such as high catalytic activity, high specificity for cofactors, excellent stability, and easy to synthesize and modify. The combination of DNAzymes with nanomaterials could retain the DNAzyme activity and realize the functional integration of recognition and signal transduction, promoting rapid development of biosensors. In the current paper, we mainly reviewed the recent progress in DNAzyme-nanomaterial based biosensors, and the nanomaterials included gold nanoparticles, graphene, quantum dots, magnetic nanomaterials, and so on.

Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(03):-
Objective To establish binomial equation Cole-Cole mathematical modeling methods and the parameters in rat erythrocyte impedance spectra,as well as to discuss the sources of the ? and the ? dispersion. Methods The impedance of erythrocyte suspension was measured with Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer within the frequency range of 0.01~100 MHz.The residual error of the fitting curve was determined with non-linear numerical calculation of Cole-Cole equation. Then the Cole-Cole mathematical model parameters of rat erythrocyte were established with the Bode and the Nyquist plots. Results The Cole-Cole mathematical model parameters of rat erythrocyte impedance spectrum: the high-frequency limit of impedance R∞=63/?cm,the 1st relaxation impedance increment ?R1=59/?cm,the 1st characteristic frequency fC1 =2.4 MHz,the 1st relaxation dispersion angle ?1=0.07,the 2nd relaxation impedance increment ?R2=48/?cm,the 2nd characteristic frequency fC2 =370 MHz,the 2nd relaxation dispersion angle ?2=0.22.Conclusion The ? and ? relaxation behavior of rat erythrocyte impedance spectrum can be expressed with the two-type Cole-Cole mathematical model. The ? dispersion is formed from the capacitive response of cell membrane and the ? dispersion from frequency response of intracellular hemoglobin.
