In order to find the mechanism of superior clunial nerve (SCN) trauma, we dissected and revealed SCN from 12 corpses (24 sides). Combining 100 sides of SCN trauma, we inspected the course of SCN, the relation between SCN and it's neighbour tissues with the situation of SCN when being subjected to force. We found that the following special anatomic characteristics and mechanical elements such as the course of SCN, it's turning angles, the bony fibrous tube at the iliac crest, the posterior layer of the lumbodorsal fascia and SCN neighbour adipose tissue, are the causes of external force inducing SCN trauma. The anatomic revealment is the guidance of SCN trauma treatment with edged needle.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a rapid and sensitive HPLC method for simultaneous determination of plasma concentrations of 6 antidepressants.METHODS:With diprozin as internal standard, the alkalized samples were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction and separated on a Phenomenex-C18 column using acetonitrile-0.05 mol?L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate(pH was adjusted to 2.5 by phosphoric acid) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.2 mL?min-1 by a gradient elution. The column temperature was set at 40℃.Venlafaxine was detected by fluorescence detection at an Ex wavelength of 276 nm and Em wavelength of 598 nm;doxepin, paroxetine, sertraline, fluoxetine and amitriptyline were detected at an UV detection wavelength of 200 nm.RESULTS:The linear ranges of venlafaxine, doxepin, paroxetine, sertraline, fluoxetine and amitriptyline were 5~1 000 ?g?L-1,40 ~200 ?g?L-1,20~800 ?g?L-1,40~1 000 ?g?L-1 and 10~400 ?g?L-1,respectively,with correlation coefficients ≥0.990 for all. Both the intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were less than 15%;the extraction recovery rates were greater than 60% and methodological recovery were greater than 90% for all the samples.CONCLUSION:The method is simple, economical, rapid, accurate and sensitive, and it is applicable for the clinical monitoring of plasma drug concentrations as well as the analysis and pharmacokinetic study of toxic drugs.

Objective: To present the evolutionary path of Chinese Medical Ethics, analyze the development vein of periodical, explore the journal' s research focuses, and provide reference for related personnel to understand the development of the current research status in the field through visualization technology. Methods:Using biblio-metric method, taking "China National Knowledge Infrastructure" as source of data collection, we used the visual-ization software CiteSpace to draw scientific knowledge maps and analyzed literatures published from 1990 to 2014 in Chinese Medical Ethics. Results:The annualvolume of journal articles fluctuated upwards, with peaks in 1992, 2000 and 2009, and of which the most was in 2009, with 393 articles. "Medical Ethics" and "Doctor-patient Relationship" were hotwords in this field. The publications of domestic and foreign scholars promoted the interna-tional exchange and the development of Chinese medical ethics, and the most productive institutions were often col-leges or universities. Conclusion:Chinese Medical Ethics has effectively promoted the development of bioethics in China, more and more scholars are involved in the relative research of medical ethics, and the old, middle and young scientists and research teams inherit, cooperate and develop with each other. The cross-regional, inter-a-gency and interdisciplinary collaboration remains very limited, whichwill become the important factorinfluencingthe development of the field of Chinese medical ethics in the future.
