Objective To discuss the efficacy of Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected, the control group (39 cases) were administered Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill, the observation group (41 cases) were administered Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone. The efficacy of Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were evaluated by efficacy, knee function, and inflammatory factor. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).In the observation group, there were 38 cases of patients who felt pain, tenderness, and swelling symptom relief. There were 28 cases in the control group. After treatment, the scores of pain, activity, walking ability, and KSS in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance on the stability between two groups. Before treatment, there were no statistical significance on the IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α.After treatment, the IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αt were increased in two groups (P < 0.05).And these indexes in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In summary,Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with medical ozone had good effect on the knee osteoarthritis. It could release the pain, improve knee function and anti-inflammatory.It was worthy of clinical use.
2.Investigation on Production of Cluster Ions UsingSurface-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(6):851-855
Surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI-MS) has become an indispensable tool in macromolecule and small molecule analysis for solid and liquid samples. However, there were few studies focusing on the ionization mechanisms especially for the small molecules. In this work, the compounds of pyrene, coronene and rubrene which have similar molecular structures were used to investigate the ionization mechanism via SALDI-MS.Additionally the effect of the laser power on the product ions was also investigated. It was found that strong cluster ions peaks nM+(M=pyrene, coronene) were observed for pyrene and coronene, and daughter ions of coronene by loss of C2H2 were also observed. On the contrary, no cluster ion was obtained for rubrene, only daughter ions with the losses of nC6H5 (n=1, 2, 3) were acquired. Finally, the ionization mechanisms were discussed. The formation of clusters of pyrene and coronene was attributed to the interaction of π-π bands. For rubrene, the spatial barrier weakened the interaction of π-π bands because the four phenyl groups were not on the same plane of skeleton structure, thus impeding the formation of cluster ions.

Objective: To discuss the effect of volatile organic compounds to the potential of embryonic development. From the angle of the laminar flow process, we found ways to control VOCs to ensure that the potential of embryonic development. Methods:To collect the air from the outdoor, laboratory hundred and thousand grade level central corridor three VOCs for testing;we used raw, medium effect filter to replace the original filter and got different results. Results:The indoor VOCs were higher than outdoor;Changes in concentrations of VOCs can affect embryonic development potential. The effect of replaced filter is bigger. After a period of time in a laminar flow system, it gradually getting better and finally change more than before. Conclusion:The embryo laboratory has volatile organic compounds VOCs. VOCs have larger influence on embryonic development potential and can be effectively controlled.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of chronic obstructive pulmanory disease(COPD)with different results of bronchodilator reversibility test. Methods A total of 47 cases of COPD were selected and given bronchodilator reversibility test and lung fuction who were divided into two groups according to the bronchodilator reversibility test.We compared these two groups with sex, age, smoke history, body mass index, levels of IgE,eosinophil and lung function. Results The positive group had a shorter history of smoking and a higher level of IgE.The amelioration of FVC,FEV1,FRC,MEF 75% and MEF 50% was higher in the positive group than the negative(P

Objective In cartilage tissue engineering,it was a difficult problem to keep chongdro-cytes phenotype for long time. The aim was made to investigate the dedifferentiation of human articular chon-drocytes,and to verify the inhibition to dedifferentiation by transfection with recombinant pcDNA3.1(+)/TGF-? 2 in vitro. Methods Free chondrocytes were isolated from healthy articular cartilage harvested from6adult patients underwent operation because of other condition. The recombinant pcDNA3.1(+)/TGF-? 2 con-structed in advance was transferred by liposome mediated transfection to monolayer cultured articular chon-drocytes.The first, sixth and ninth generation chondrocytes being transfected and non-transfected were as-sayed by histological examination of HE and Safranine-O staining to observe their morphological changes.RT-PCR,ELISA,immunohistochemistry analysis and prime hybridization were performed to these cells to i-dentify the expression and biosynthesis of TGF-? 2 and cartilage-associated genes and proteins. Results The non-transfected articular chondrocytes in monolayer culture demonstrated the tendency of dedifferentia-tion,and lost the characteristics of their phenotype progressively in subculture. The expression of TGF-? 2 ,collagen typeⅡand proteoglycan in non-transfected cells were decreased, but expression of collagen typeⅠincreased gradually with time going on.On the contrary,as for the transfected chondrocytes, the trans-ferred gene was expressed in cells of all examined generations, and the expression levels were higher than that of non-transfected cell of same generations. The transfected chondrocytes maintained their phenotype and characteristics of articular cartilage. They expressed and produced collagen typeⅡand proteoglycan in a higher level, and collagen typeⅠin a lower level than that of non-transfected cells. Conclusion Human articular chondrocytes in monolayer culture have the tendency of dedifferentiation. The results suggested that chondrocytes tranfected by pcDNA3.1(+)/TGF-? 2 could produce endogenous TGF-? 2 .Transfection of pcD-NA3.1(+)/TGF-? 2 is able to provide transient and long lasting expression of TGF-? 2 in chondrocytes, and may be a feasible method to inhibit dedifferentiation of articular chondrocytes in vitro.

Journal of International Oncology 2013;(4):274-278
It is proved that there are significant differences in individual susceptibility to lung cancer.Genetic polymorphisms of several enzymes involved in the detoxification and biotransformation might be related to the lung cancer susceptibility.Cytochromes P450,N-acetyltransferases,microsomal epoxide hydrolase,NQO1 are the most frequently investigated genes in recent years. All theses genes appear to be the candidates for lung cancer susceptibility genes. The studies of the relationship between polymorphisms of metabolic enzymes and lung cancer susceptibility will help to find useful biomarkers. An improved understanding of genetic polymorphisms may help to identify individuals who are at increased risk for lung cancer and decrease the incidence of lung cancer.
