This paper presents the definition,characteristics and significance of medical measurement control in modern hospitals.It also clarifies how to found a good medical measurement system.

Objective To discuss the value and effect of monitoring BNP(Brain Natriuetic Peptide)used in the CHF (Chronic Heart Failure)community management.Methods 126 Patients with CHF in our community were randomly classifed to the BNP monitoring group the comparing group.We regularly monitored the dynamic BNP density in the BNP monitoring group According to the BNP level,we adjusted the rensonable treatment mersures and enhanced community management,and made a follow-up visit for one year.Results The severe degree of CHF was correlated to the BNP density,the repeated hospitalization rate,cardiovascular accident rate and fatality rate were significantly higher in BNP monitoring group than in the comparing group.They 19.3%,16.3%,4.76% respetively in the BNP monitoring group, and 39.6%4 0%,16.66% respectively in the comparing group,which is average P

Objective: To compare the pharmacodynamic action of Radix Notoginseng after fermented by different strains bioconversion.Methods:The models of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia were established,thrombosis in vivo were induced by collagen-Adr,ventricular fibrillation of mice by chloroform,and perfusion experiment of the ex vivo heart of cavia cobaya was used.Results:100,200mg/kg doses of all samples had protective effects on ischemia and hypoxia mice,1# sample can inhibit thrombosis induced by collagen-adrenaline obviously after intraperitoneal injection in dosage of 200mg?kg-1?d-1 for 5days.All groups significantly reduced the incidents of ventricullar fibrillation induced by chloroform in mice except 100mg/kg dose of 1#,furthermore,compared with control high dose group(5#),the incidents of high dose groups of 3、4# deceased significantly.All samples had the effect of dilating coronary artery,but there effects on myocardial contractile force and cardiac preload were different.Conclusion:The primary cardiovascular related pharmacological researches demonstrated the vary action changes of 1-4# samples compared with the sample 5#.This result has revealed that the chemical structure of Radix Notoginseng transformed and that is coincide with initial analysis of phytochemical analysis.

Consumptive thirst is widely discussed in Huangdi Neijing and it is classified as a"strange disease"in Suwen·Strange Diseases Treatise,which reflects the intractable nature of consumptive thirst.This paper explores and analyzes consumptive thirst based on the core concept in Huangdi Neijing.First,this paper approaches the subject through the use of image thinking method from Huangdi Neijing,recognizing that consumptive thirst can lead to changes in the internal climate of the human body.Then,guided by the theories of essence and qi,yin and yang,and the five elements in Huangdi Neijing,it deconstructs and analyzes the causes of these changes and the laws of qi transformation.It points out that the changing climate of consumptive thirst is characterized by"heat symptoms".The main cause of"heat symptoms"is spleen deficiency and excessive dampness,and its qi transformation law is the heat transformation of Shaoyin.The intractable nature of consumptive thirst is mainly reflected in the uncontrolled"heat symptoms"caused by the imbalance of the five elements.Based on the understanding of the heat symptoms of consumptive thirst,this paper proposes a treatment strategy for preventing the disease by resolving dampness and regulating the spleen,harmonizing kidney qi to prevent progression,and balancing yin and yang to treat chronic and recalcitrant conditions.The aim is to provide a reference for optimizing the treatment of consumptive thirst.

To study the role of the activity in reducing the incidence of water leakage in digestive endoscopy, through the activity of the quality control circle (QCC), the reasons for water leakage and high maintenance cost are analyzed deeply. Then, the author formulated and implemented targeted measures to intervene in the non-standard aspects of daily management of endoscopy. Then targeted measures has been taken to improve the nonstandard daily management.Results demonstrate that the application of the quality control circle can significantly reduce the incidence of water leakage in the digestive endoscope and control the other faults caused by the leakage. This not only reduces the high maintenance cost of endoscopy, improves the utilization rate and turnover rate of endoscopy, but also fully explores personal potential, enhances team cohesion, and improves quality management awareness.
