Objective To observe the migration ability of different quantity of BMSCs labled with Resovist after transplanted in rat models with Parkinson disease (PD) with 1.5T MR scanner and micro-47 coil, in order to determine the optimal transplanted dosage of BMSCs and observation time in vivo. Methods Forty PD rats were randomly assigned to 5 groups (each n=8) including 1×10~5 BMSCs group, 1.5×10~5 BMSCs group, 2×10~5 BMSCs group, 2.5×10~5 BMSCs group and control group. FFE-T2WI were obtained immediately and 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after transplantation to measure and compare the volume of hypointense areas of different groups in different time with 1.5T and 47 mm inner diameter micro-coil. At the meantime, rotational behavior was assessed in each group. After MR scanning, the rats were executed and prepared for immunohistochemistry staining at 12 weeks after transplantation. Results Only the extent of the dark region became wider 4 weeks after transplantation in 2×10~5 BMSCs group (P=0.005). The therapeutic efficacy in 2×10~5 BMSCs group was the best confirmed by behaviour studies (P=0.02). Conclusion For the treatment of PD and evaluation of the migratory ability of BMSCs, the optimal transplanted dosage of BMSCs is 2×10~5, while the best observation time is 4 weeks after transplantation.

Objective:
To study the clinicopathologic features of dedifferentiated liposarcoma of extremities.
Methods:
Nine cases of dedifferentiated liposarcoma of extremities diagnosed at Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from 2009 to 2017 were selected. The histological features of cases of dedifferentiated liposarcoma of extremities were evaluated by HE and immunohistochemistry, together with the clinical and radiological features. Flourescence in situ hybridization(FISH) was used to detect MDM2 amplification.
Results:
They were located in the thigh (6 cases), calf (2 cases) and buttock (1 case). There were six females and three males. Patients′ age ranged from 61 to 79 years (mean 68 years). Histologically, there were two components, well-differentiated liposarcoma and dedifferentiated sarcoma with or without transitional lesions between them. The histology of dedifferentiated liposarcoma included undifferentiated sarcoma and fibrosarcoma. Heterologous elements such as bone and cartilage were present in two cases. Immunohistochemical study showed the tumor cells expressed vimentin, CDK4 and p16. MDM2 were positive in 6 cases (6/9) and p53 was positive in one case(1/9). CKpan was positive in the epithelioid differentiation area. S-100 protein was positive in the well-differentiated liposarcoma component. FISH showed the amplification of MDM2(6/9).
Conclusions
Dedifferentiated liposarcoma of extremities is very rare. The diagnosis should be combined with the histological characteristics and immunohistochemical results and differentiated from the other tumors and tumor-like lesions.

Gallbladder carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the biliary tract system. It is characterized by atypical early clinical manifestations, rapid progress and poor prognosis. There is no specific marker for gallbladder cancer, and its preoperative diagnosis mainly relies on imaging examination, while pet-ct is more advantageous in detecting the metastasis of locally advanced gallbladder cancer. Surgical treatment is still the main treatment, but most patients have lost the opportunity of surgical resection by the time of treatment. In recent years, there have been a lot of researches on the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer at home and abroad. This paper reviews the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder carcinoma.

Objective:To evaluate extrathecal vs. intrathecal approach of Glisson's pedicle in laparoscopic hepatectomy of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods:Clinical data of 96 HCC patients receiving laparoscopic hepatectomy at the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the 900 Hospital of the United Logistics Force from Jan 2019 to Jun 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Thrity-six cases were treated with extrathecal approach of Glisson's pedicle and 60 cases were by intrathecal approach. All those 60 undergoing intrathecal approach cases were matched by 1∶1 propensity score matching, and the caliper value was 0.02. The duration of surgery, blocking-time of hepatoduodenal ligament, intraoperative blood loss, indexes of the liver function and the prothrombin time on the 1st day of the postoperative period, rate of the postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative survival and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results:After propensity score matching, 32 cases in each group were identified. The operation time of the extrathecal group was shorter than that of the intrathecal group [(207.5±77.4) minutes vs. (248.6±74.7) minutes, P=0.03], the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the intrathecal group [(150.0(100.0, 300.0) ml vs. 250.0(150.0, 587.5) ml, P=0.01], and the albumin level was higher on the 1st day after the surgery [(36.5±3.2) g/L vs. (34.3±3.2) g/L, P<0.01]. There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative liver function, coagulation, complications, hospitalization time, all over survival rate between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion:Extrathecal approach for Glisson's pedicle is safe and feasible in laparoscopic hepatectomy for HCC, with simpler surgical procedure, less intraoperative trauma.
