Objective: To explore the value of dual energy CT lung perfusion imaging (DEPI) for diagnosing pulmonary embolism (PE) in comparison with CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA). Methods: There were 49 patients with suspected PE received DEPI scanning and 19 with CTPA conifrmed diagnosis were enrolled in this study. CTPA image was obtained by 80 kv data, and DEPI image was obtained by PBV software. The location, type of PE in CTPA image, and the location, shape of perfusion defect in DEPI were observed and compared by segment basis. The correlation and agreement of CTPA and DEPI for diagnosing PE were calculated and the un-agreement was analyzed. Results: A total of 380 segments were included for analysis. CTPA detected 162 segments of PE and DEPI detected 155 segments of perfusion defect or reduction, partial PE were mainly presented by perfusion defects as speckles, patches or without perfusion defect, and complete PE were mainly showed segmental or sub-segmental perfusion defects. CTPA and DEPI were correlated for PE diagnosis (χ2=305.5,P=0.000), the diagnostic agreement was 83.42% and KAPPA value was 0.659. Conclusion: The perfusion defect in DEPI is related to the degree and type of PE presented in CTPA, their combination is helpful for diagnosing PE.

ObjectiveTo investigate the morphologic features of coronary sinus (CS)-left atrium muscle connections, and evaluate the function and anatomical features of coronary sinus on dual-source CT coronary angiography (DSCTCA).MethodsImages of DSCTCA of 144 patients [ control group consisted of 96 patients, and atrial fibrillation (AF) group consisted of 48 patients] were reviewed. The existence of coronary sinus-right atrium muscle connections was indirectly evaluated by measuring the cross-sectional area changes of the CS during atrial systole and atrial diastolic. The number, location, length of the CS-left atrium muscle connections andthe relationship between CS-left atrium muscle connections and CS morphological characteristics were studied. The t test for continuous variables and Chi-square test for categorical variables were used in statistical analysis. Results( 1 )The anatomic course of the CS in relation to the mitral ring was straight, mild curvature and high riding of 62,16 and 18 cases in control group and 10,8 and 30 cases in AF group, respectively. There was not statistical significance between the 2 group (x2 =0.093,P=0.954). (2)The CS length was (34.1 ±9.1),(33.8 ±8.9)mm in Control group and AF group, respectively. There was no statistical significance between the 2 group ( t =- 0.486,P =0.628 ).(3) Coronary sinus-left atrium muscle connections were seen in 131 of the 144 patients (91.0%).A single connection was seen in 103 of the 144 patients, with a mean length of (22.6 ± 12.7)mm within (6.3 ± 5.8 ) mm of the coronary sinus ostium.28 patients had two connections; distal connections measured ( 13.2 ± 6.2)mm in length within (16.7 ± 6.8 ) mm of the coronary sinus ostium, and proximal connections measured ( 11.1 ± 3.6 ) mm in length within (2.1 ± 1.9) mm of the coronary sinus ostium. And there was no statistical difference the number and length of CS-left atrium connections in between Control group and AF group (P > 0.05 ).(4)The CS narrowed 22.4% (44.5/198.8 )in cross-sectional area from atrial diastolic to atrial systole in control group( t =- 21.076,P < 0.01 ),while the CS had no obvious contraction in AF group(t =0.374,P > 0.05).The cross-sectional area of the coronary sinus during diastole was obviously larger in the AF group than in the control group[( 230.4 ±77.0) mm2 vs (198.8 ±65.4) mm2,respectively,t =- 2.579,P =0.01 ].In control group ( n =9 ),the coronary sinus-left atrium connection was not seen, however, all showed a CS constriction during atrial systole, indicating that coronary sinus-left atrium muscle continuity is not likely the primary cause for coronary sinus contractions. Conclusions DSCTCA can clearly show the anatomical characteristics of CS,it can help to understand the length, number and location of the CS-left atrium muscle connection.

Objective:
To investigate the sleep and mental health status of adolescents in Shandong Province, to explore the correlation between sleep and mental health, so as to provide a basis for adolescent physical and mental health management.
Methods:
From February to March 2023,a multistage stratified whole cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 3 cities in Shandong Province, one urban area and one township in each city, one junior high school and one senior high school in the urban area and the township, respectively, and then 4 classes were randomly selected from each grade level of each school, and all 3 667 students in the classes were surveyed by using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) short form and the Chinese Middle School Students Mental Health Inventory (MMHI-60).
Results:
The prevalence of sleep deprivation among adolescents in Shandong Province was 37.44%, and the detection rate of psychological problems was 46.41%. Adolescent psychology could be divided into four latent categories:psychological immune group (39.6%), psychological low risk group (12.2%), psychological medium risk group (13.2%) and psychological high risk group (35.0%). Multifactorial Logistic regression analyses showed that gender, school year, sleep duration and sleep quality were influencing factors for the psychological latent categories ( OR =1.39-9.55, P < 0.05 ), and that adolescents with sleep deprivation and poor sleep quality were more inclined to be classified as being in the psychological medium and high risk groups.
Conclusions
The sleep and mental health of adolescents in Shandong Province is not very good. Comprehensive prevention and control of psychological problems should not only focus on personality and psychological characteristics, but also need to be combined with the sleep condition of adolescents.

Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a bioactive lipid medium, plays an important role in the development and progression of ovarian cancer. Doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) is a first-line drug in the ovarian cancer clinical therapy, while the effect and molecular mechanism of LPA in the ovarian cancer with DOX treatment is still unclear. This study intended to explore the effect and molecular mechanism of LPA in ovarian cancer treated with DOX. SKOV3 and OVCAR-3 cells of human ovarian cancer and Chinese hamster ovary cells were treated with control, LPA (lOp-mol/L), DOX (2jjLmol/L) and LPA (10jJLmol/L) + DOX (2p,mol/L) respectively for 24 hours. The morphological changes of SKOV3 cells were observed under optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results showed that LPA reduced cell death and the degree of chromatin aggregation in SKOV3 cells treated with DOX; RT-qPCR showed that LPA treatment could down-regulate the mRNA levels of caspase-3 in DOX-treated SKOV3 cells (P<0. 05); Western blot showed that LPA treatment could reduce caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-3 levels treated with DOX in SKOV3, OVCAR-3 and CHO cells (P<0. 05); Flow cytometry using Annexin V/PI double staining showed that LPA could down-regulate apoptosis in SKOV3 cells treated with DOX (P<0. 05); DCFH-DA method was used to detect intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in SKOV3 cells. It was found that LPA reduced the intracellular ROS level treated with DOX (P<0. 05). Our preliminarily study showed the effect of LPA in the apoptosis of ovarian cancer treated with DOX, which may provide a reference for the drug therapy of ovarian cancer targeting LPA.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical efficacy of bladder gasification and stasis dispersion combined with antibiotic therapy in the treatment of III A chronic prostatitis.
METHODSWe conducted a randomized controlled clinical study on 120 III A prostatitis patients that all met the diagnostic criteria. We divided the patients into groups A, B and C of equal number to receive oral medication of sparfloxacin, sparfloxacin + tamsulosin, and sparfloxacin + herbal decoction, respectively, all for a course of 4 weeks. We evaluated the primary therapeutic indexes according to the total scores of the patients on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and NIH-CPSI and the secondary therapeutic indexes based on the count of white blood cells (WBC) in the expressed prostatic secretion (EPS).
RESULTSAfter treatment, the total scores on TCM syndrome and NIH-CPSI were significantly reduced in groups B (42.15 +/- 10.29 and 13.25 +/- 6.04) and C (41.26 +/- 11.25 and 12.38 +/- 7.19) than in A (49.43 +/- 11.09 and 17.62 +/- 5.84) ( P < 0.05), and so was the WBC count in EPS in group C (7.76 +/- 15.73) than in groups A (11.45 +/- 10.33) and B (12.28 +/- 13.81) (P < 0.05). The difference between pre- and post-treatment scores on TCM syndrome was more significant in group C (12.65 +/- 11.76) than in B (8.55 +/- 10.15) (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONBladder gasification and stasis dispersion combined with antibiotic therapy is effective for the treatment of III A chronic prostatitis, and therefore deserves wide clinical application.
