Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2017;36(8):675-679
Objective To observe the preventive effects of the aerobic exercise on the expression of hepatic hepcidin, and the level of serum IL-6 and MCP-1 in ApoE-/-rats with atherosclerosis (AS) and to explore the mechanism. Methods Twenty 8-week male ApoE-/-mice were randomly divided into a control group and an exercise group, each of 10.The AS model was established in both groups through feeding high-fat diet. The control group was not given exercise intervention, while the exercise group underwent 14-week progressive intensity treadmill training,5 times a week, starting at 10 n/min for 30 min for the first 5 weeks and increasing to 13 m/min for 60 min at the end.At the end of the experiment, aortic samples were fixed and treated using the hematoxylin-eosin staining and Oil Red O.Then the pathological changes of the aorta were analyzed. The hepcidin expression of liver and serum hepcidin was assessed using Western blotting, and the level of the,interleukelin-6 (IL-6) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) were detected using ABC-ELISA.Results The pathological slice showed that the vascular fiber plate and internal membrane of the aorta in the exercise group were better than that of the control group, with less ruptured vascular fibreboards, foam cell infiltration and fiber plaques. The hepcidin expression of liver and the level of serum hepcidin, the level of the serum IL-6 and MCP-1 in the exercise group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.01).Conclusion The long-term aerobic exercise can prevent AS for ApoE /-mice through lowering the expression of the hepatic hepcidin and serum hepcidin,as well as the level of serum IL-6 and MCP-1.

Objective To learn the subtypes of open reading frame 26 (ORF26) of human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) in patients with Kaposi's sarcoma, and to evaluate the relationship of ORF26 subtypes to clinical types and invasiveness of Kaposi's sarcoma. Methods Thirty-two paraffin-embeded tissue speci-mens of Kaposi's sarcoma were collected in the Department of Dermatology, People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, from 1996 to 2007. DNA was extracted from these specimens, nested-PCR was used to amplify HHV-8 DNA. PCR products were subjected to bi-directional sequencing after extraction from agarose gels. Phylogenetic analysis was carded out by using the software DNAStar, program Clustal W and PHYLIP package for the determination of ORF26 subtype. Fisher's exact test was performed to evaluate the relationship of ORF26 subtypes to clinical types and invasiveness of Kaposi's sarcoma. Results Of the 32 specimens, 30 were positive for HHV-8 DNA with a positivity rate of 93.75%, and 6 specimens of AIDS related Kaposi's sarcoma were all positive. ORF26 A subtype was detected in the HHV-8 DNA of 17 posi-tive specimens, and C subtype in that of other 13 specimens. Neither the incidence of mucosal lesions nor the distribution of clinical subtypes was of significant difference between patients with ORF26 A subtype and those with ORF26 C subtype (both P > 0.05). Conclusions A and C may be the predominate subtypes of ORF 26 in HHV-8 of patients with Kaposi's sarcoma, and the ORF26 subtype is unrelated to the presence of mucosal lesions in or the clinical types of patients with Kaposi's sarcoma.

Objective To explore conduct disorder tendency and it's influence factors on secondary school students. Methods 669 students of grade 1 in Dezhou Vocational and Technical College were investigated by Conduct Disorder Tendency Questionnaire, Revised Version of MBI-SS and SRHMS Version1.0. Results The secondary vocational school students' scores on violation tendency, addiction tendency and aggression tendency were 11.51±4.08,5.90±2.68 and 6.68±2.63,and were significant different from vocational college students or high school students(addiction tendency:F(2, 1578)=7.48,P =0.001;aggression tendency:F(2, 1579)=24.40,P <0.001). There existed great capable difference of conduct disorder according to genders ( t(643)>3.85,P <0.001).Conduct disorder tendency of secondary vocational students' was positive correlated with their learning burnout (Pearson correlation coefficient was between 0.16 and 0.52 for each pair), but negative correlated with mental health(Pearson correlation coefficient was between -0.13 and -0.27 for each pair). The linear regression showed that some dimensions of learning burnout and self-rated mental health predicted students' conduct disorder tendency. Conclusion Conduct disorder tendency of secondary vocational students is affected by their learning burnout and mental health.

International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(8):534-537
Liver resection is the most efficiency measure to treat the liver cancer at present. About 80% patients with liver cancer encounter inordinately hepatocirrhosis. The regeneration of liver tissue in the patients with hepatocirrhosis is poor, liver functional reserve reduces, those patients with liver cancer combined with hepotocirrhosis will face greater risks when they receive hepatoectomy. Liver failure is the leading cause of death after hepatic resection. So we must attach importance to the assessment of liver functional reserve before operation. Here this article mostly summarizes the comprehensive assessment of hepatic functional reserve before operation in liver cancer patients.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effects of moderate hypothermia on the permeability of alveolar capillary membrane in acute lung injury (ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) .Methods Thirty-four adult male SD rats weighing 300-350g were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (n = 8) ; LPS group (n = 10); hypothermia group (n = 8) and LPS + hypothermia group (n = 8) . The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal (i.p.) 1% pentobarbital 30 mg?kg-1, intubated and mechanically ventilated (RR 80 bpm, VT 20 ml?kg-1, I: E 1:2) . Right external jugular vein and left carotid artery were cannulated for BP and CVP monitoring and blood sampling. ALI was induced by LPS 1.0 mg?kg-1 i.p. and 16h later, intratracheal instillation of LPS 1.5 mg?kg-1. ALI was considered established when PaO2/FiO2 ≤300. Hypothermia was induced by surface cooling. Body T0 was reduced to 32.5-33.0℃. In control and hypothermia groups normal saline was given instead of LPS. Arterial blood samples were taken for blood gas analysis and MAP and CVP were recorded before (T0, baseline) and 1, 2, 3, 4 h after ALI (T1-4) . At the end of experiment (4h after ALI was established) the animals were killed by exsanguination. The lungs were removed. Lung lavage was performed and the concentration of albumin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), the left lung wet/dry weight ratio, myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity of lung tissue were measured. Lung tissue was also taken for histologic examination by transmission electron microscopy. Results There was no significant difference in hemodynamics among the 4 groups. PaO2/FiO2 and PaCO2 remained unchanged in the control group and hypothermia group. PaO2 /FiO2 was significantly decreased and PaCO2 was significantly increased as compared to the baseline values (T0) in LPS group (P
