Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Smad7 and urokinase-type plas- minogen activator(uPA)co expression on CCl_4-induced rat liver fibrosis.Methods Forty SD rats were subcutaneously injectied of 40% CCl_4 every three days for 8 weeks.The rats were then divided into model group,AdSmad7/uPA group(injected with AdSmad7/uPA via tail vein),AdSmad7 group(injec- ted with AdSmad7 via tail vein)or AdGFP group(injected with AdGFP via tail vein).Ten healthy rats were served as control.The serum levels of procollagenⅢ(PCⅢ)and laminin(LN)were determined by radioimmunoassay,and the hydroxyproline level in liver tissues were examined by alkaline hydrolysis. Background Efficient and lowcost way to isolate keratocytes is helpful for research on cornea.Either relatively expensive or inefficient is the shortage of those means now applied,while raising the keratocytes through passage will change the phenotype of them quickly.Our aim is to approach the way getting keratocytes effectively utilizing modified two step enzymatic digestion by type I collagenase. Objective To evaluate the effect of isolating the bovine keratocytes utilizing two step enzymatic digestion and observe the morphological changes of the keratocytes during cultivation in vitro. Methods Keratocytes were isolated from bovine corneas using 0.5 mg/mL and 1 mg/mL type I collagenase digestion.The harvesting rate and viability rate of the primary keratocytes were evaluated.During the primary cultivation in vitro,the morphological changes of the keratocytes and their F-action distribution were observed.Results(1)The extracellular matrix of the bovine corneas were almost dissolved by the two step enzymatic digestion,followed the keratocytes completely isolated from the solid matrix.The amount of the harvested keratocytes from each cornea was(2.11±0.15)X106 on average while the viability rate was(91.69±3.73)% and the inoculation rate Was(81.20±1.25)%.(2)The primary keratocytes attached and spreaded out with dendritic and stellate morphology.After 3 days cultured,the branches of the keratocytes were contacting and formed networks.The F-actin detected by phalloidin binding showed a limited cortical localization. Conclusion (1)The method of two step enzymatic digestion can make the extracellular matrix of bovine cornea stroma completely degraded with the advantages in high efficiency of harvesting keratocytes and high cell viability and relatively simple manipulation. (2) The primary bovine keratocytes have dendritic morphology and with limited F-action distribute in cellular cortex.

A diving decompression procedure is a specific rule that divers should follow when they ascend and get out of water. It comes from the decompression theory and algorithm and is designed for the prevention of decompression sickness. With the ， ， development of diving technology and diving medicine the decompression procedures are constantly innovated and the new ， decompression procedure can be used in diving practice after safety verification. In principle the safety verification of ， decompression procedures should be conducted on animal experiments before human experiments and the risks of ， decompression sickness and oxygen toxicity should be systematically assessed. However the assessment methods used in ， ， ， different studies differ greatly thus it is urgent to establish a standard and universal verification system. Traditionally the risk ， ， assessment of decompression sickness and oxygen toxicity is mainly carried out by observing the incidence detecting bubbles ， theoretical calculation and lung functional test. Furthermore biochemical indicators are increasingly becoming important ， ， supplements. Due to the special underwater environment the diving operation is prone to accidents. Therefore in addition to ， verifying the safety of the new decompression procedure exploring its safety decompression limit is of great significance for the formulation of emergency decompression procedures in emergency situations. The specific approach is to shorten the decompression time and assess the safety until the critical time for detecting bubbles without the occurrence of decompression ， ， sickness is found. Future studies should continue to optimize safety assessment methods explore sensitive biochemical markers ， clarify species associations and improve verification efficiency and reliability of results.

Objective To discuss the treatment effect and application value of salmon calcitonin nasal spray in the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods 130 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,65 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium and alfacalcidol treatment,the observation group received in combination with salmon calcitonin nasal spray treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treat-ment group was 95.38%,which of the control group was 84.62%,the difference between the two groups was statisti-cally significant (χ2 =4.188,P<0.05 ).After treatment,the tuberosity bone mineral density,femoral neck BMD, L1 -4 lumbar spine bone mineral density of the observation group were (0.69 ±0.15)g/cm2,(0.77 ±0.21)g/cm2, (0.98 ±0.26)g/cm2,which of the control group were (0.52 ±0.08)g/cm2,(0.64 ±0.13)g/cm2,(0.81 ± 0.15)g/cm2,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=8.062,4.243,4.566,all P<0.05).After treatment,the calcitonin,beta collagen fragment,osteocalcin of the observation group were (2.97 ± 0.86)ng/L,(0.11 ±0.01)ng/mL,(7.18 ±1.14)ng/mL,which of the control group were (2.41 ±0.43)ng/L, (0.35 ±0.08)ng/mL,(15.89 ±3.53)ng/mL,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=4.695,24.000,18.930,all P<0.05).Conclusion Salmon calcitonin nasal spray in the treatment of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis can reduce pain,inhibit osteoclast activity,promote bone formation,prevent bone loss and increase bone mass,it is safe and worthy of popularizing in clinical application.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of grain-sized moxibustion in treating chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its effect on quality of life (QOL). Methods: Eighty NSCLC patients admitted to the Inpatient Department of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital between September 2016 and March 2018 were recruited and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number method, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups both received chemotherapy with paclitaxel plus cisplatin (TP regimen). The control group received oral administration of leucogen tablets starting from the first day of chemotherapy, 20 mg each time, three times a day, for consecutive 14 d; the observation group was additionally given grain-sized moxibustion, once a day, five days per week at a two-day interval, until the fourteenth day. The myelosuppression severity was observed and compared between the two groups prior to chemotherapy, at the 3rd, 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy; the QOL in the two groups was evaluated before chemotherapy, at the 14th and 21st days of chemotherapy. Results: Regarding myelosuppression, the peripheral blood indicators increased significantly at the 3rd day of chemotherapy in both groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01); at the 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy, the peripheral blood indicators presented a decreasing tendency in the two groups, but the level in the observation group was still significantly higher than that before chemotherapy (P<0.01); at the 3rd, 7th and 14th days of chemotherapy, the peripheral blood indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the occurrence rate of myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The QOL score in the observation group was markedly higher than that in the control group at the 14th and 21st days of chemotherapy (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Grain-sized moxibustion can effectively improve myelosuppression after chemotherapy for NSCLC, reducing its occurrence and enhancing the patient's QOL.

Objective To summarize the manifestation of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (SPTP) on ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and to investigate the diagnostic value of CEUS. Methods The ultrasound and CEUS images of six patients with SPTP confirmed by pathology were reviewed. According to CEUS record,the enhanced and wash-out time,enhanced speed and degree of tumor were analyzed. Results On ultrasound, SPTP presented as solid, well-circumscribed masses, usually heterogeneous in echo texture, and some of them contained macro-calcification. On CEUS, the tumor enhanced simultaneously or slightly late compared with normal pancreatic tissues. The contrast agent washed out quickly in all tumors than in normal pancreatic tissues. The enhanced degrees were equal to or less than that of the normal pancreatic tissues. Some tumors showed capsule and septum enhancement. Conclusions The manifestation of SPTP on CEUS had some features and may be helpful for differentiation diagnosis combine with ultrasound.

Objective To investigate effects of high fat-salt diet on change of growth and development,body fat distribution insulin sensitivity and associated metabolic indexes for juvenile rats. Methods 50 grams of male,female SD juvenile rats (3 weeks,just weaned) were randomly divided into 3 groups,12-14 animals in each group,were given routine diet (NC) and high fat diet (FC) and high fat-salt diet (FSC) .Then the body weight,,body length,abdominal circumference,blood pressure,visceral fat weight,plasma lipids were measured 4 weeks later,at the same time oral glucose tolerance test and insulin release test were performed. Results In the FSC group,body weight,abdominal circumference,blood pressure,visceral fat,plasma glucose and insulin level significantly increased than the NC group,plasma lipid disorders increased and significant insulin resistance occurred. Conclusion High fat and high salt could successfully induced obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia and impaired glucose tolerance.

Objective To measure the proximal femoral parameters which can provide anatomic evidence for the design of internal fixation components for intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods Femoral speci- mens were harvested randomly from 120 healthy adult cadavers(left 60,fight 60).The neck shaft angle,greater trochanter slope length,tilt angle of greater trochanter,axial length of head and neck,lengths of upper and lower borders of the neck,and the minimum transverse diameter of the neck were measured.On the basis of the anatomic study,a two-claw plate was designed to treat 145 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Results The femoral neck shaft angle was 128.59??6.31?,femoral greater trochanter slope length was(5.5?0.58)cm,tilt angle of femoral greater trochanter was 42.76??5.20?,and axial length of head and neck was(9.42?0.38)cm. There was a correlation between the parameters.All the patients were followed up for a mean time of 23.6 months. The fractures got clinic union in 3 to 6 months.Two cases experienced detachment of claws and hooks but their final outcome was not affected.Three cases suffered coxa vara.All the other cases obtained normal motion function of hips and normal neck shaft angle.No breakage of claw,hook or nail was found in them.Conclusions It is necessary to design an internal fixator that can fit the anatomical features of Chinese femurs in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur.The two-claw plate designed by us is a good attempt to improve the clinical effect.

Objective To evaluate the expression quantity of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1(Tiara 1)in gastric cancer tissues,tissues around the cancer over 3 cm and tissues of gastric benign lesions,and to analyze the correlation between amount of Tiaml and gastric cancer biological behaviours.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitive RT-PCR(FQ-RT-PCR)was used to detect the expression level of Tiaml mRNA in 66 cases of gastric cancer tissues,tissues around the cancer over 3 cm and the gastric tissues of 11 cases with benign lesion.Results Positive rate of Tiam1 mRNA expression in gastric cancer tissues,tissues around the cancer was 92.4%,19.7%,respectively,and only one case express Tiaml mRNA in 11 cases gastric benign lesion tissues.There was significant difference(P0.05),on the other hand,the expression quantity of Tiaml mRNA in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with metastasis into lymph node,the extent of invasion,differentiated degree of histologic type,and the stages of TNM(P
